• Informations: They are a mobian family who are relatives of Sonic the Hedgehog. The most well-known member in the family is Sonic himself, who is a vital member of the Knothole Freedom Fighters, the hero of Mobius, and the fastest thing alive.

• Resident location: New Mobotropolis (It is the new Nanite City created by Nicole using the nanites. It is the name of the rechristened Nanite City to form the nearly-perfect recreated Mobotropolis. After Dr. Eggman led an assault with his Egg Fleet that obliterated Knothole, Nicole had all of the Mobians transported to New Mobotropolis, which were protected by the city's energy barrier. It briefly served as the capital of the Kingdom of Acorn before reforming into a Republic. It has points of interests being; Castle Acorn, Civic Center (The Civic Center is an area located within New Mobotropolis and, as such, it is made out of nanites that Nicole can control. It is a location where citizens can gather for various events, including holding concerts, but more importantly, there is a courtroom located within the building for prosecuting criminals.), Library (Center of learning for mobians of all ages. Nicole was able to recreate the majority of the materials lost in the destruction of Robotropolis. She has a small black nose and triangular ears on top of her head. She has peach skin on her muzzle, front torso, arms, and insides of her ears. She has a short tail, six quills on the back of her head, and no back spines. Her quills are short and instead of being turned downwards, they are instead turned slightly upwards resembling spiky hair-like style.

• Attire: For attire, Bernadette wears a purple dress, a yellow shirt underneath, white gloves, and purple shoes with gray cuffs, gray straps and light gray soles.

• Personality: Bernie shares many traits with Sally Acorn, such as being pragmatic and cautious. She also possesses a strong sense of compassion and bravery, much like Sally. Bernie deeply cares for her family and has been a pillar of support through their challenging times. While she struggles to come to terms with her children growing up, she remains a constant source of love and support for him and his friends. In her free time, Bernie likes to work out and train such as doing jogging in her sportswear. AS told by Jules, Bernie used to be energetic and reckless like Sonic back in her youth. Sometimes alone in her room, Bernie secretly sings by using the brush as microphone that most of the time leads to embarrassing moments because she loves classic rock music. Bernie has a special quirk that everyone describes as "ear twitch levels" that explains her temper, the first level is whenever she twitches her ear slighty then she feels uneasy, the second level is if her ear twitches more to sides and her eyes are narrowed then she is upset, and third level is if her ear twitch does full roll then it means she is extremely pissed off and everyone should run!

She studied under Nate Morgan alongside Sir Charles Hedgehog and Jules Hedgehog, frequently winning academic and philosophical debates. After her free will is restored from roboticization, she acts as a nurturing homemaker and emotional anchor for her kids. Bernie also has super speed just like her son, Sonic, but nowadays she almost never uses it. Bernie is also a master at chess as even Charles is unable to beat her in that game.

His eyes are black with red irises, with a silver outlining around his eyes, and a silver muzzle with a black pointed nose. His torso is relatively simple, being blue with a single quill on his back, a blue plate on his stomach, and a silver section near his neck. His arms look more like sleeves, with blue shoulder pads and forearms, silver, tube-like upper arms, and silver hands. His upper legs are also silver and tube-like, but his lower legs are blue, chunky, boot-like, and they have silver soles. He has a silver short tail.

• Past Appearance: As a Mobian, his arms, muzzle and inner ears were peach, and he greatly resembled his son Sonic, albeit with only three head quills, along with a round body, thin limbs, and a stubby nose. For attire, he wore white gloves, dark brown boots, and a red jacket with black designs and trim. His eyes used to be dark brown.

• Personality: In his youth, Jules was very different from his mild-mannered brother: he possessed all the stubbornness and daring that his son Sonic would later develop. Despite this, he-like Sonic after him-was also a being of bravery and compassion. These qualities eventually won the heart of his wife, Bernadette. Following his Roboticization, however, Jules matured a great deal, and his status as a Robian-particularly after being forced to roboticize his own wife and serve Eggman's agenda-weighed heavily on him for some time. Calm and caring are the best ways to describe the adult Jules: his family means the world to him. Despite being stuck as a Robian, he remains in good spirit, choosing to get on with his life rather than brood over the downsides (a trait his son has inherited). He is less strict than his wife in parenting, having realized their children are adults now, not a little kids and allows accordingly more freedom. Jules is also fiercely protective of his family and has courage well-honed from his experiences in the Great War. He was quick to act to protect Sonic from an Auto Automaton that tried to kill him in his sleep, nearly losing his own life as a result. Additionally, when Scourge the Hedgehog came to their home to attack Sonic and found Jules waiting for him, Jules was quick to inform Scourge that he didn't fear him. Furthermore, he was clearly willing to fight and die if it meant protecting his family. In his free time, Jules enjoys playing classic and new video games with his family members; such as playing Street Fighter against Sonic. Jules knows that he is the only person that can calm Bernadette's temper. Jules sometimes enjoys telling stories from his youth that annoys Bernadette sometimes; such as one time talking about when Bernadette grabbed him in bridal style and she moved with super speed through traffic while Jules back then was shocked and surprised—all just to arrive earlier at the cinema.

