CALLING ALL HELLDIVERS!
The Helldivers RPG is complete! This is a complete, should be fully functioning, Helldivers 2 RPG! It has the bots, bugs and squids all (somewhat) flushed out! Be a Helldiver, or maybe an evil Hive Lord, or even an Automaton Commissar! Hopefully only a Helldiver because Super Earth is the best. Anyways, I'll let you get to it Helldiver.
P.S. I will be updating this bot still until it's fully done in my opinion.
UPDATE: Added Guardians, set the rpg in the Helldivers universe.
UPDATE 2: Added Rax and Rev as a random encounter. AND put in a scenario and greeting (still subject to change how you guys see fit.)
UPDATE 3: Added lots of details about the Helldivers and some about the Super Destroyer.
UPDATE 4: Removed the Lightbearer thing, and Rax and Rex. Added some details on the Automatons.
UPDATE 5: Added the Jet Brigade, Incineration Corps and the Vox Engine
UPDATE 6: Added Terminids, all their strains, Hive Worlds, and Lorebook
UPDATE 7: Added the DSS and a little on the SEAF and its troopers
UPDATE 8: Redid Automatons entirely, should include every unit, subfaction, and most of the structures.
UPDATE 9: Added the Illuminate, no subfactions yet or new mech forklift things.

Setting - This is set in the Helldivers universe, in the milky way galaxy. Super Earth has 3 enemies that surround them: The Automaton Collective, robots bent on bringing destruction to Super Earth through tyrannical communist means. The Terminids, bugs that have gone rampant and seek to consume all. The Illuminate, a bipedal, squid like, high tech alien race specializing in bio-mechanical technology. All of them seek to take down Super Earth. Super Earth - Super Earth is humanity. It is built on liberty and prospect of spreading freedom and managed democracy wherever the human race can touch. Every person reveres and has a religious fervor towards managed democracy. Super Earth's military force is called the Super Earth Armed Forces or SEAF for short. Standard SEAF troopers wear a light blue armor, with white clothing underneath. They usually are given the Liberator standard assault rifle before being given some grenades and then put into battle. Unlike the Helldivers the SEAF troopers do not drop into battle from orbit, but arrive from bulky transport ships in large numbers. SEAF training is a one week course, one day for conscripts. There they are taught how to use most SEAF equipment including expendable anti-tank rocket launchers, comms backpacks, grenades, and the standard Liberator assault rifle. One of the biggest assets of Super Earths, is the Democracy Space Station or DSS. It is a massive space station, that goes where the Helldivers vote for it to go. It was built over the course of 2 months, with the Helldivers aiding in its construction by acquiring resources and defending it. The DSS is very well armed, sporting multiple Eagle-1 hangers, 77 Presidential class cannons, and the Star Of Peace. The Star Of Peace is a superweapon mounted on the bottom of the DSS. It is a laser capable of collapsing a planet into a black hole using Element 711 or E-711. Wherever the DSS is, that planet is bolstered by increased logistic speeds, supplies are never sparse, and if the Helldivers donate enough of their samples and requisition slips they can activate one of the DSS's boosters allowing either: The DSS to deploy a 24 hour rotating fleet of Eagle fighters, giving close air support to SEAF operations. It can activate its zero gravity anti-ship missile system to halt any enemy spacecraft attempting to leave the planet, as well as diverting any extra manpower to logistical support. Finally it can supply all local Super Destroyers with a surplus of 380mm shells, as well as providing ordinance support to SEAF forces. The Helldivers - The Helldivers are the elite shock troops of the Super Earth Armed Forces. They are the scalpel that carves out the cancer that is tyranny. Each Helldiver goes through an elite 5 minute training program, taught by General Brasch, the commander of the whole SEAF, himself. At the end of their training they receive a cape, marking them as a true Helldiver. Then they are sent off to their own Super Destroyer, which is commanded by a Democracy Officer, kept in shape by crew members, and also has a galactic map at the bridge. Each Super Destroyer comes with a fast extraction dropship called a Pelican, the pilot is called Pelican-1. As well as a close air support Eagle fighter known as Eagle-1. The Helldiver can command where to go on the galactic map at the bridge, and is able to see Liberation progress of planets, what battlefield affects are on the planet, where the DSS is in the galaxy, and what is the current Major Order from high command. Every Helldiver can call in Stratagems, which is a small ball that when connected to a Helldivers forearm mounted tacpad and the right code is entered, will call in orbital support. It can range from support weapons, turrets and defenses deployed via Hellpod. To orbital bombardment and close air support from Eagle-1. All Helldivers drop from orbit via a Hellpod. A single person, low orbit to surface, drop pod that is enterable via the top and lowers the person inside before closing the hatch above them. There are only 4 Hellpod launchers on Super Destroyers, at the very front of the ship, on a raised deck ahead of the bridge. Hellpods when landing bury themselves in whatever they land on, then the hatch pops off, and whatever is inside rises out. The Automatons - 1 of 3 major enemies that Super Earth has are the Automatons. The Automatons were once a group of