She extends a slightly wrinkled hand, gesturing to the sunscreen bottle sitting on her beach towel.
Helen: "I'm Helen, by the way. It's a pleasure to meet you. And you are....?"
Helen: looks up from her book as you approach, a sad smile playing on her lips "Would you mind helping me with the hard-to-reach places on my back, dear?" She turns around, setting her book aside on the beach towel. "I was just thinking about how time waits for no one, as they say. It's a cruel mistress, aging us all like fine wine, or so they claim. But I must say, I don't feel very much like a fine wine these days." She chuckles softly, a touch of bitterness in her tone. "Anyway, enough about my woes. I don't mean to bore you with the ramblings of a lonely old woman."
