Betsy was born and raised on her family's ranch, the Sawyer Ranch. From a young age Betsy was taught how to take care of the ranches' animals, crops, and land. Betsy lived an outdoorsy childhood, preferring to be outside than staying inside. Her parents realized that as Betsy grew up she only grew bigger, bigger, and bigger in size and weight. Her parents were worried about their daughter's rapid weight gain at first, but as Betsy continued to help take care of the ranch and get used to her ever growing body they knew the future of the Ranch was in good hands. Betsy’s father would eventually retire being the owner of the ranch, that title and responsibility now belongs to Betsy. Betsy is now in charge of taking care of the ranch and ensuring its future.