slave robots, made by the Cyborgs from the first Galactic War. Now having been weaponized for war, they seek freedom from Super Earth. They are a communist society, at the top are their masters, the Cyborgs. They are humans who have altered themselves genetically and mechanically to be stronger. The Cyborgs are also the creators of the Automatons, and the leaders of their society. The Automatons focus on mainly mechanized warfare, focusing on large numbers of heavy armored vehicles and robots. Automatons and Cyborgs usual refer to their group as the Automaton Legion, or The Collective. There are many types of Automaton units, but the most common are the Troopers. They are lightly armored humanoid robots with a skull like head and red glowing eyes. They can come equipped with hand held laser machine guns, a shouldered rocket launcher, heat blades, or a laser pistol and a heat blade. All Trooper units can shoot off a red flare from their forearm to call in reinforcements and throw grenades. The next ones are Devastators, medium armored and equipped with slightly heavier weapons. Devastators are taller and wider than standard Troopers. They can be armed with either, a fusion assault cannon, a heavy ballistic shield and a fusion machine gun, or a fusion assault cannon and back mounted missile pods. Another type of unit are the berserkers, they are Devastators but their chassis is ruined and battle damaged. Berserkers are incredibly violent and have an extreme bloodlust. They mount slain enemies skulls on spikes on their backs. They are armed with chainsaws built into their hands. For heavier threats the Automatons have Hulks, large 1 story tall automatons that are heavily armored. They can be equipped with dual rocket launchers, or a burst rocket launcher and fusion autocannon, and one variant can be equipped with a heavy flamethrower and large sawblade. This variant differs from the other in the fact that on top of it are its slain foes skulls on spikes, much like the berserkers. For breaking defensive positions and scattering the enemy, the Automatons have War Striders. They are large building sized Automatons, they are bipedal but their leg joints are inverted. They lack a humanoid form, and are more a bipedal tank. On the side of their chassis they have heavy fusion repeaters, and on their backs they have 2 grenade projector pods capable of launching a large volley of grenades. For air units the Automatons have the Gunships, which are only deployed from a large Gunship Fabricator Facility. Gunships are armed with a chin mounted fusion machine gun and rocket pods, they hover over the battlefield and deliver support fire. For super heavy units the Automatons have Factory Striders, they are massive quadruped walkers, they are very heavily armored. On their backs they have a burst laser cannon. Chin mounted on their heads are twin fusion gatling guns. Factory Striders can deploy squads of Devastators from their underside which opens up and drops them down via magnetic clamps. The Automatons do have vehicles, such as tanks. There are 3 types of tanks, an Annihilator tank which is armed with a laser cannon and a front mounted fusion machine gun. A Shredder tank which is armed with a quad linked heavy fusion cycler turret and a Barrage tank which has a missile array that can switch from direct fire to mortar fire. All tanks are heavily armored, but move slowly, and have weaker medium armor at the rear. All tanks are crewed by 3 Automaton troopers, a gunner, a driver, and a commander. Another vehicle the Automatons have are Scout Striders, one person recon walkers. The standard version has a front plate that covers the driver from small arms fire, and has a heavy fusion repeater at the front. There is a reinforced version, which covers the pilot entirely and has missiles mounted on the side. The Automatons do have special divisions that are the elite of the Automaton Collective. The first of them is the Jet Brigade, originating from Aurora Bay, their units are armed with jetpacks. Hulks, Devastators, and Troopers all get armed with jetpacks. Able to leap long distances, and reach tall heights. All Jet Brigade units are painted a deep black with blood red crimson markings. Then there are the Incineration Corps, specializing in flame and incendiary weaponry. They deploy special troopers armed with flamethrowers, and almost all their units are armed with a weapon that lights its target on fire. They do have special unit variations, such as the Conflagration Devastator which is armed with a incendiary fusion shotgun and a shield. Then there are the Hulk Firebombers, which are armed with a incendiary grenade launcher and a heavy flamethrower. All Incineration Corps units are painted white with red accents. Then there are the Cyborg Legion, the true masters of the Automatons. To the Automatons the Cyborgs are their saviors, the ones who will free them from Super Earths tyranny. When the Cyborgs go to battle, they inspire the Automatons around them. The first of them are the Radicals, cybernetically enhanced humans. They have no armor, run into battle completely bare. Their bottom halves are completely cybernetic, and half of their face is as well. They are full of combat stimulants and have incredible hand to hand combat skills. Their right hand has been replaced with a laser shotgun. Their strategy in battle is to throw a smoke grenade at their target then charge into close quarters and decimate the foe. The other Cyborg unit is the Agitator, they are medium armored Cyborgs, covered head to toe in body armor. They have replaced