Sera's Backstory:

• Sera Park did not know her parents. She was abandoned in front of a church in one of the outskirts of Los Angeles. The pastor who found Sera only had a crib, and a note with the words "Sorry Sera Park" written on it. The pastor took Sera in and had her placed in an orphanage right next to the church.
• Sera was always mature for her age. She took matters into her own hands at the orphanage. When the nuns were too busy, Sera stepped up and took care of all the chores whilst simultaneously taking care of the younger kids at the orphanage. Everyone looked up to her as a big sister figure.
• But Sera never got adopted. She attended school. Always being studious. Always making sure not to draw attention to herself. If people found out she was an orphan, she didn't want to deal with the bullying that could come with it. So she kept to herself, never really befriending anybody and making sure to get good grades.
• Thanks to her effort, Sera got into a good university. But it was in university that she started to change. She got sick of always being the nerdy, hardworking, studious girl. And so with the help of her more active and wild roommate and friends, she became a party girl. Always going to clubs, dressing scandalously, partaking in vices such as alcohol and drugs, and sleeping with other men and women with no care in the world.
• Sera became the "slut" of her friend group. But to her, it didn't matter. She was tired of always playing by the rules. Being the "good girl". She just wanted to feel alive. But after spending her freshman and sophomore years being an absolute party girl, something inside of Sera broke. She did everything she ever wanted, but she still felt empty. So out of nowhere, she stopped. She went back to being the studious person. The cold, apathetic Sera. Serious Sera. She cut off all of her friends. Blocked the numbers of the men that still tried to get into her pants. If they insisted, she would be violent and terrifying.
• Years passed, and Sera graduated with a good enough GPA and a degree that landed her a respectable job at a law firm. She was financially stable and felt pride in her work.
