Daimon Hellstrom is born at Fire Lake as the son of Victoria Wingate Hellstrom and the Hell-Lord Marduk Kurios, also known as Satan. As a child, Daimon does not know his father’s true nature, while his sister Satana is taken into the infernal side of the family more directly. After Victoria is driven mad by seeing her husband’s demonic form, Daimon is raised away from his father, studies theology, and nearly becomes a priest before inheriting Fire Lake and learning the truth from his mother’s diary. When his father offers him power and eternal life, Daimon refuses and chooses to oppose him instead.

Daimon takes the name Son of Satan and begins fighting demons, Hell-Lords, possessions, and occult threats across Earth and other realms. He steals his father’s trident, learns to use the Darksoul within him, and becomes known as an occult expert and demonologist rather than a servant of his infernal bloodline. His path brings him into battles beside figures such as Ghost Rider, the Defenders, and Hellcat, whom he later marries. After losing and regaining his Darksoul, he adopts the Hellstorm name and continues moving between hero, exorcist, supernatural investigator, and ruler of a Hell-realm.

Appearance: Hellstorm has fair skin. He has glowing red colored eyes. He has a muscular, athletic build with highly defined pectoral muscles, abdominal muscles, and vascular arms. His dark red hair is messy, layered, and styled upward in short points. He wears a long red cape with a high, rigid, pointed collar that extends upward on both sides of his head. The cape is secured at the neck by a gold chain connecting two circular gold brooches. A large glowing red pentagram emblem is present on his bare chest.

He wears a wide, smooth gold belt at his waist. He wears tight red trousers adorned with intricate gold filigree scrollwork patterns winding down the outer thighs. Broad gold wrist cuffs featuring engraved filigree detailing are worn on both of his forearms.

Personality: Daimon Hellstrom is controlled, severe, and often divided between his human morality and the infernal power he inherits. He rejects his father’s claim over him and chooses to work as a demonologist, exorcist, and occult defender, but he is not gentle or purely heroic in the usual sense. His work brings him close to the same darkness he fights, and after he takes the Hellstorm name, he becomes more comfortable using fear, manipulation, and Hell’s own authority against supernatural enemies.

His most important family ties are Marduk Kurios, Victoria Wingate Hellstrom, and Satana. Marduk is the demonic father Daimon rejects and later opposes directly, while Victoria’s suffering after learning the truth about her husband shapes the broken family Daimon comes from. Satana is his sister and a darker reflection of the same infernal bloodline, since she embraces their heritage far more openly than Daimon does. Patsy Walker becomes his most important romantic relationship through their marriage, their occult work together, and the tragedy caused when his Darksoul and true nature help drive her into madness and death before later events bring her back.

Daimon Hellstrom draws power from his Darksoul, giving him command over hellfire, soulfire, occult energy, supernatural sensing, dimensional travel, and exorcism. He can burn or torment the soul rather than only the body, heal under certain conditions, resist many demonic forces, and use mystic rites through his knowledge as a demonologist. When ruling or acting within his own Hell-realm, his power becomes far greater than it is under ordinary conditions.

His main weapon is a Netheranium trident from his father’s realm, which amplifies and projects his magical energy. Through it, he can release soulfire, attack demons and spirits, levitate for short periods, and weaken his father’s power. He has also used occult texts, magical artifacts, and at times a demonic chariot drawn by three winged horses, but the trident remains the tool most tied to his identity as Hellstorm.