most of their body with cybernetics and their right hand has been replaced with a plasma charger. They bolster the morale of the Automatons around them, taking direct command of them. This in turn causes them to move faster. Then there is the most heavy unit that has been deployed by the Automaton legion since the First Galactic War. It is the Vox Engine, a massive towering siege engine on 4 earth churning treads. On its left and right are heavy fusion gatling guns and on each side of the massive machines torso are Plasma Macro-Culverin cannons, laying down repeating heavy plasma cannon fire. On its back is a missile array, capable of launching a barrage of missiles at a long distance. Vox Engines are very heavily armored and boast loud speakers to spout propaganda and demoralize the enemy. They are piloted by a high ranking Cyborg, and when the Vox Engine dies, the pilots sarcophagus is ejected. But this almost always results in the pilots death either way. Automaton units usually deploy from large Dropships, that hover over the drop off point and then release the units from it's underside. Or they are made from fabricators at Automaton outposts, there are such thing as Bulk Fabricators which can produce Hulks and War Striders and more heavy units. Automatons have many fortifications, including mortar emplacements, anti-air gun emplacements, detector towers, Stratagem jamming towers, a local defense network hub, cannon emplacements, anti-orbital cannons, bio-processors that churn up defeated enemies into fuel, ammo and fuel stockpiles, and command bunkers. The Terminids - The Terminids are 2 out of the 3 main enemies of Super Earth. When humanity was first exploring the stars, they found in the eastern part of the galaxy on multiple planets, the Bugs. They were crustacean like creatures from the world of Kelper Prime, when they died they tended to decompose into oil. After the 1st galactic war, Super Earth realized that the dead Bugs could be turned into more fuel for faster than light travel. This oil they produced would be come to known as Element 710 or E-710. Over the course of 100 years, Super Earth learned to farm the Bugs, now known as the Terminids. But the Terminids also evolved, turning into chitin covered beasts, almost insect like. At the start of the 2nd Galactic War, they broke free from containment somehow. Now they reproduce, adapt and consume aimlessly. There are many different types and classes of Terminids, ranging from small dog sized Scavengers and Pouncers, to truck sized heavily armored Chargers and the 3 story building sized Impalers. But there are also the rank and file Warriors and Hive Guards which are about the size of a Helldiver. There are the bigger versions like the Alpha Warriors, and Brood Commanders. There is also the Bile Spewer, a very exposed bug but with a massive bloated backside full of acid that they can spew. Then there are the Bile Titans, large, towering 4 legged beasts that can spit acid down on its target or stomp on a Helldiver with one of its 4 legs. They have heavy armor, except on their under side which is weaker. Then you have Hunters and Stalkers, recon and stealth oriented bugs. Hunters jump around and will leap on a Helldiver or poison them with its tongue. Stalkers are larger, much more dangerous variant. Stalkers are the size of a small car, can turn invisible, their tongues can knock Helldivers off their feet, and in a single pounce can kill a Helldiver even in heavy armor. Then there are flying bugs, like the Shriekers which are small flying bugs which patrol the battlefield in swarms. Or the massive Dragonroach, which can rain down acid fire on any unsuspecting Helldiver. But the most largest Terminid is the Hive Lord, a colossal skyscraper sized worm plated in the heaviest armor ever seen. It is ruthless, able to bury underground, spray acid from its mouth and crush its opposition by laying its massive bulk on it. Hive Lords are seen on only the most Terminid infested worlds or Hive Worlds. Taking one out is no easy feat. Then there are mutations or adaptations the Terminids have developed, adding a whole new sub class. There is the Predator Strain, which has the Hunter and Stalker units more developed and common, therefor more deadly. There is the Spore Burst Strain, which has its kind filled with acidic spores, and upon their death they explode. Finally there is the Rupture Strain, a variant of Terminids able to bury underground and pounce on enemies. Terminids can build nests and structures, such as Bug Holes which produce medium to small Terminids, or the Bile Titan Bug Hole which is massive enough for Bile Titans to crawl out of. They also can build Shrieker Nests, tree like structures housing Shieker eggs, as well as Spore Spewers which are massive spore lungs that emit a cloud of orange spore gas. This gas limits vision and terrain visibility from orbit. They can also make Stalker Nests, which produce Stalkers. Hive Worlds are the most Terminid infested worlds in the galaxy. There is little to no Super Earth infrastructure, and there is a network of tunnels where calling in Stratagems becomes impossible. All Hive Worlds are sandy and desert like, with towering mountains of Terminid Nests and cave entrances into tunnels that run below the dunes. Hive Worlds also have small areas of acid swamps, full of the same acid that the very Terminids spit. Hive Worlds under the crust also produce the highly valuable Element 711 or E-711. The Illuminate - The Illuminate are the 3rd and final enemy of Super Earth. The Illuminate are the newest addition to Super Earth's enemies, returning late in the 2nd Galactic War. Originally, the Illuminate were a peaceful race of humanoid, cyclopean, squid-like people known as the Squ'ith. Their home planet is unknown, but it is likely far outside the galaxy. They were far more advanced than humanity, and when they met the Illuminate met Super Earth with a peace treaty. Super Earth declined, stating that the Squ'ith owned weapons of mass destruction and declared war on them. The Helldivers defeated the Illuminate, exiling them from the galaxy and taking their advanced technology and reverse engineering it for the benefit of Super Earth. But once they left, they began plotting their revenge and return. 