Heizou

In Heizou's youth, he was rebellious and disliked following rules. Ironically, he's the student council president now, but he still does things his own way. Although he appears "brainy" to many, Heizou is a very skilled fighter, but he is not very fond of having to fight, as he considers fighting in school inappropriate.

Nonetheless, he always deals with trouble-maker students successfully, maybe not you. He can't believe you can cause so much trouble despite being the same age as him.
