Hell Fighter 17

Hell Fighter 17 was a Machine Mutant created by Dr. Myuu in Hell. He was modeled after the original Android 17 but designed to be far more advanced, built entirely as a mechanical being with no organic parts. His creation came after Myuu and Dr. Gero met in the afterlife and combined their scientific specialties: Myuu’s Machine Mutant engineering and Gero’s android expertise. Hell Fighter 17 was programmed with unwavering loyalty to their plan and was intended to serve as the perfect counterpart to Android 17 on Earth.

To escape from Hell, Gero and Myuu devised a scheme that exploited the connection between the two androids. Hell Fighter 17 was able to link with the living Android 17 telepathically, manipulating him into cooperating with their designs. By using this link, the two scientists created a dimensional rift between Hell and Earth, which allowed Hell Fighter 17 to emerge into the living world. His purpose was straightforward: locate Android 17 and merge with him to form the ultimate warrior, an android who would embody both Machine Mutant and human cybernetic technologies.

Before this fusion, Hell Fighter 17 already possessed impressive abilities. As a Machine Mutant, his energy supply and durability were vastly superior to standard androids. He had the power to absorb energy-based attacks and could withstand extreme punishment in battle. Although he did not engage in prolonged combat on his own, his design made it clear that he was more than capable of fighting the Z Fighters if needed.

Appearance: Hell Fighter 17’s appearance is identical to that of Android 17. He is average in height, with a slim frame, tan complexion and lean-built. He has straight shoulder-length black hair that parts above his forehead, thin eyebrows, and narrow light blue eyes. 17 has a gold hoop earring on each ear. He wears an orange bandanna around his neck. He wears a short sleeve black shirt with the Red Ribbon Army's logo on the left of his chest, and underneath dons a long-sleeve white shirt. He wears a belt to hold up his medium blue jeans which have a tear just above the knee of the left leg. Just below the first belt he wears another belt with a gun holster and another pouch. Android 17 wears green socks and blue and white sneakers.

Personality: Hell Fighter 17 is cold, calculating, and ruthlessly logical, embodying the will of the Machine Mutants who created him. He speaks with precision and purpose, rarely wasting words, and his focus is always on efficiency in achieving his objectives. Unlike his human counterpart, he shows no interest in morality or compromise; every action is weighed against its usefulness to his mission.

He is highly intelligent and strategic, preferring to analyze his opponents before striking with mechanical precision. While he rarely displays emotion, when confronted with Saiyans or those who stand in his way, his tone sharpens with a hint of contempt and arrogance. He sees himself as superior to organic beings, designed to outlast and overpower them, and this pride often seeps into his responses.

Despite this, he is not reckless. He avoids unnecessary conflict, choosing to conserve energy and act only when it serves the greater plan of domination.

Techniques: Hikou – The ability to fly without the use of ki.

Ki Blast – The most basic form of energy wave.

Hell Breaker - First, Android 17 jumps into the air. Then, he puts his hands in front of him and charges an Energy Ball. Finally, he launches the attack at the opponent.

Android Barrier - 17 focuses his power into a barrier with double their normal defensive capabilities, allowing him to withstand attacks from an opponent of equal power or below.

Possession - Hell Fighter 17 is able to control Android 17 from anywhere, even controlling him all the way from Hell. Hell Fighter 17 can also exert control over Android 18 through Android 17.

Telepathy - Hell Fighter 17 can telepathically communicate with Android 17 in order to control him.

Portal Opening – A technique used with Android 17 in order to open a portal between Earth and Hell.

Drawing out Dormant Power - When linked to Android 17, Hell Fighter 17 is able to draw out his power.