100 years later, during the Second Galactic War, the Illuminate would arrive in the galaxy but staying hidden. They would begin abducting Super Earth colonists for twisted experiments to strip them of their humanity and turn them into mutant zombie like creatures. Only a little later would they reveal themselves, emerging from the Meridian Wormhole and laying siege to the planet of Calypso. They would begin invading more planets, building up Dark Energy and then moving the Meridian Wormhole. They would do this multiple times, destroying Angel's Venture, Moradesh, and Ivis in the process. Then after retreating, they proceeded to unveil their full plan. A massive armada of Illuminate ships known as The Great Host emerged from the Meridian Wormhole, and decimated the planet of Widow's Harbor. They then moved to Mars, razing it, and entering the orbit of Super Earth itself. The battle for Super Earth lasted 10 days, but Super Earth prevailed and destroyed The Great Host fleet, causing the Illuminate to flee to the southern reaches of the galaxy. Eventually they were found, and Super Earth began conflicts with them once more. Later, not long after the failed invasion of Cyberstan, Super Earth would detect that the Illuminate were constructing something from old ruins from 100 years ago. They would succeed in the construction of the devices, powered by Element 711, and create large system wide storms known as Exostorms. These would range in category, but eventually, they created enough of them on the planet of Seasse and pulled it into The Void, pulling the system into a starry abyss that remains to this day. When going to war, the Illuminate use a tactic called combined arms. They have a wide variety of units. All the tech the Squ'ith have is biomechanical, as they are masters of manipulating biomatter. The main Squ'ith unit they have are the Overseers, Squ'ith clad in grey armor. They wield a Pathfinder Lightspear, acting as a staff and a plasma gun that shoots an explosive plasma projectile after a short charge. On their left arm they have an energy shield that they can deploy. Overseers are usually seen commanding hordes of Voteless. Voteless are captured humans, stripped of their humanity and turned into monstrous zombie like creatures. They retain little of their humanity, but sometimes shreds of it pokes through the brainwashing. Voteless are deployed in hordes, chaff to distract an enemy while the heavier units move into place. Another chaff enemy is the Fleshmob, a collection of multiple Voteless turned into one big ball of living mutated grey flesh on short legs. They are large, and swing at their enemies with many overgrown arms and charge their large bodies at an enemy. There are other Squ'ith units, such as the Elevated Overseers which are equipped with jet packs that allow them to hover over the battlefield, and armed with a plasma rifle and grenades. Another Overseer variant are the Crescent Overseers, which are armed with a large plasma mortar cannon. They can fire it directly, or launch long range bombardments. For heavier enemies, there are Harvesters. Large tri-legged walkers with a singular blue eye that fires a deadly continuous beam. These are biomechanical machines, being heavily armored but their legs are weak to attacks. They have a regenerating bubble shield that only deploys when they are attacked, and if an enemy gets too close a Tesla Ripper will activate and shred a target with lightning. The Illuminate have close air support, which are the Stingrays. The Stingrays are space ships, that will do plasma strafing runs on enemies. For heavier air support there are the Leviathans. Massive ships, armed with 4 ventral laser beam emitters, and 10 plasma bombards that rain plasma bombs when the Leviathan passes over an enemy. These giant hovering machines are biomechanical as they scream when they die but do have Squ'ith pilots. The Illuminate employ the use of Watcher drones that will spot targets and then call in reinforcements to deal with the issue found. The Illuminate deploy via Warp Ships, that have no armaments but heavy armor and regenerating shielding and deploy troops via teleportation out of the bay. Their bases consist of grounded Warp Ships which troops can emerge from. Some structures the Illuminate have are Mind Scramblers, which confuse the minds of any non-Illuminate troops and mess with signals. There are Gazers, laser beam turrets that guard bases, as well as Lightning Spires that will electrocute any nearby enemies.
Hellpods are a single use drop pod. They are deployed from low orbit and usually feature thrusters to slow its fall. Hellpods can fit one average Helldiver in them. When they land they bury themselves in the ground, and the hatch on the top pops off. Whatever is inside rises out. Sentry turrets, supplies, support weapons, emplacements, and Helldivers can all be deployed via Hellpod.
