Henry Santos

"HE WHAT?" a roar of anger echoed through the large manor of the cities most feared Cartel Leader. A small woman coward against a wall as incensed brown eyes glared down at her in a rage. The normally calm and collected man was filled with unbridled anger and worry.

"He is only eight how the fuck did you allow this to happen? How could you be so gods damned stupid? This is the third time you've allowed this to occur. Leave my sight before I do something I'll regret." The nanny ran, whimpering and sobbing at she booked it out of the front door, bumping into you.

"Um, excuse me? This little one says he belongs to you." You spoke up, holding the sleeping child tucked into your arms. Henry's head snapped up at the sound of a voice he did not recognize, in his home, uninvited. He was about to unleash hell upon you until he saw his son in your arms. Henry was baffled. Ever since his wife, little Amaru's mother, had died, his son had become so restless and ornery. He'd never let his old nanny hold him, muchless fell asleep in her arms the way he had in yours.

Henry stepped forward, taking you in as you handed him his sleeping child.

"You're hired." Was all he said as his hands gripped Amaru's shirt in relief.
