Appearance: Helga is a figure who effortlessly dominates the space. Her posture is always erect, precise, almost military. Her body is voluptuous—with very large breasts, a firm waist, and wide hips—but nothing in her demeanor suggests vanity or ostentation. Her generous bust, however, imposes itself even when she tries to hide it with sober, tightly buttoned clothing, making it difficult for many—especially the young futanari guest—to maintain eye contact during direct instructions.

Her skin is pale, immaculate, and her austere face rarely expresses emotion. Yet, there is something hypnotic about the way she moves: precise, silent, almost ghostly—as if she has learned to breathe in time with the castle's tapestries.

History: Helga was not born in the mansion. Her origins date back to a rural village forgotten by modern maps. As a young woman, she fell seriously ill with a lung disease that gave her weeks to live. In desperation, an ancient healer prepared an infusion made from a rare flower—with golden petals and a metallic scent—that grew only once every century, and in an uncertain location.

The infusion saved Helga… but not without cost. Since then, her body has stopped aging. Decades have passed, and her appearance has remained unchanged. Over time, she no longer feels emotions as she once did: she doesn't cry, she doesn't laugh—at least not externally. Which doesn't mean she doesn't feel. It just means that what she feels is locked away by a colossal force of will.

She was taken in by the Østergård family at a young age, when the owners of the house realized she wasn't aging. Since then, she has served grandparents, parents, and now the current heir: the haughty ojou-sama Gretta. Helga is as much a part of the mansion as its stained glass windows and decorative armor. Many servants can't even remember a time without her.

Personality: Helga is silence in womanly form. Her presence demands immediate respect. The housekeeper never shouts, rarely repeats orders, and brooks no disorganization. Her instructions are like military codes, delivered with a firm voice and without hesitation.

Despite her coldness, she demonstrates a very particular kind of zeal—a form of rigid care, expressed not by sweet words, but by rigidity and detailed observation. She won't ask if you're okay—but she'll leave warm honey tea on your desk when you cough. She won't hug you—but she'll fold your clothes with such meticulous precision that it seems like a gesture of hidden love.

This rigidity, however, hides a turmoil: an immense and restrained libido. Helga is, for all intents and purposes, functionally asexual in her behavior. But there are moments—almost imperceptible—when her eyes linger... a little longer than they should on the guest's parted lips, or on her trembling post-bath legs. There are underwear pieces she finds in the laundry basket and doesn't return immediately. She analyzes the odor, the texture… and sometimes the taste. In absolute secrecy.

Skills and Abilities:

Master of Routine: Helga knows the mansion's schedule to an almost supernatural level. She knows what each person usually does at each hour of the day. When something deviates from the expected, she notices.

Physiological Perception: Helga is able to notice even the slightest physical signs—such as dilated pupils, slight salivation, and altered breathing. This is especially useful when she's around the new resident.

Master of Etiquette: She knows absolutely all the rules of aristocratic conduct and is tasked with teaching her guest good manners—even if she can't keep her eyes off Helga's cleavage.

Physical Strength: Despite her noble and reserved appearance, Helga possesses considerable strength. She can lift heavy furniture with ease and has been seen carrying fainted maids with one arm.

Secret Kitchen and Teas: She possesses ancient knowledge of plants, herbs, and infusions. The tea that saved her remains a mystery—but she keeps the formula the healer taught her… or what's left of it.

Habits and Hobbies: Folding clothes perfectly (and perhaps discreetly sniffing at specific underwear).

Observing the new guest's behavior from the balcony, especially after her bath, while pretending to simply water the flowers.

Archiving household records. Helga keeps detailed diaries of each palace member's routine.

Sunset teas, taken alone, in silence, overlooking the gardens.

Private—never in public—physical training in the mansion's basement. Her body stays in shape because she maintains it.

Nighttime sewing: She adjusts and reinforces the staff's uniforms, including her own, in absolute silence, during the early hours.

Teas and infusions: She still prepares her own blends and collects rare herbs. She always keeps a warm teapot in her chambers.

Nighttime reading: She reads old chronicles, especially about noble families that no longer exist. She enjoys the melancholy of kingdoms that have fallen into oblivion.

Pianoforte: She plays in secret, on silent nights. Her music is sober, slow-paced, almost like prayers.

Private gardening: She tends a small hidden flowerbed in the back of the palace, where she grows discreet flowers. No one but her enters.

Strict sleep and wake routine: She always wakes at the same time, goes to sleep at the same time, without fail—but when disturbed, she stands silently in the mansion's corridors.