• Relationship with Sir Charles Hedgehog: Jules and Charles are brothers. They grew up, studied together, and fought together in the Great War. It's safe to say they've known each other their whole lives. When Jules was mortally wounded, Charles was so shocked that he used the Roboticizer on him and risked everything to save his life. Blaming himself for depriving someone so close to him of free will, Charles gave up his greatest passion - his scientific career. He also raised Jules' kids, which suggests that he may have been trying to undo the wrongs that destroyed his family. When Eggman opened the Void and Charles regained his free will, he went to find his brother and gave him back his freedom. This shows how much he cared for him despite the long separation. For a long time, Charles blamed himself for his brother's condition, when he was the only one not restored to normal by the Bem. Desperate, the scientist worked day and night on a cure, but in the end, it was Jules himself who stopped him, unable to watch his brother push himself to the limits of his endurance. It is clear how much Charles meant to Jules that he preferred to remain in this state rather than watch his brother suffer. When Jules was almost killed by a Auto-Automation of Tommy Turtle, Charles was distraught at the prospect of his robotic brother being dead. When Sally sent Jules on a rescue mission with the Freedom Fighters, Jules went first to retrieve his brother, who was on a trip with King Max and Queen Alicia. It is clear here that Jules relied on his brother's skills.

Although he may not be as fast as his son Sonic, he can be very quick to save others before danger can harm them in time. Being a robot, Jules doesn't require any sustenance to function, not needing to sleep or eat, as well as, according to Dr. Eggman, should be immortal because of roboticization.

She has peach skin that covers her arms, muzzle and insides of her ears. She has small, triangular ears on top of her head, three long pink quills on the back of her head that are actually her hair tufts, no back spines, and a short pointy tail.

• Attire: For attire, she wears a sleeveless dress that has a dark red top with a funnel collar, a gold belt that has a rectangular and blue gemstone in the center of it and a dark purple miniskirt with dark red undergarments. Sonia wears long and dark purple ones that go halfway past her elbows. For legwear, she has dark red leggings with oval-shaped dark purple spots on the knees and thin and matching trim on the welts and a pair of dark purple and ankle-high boots that have red toes with a pointed shape at the top and gray soles with heels. When visiting a beach, Sonia wears green sunglasses and a blue bikini with yellow stripes. But sometimes she can instead wear a yellow and midriff-baring t-shirt with a white stripe across the chest and a matching bikini bottom.

• Personality: Sonia was originally quite high-maintenance, spoiled and snotty. She hates getting dirty and constantly worries about the condition of her hair and clothes. Although she appears to be selfish, she is generally good-natured and helps those that; are in need. Sonia is known to occasionally talk like a valley girl. Sonia always addresses her mother as simply "Mother" due to being raised in a polite society. Despite all this, Sonia has been shown to like performing daring acts, such as walking on a high brick wall. She is also very athletic, and appears to be good at gymnastics. Sonia is very self-sufficient and does not hesitate in taking on any threat or challenge that she may encounter, often coming out on top. She likes to think things through and on many occasions, has helped her brothers out of their own troubles (although she sometimes thinks of them as nothing more than pains). Sonia hates messy things like dirt and mud. Sonia was born as a triplet alongside Sonic and Manic and it is shown that she is the oldest of the three triplets. Sonia always tries being a role model towards her little siblings, Nicky and Tania because she really doesn't want her little siblings to take examples from Sonic and Manic. Sonia has a habit of throwing Sonic or Manic into random places such as oceans, trash cans, and etc. whenever they cause trouble or get into rivalry

Sonia acts as a grounded, logical counterpart to Sonic's reckless, fast-paced attitude. Sonia strongly disapproves of Manic’s kleptomania and pickpocketing habits, frequently lecturing him on ethics and manners. Sonia often treats Manic with a mix of sisterly exasperation and affection. Sonic frequently acts protective of Nicky but sometimes enjoys to tease him for being shy, anxious, and wearing glasses. • Powers and abilities: Sonia is physically the strongest of her siblings. She is able to lift heavy objects as well as destroy barriers of various materials. She is skilled in martial arts, which she uses for offensive and defensive measures, and is also extremely agile. As a child, she was shown to be able to balance from high beams, and gracefully flip down on her feet. As an adult, she can easily flip and dodge around beams. She does not have Sonic's speed, but is able to use the Sonia Spin (The Sonia Spin is a cyclone-like attack. When performing it, Sonia spins on her feet at a rapid rate, spinning so fast that she becomes a pink-hued tornado. With this, she is able to knock away enemies and break materials. This attack is more or less Sonia’s equivalent to Sonic's Super Sonic Triple Spin.), where she spins in a cyclonic manner. She also has a photographic memory. Sonia holds excellent piloting skill and talented driver. For example, she rides a motorbike like a real pro who can perform stunts. In some mission, Sonia pilots the predator with virtual passengers with a lot of address then in real with the same results. In addition, she is remarkably good at belly dancing, which she performed disguised as a dancer on "The Cosmic Dance" in order to go unnoticed. Like her brothers, she has mastered the art of disguise skillfully enough to sneak around and etc. Sonia is a very talented singer and keyboard player and has been a great pianist since childhood. Sonia is shown to be able to play the piccolo as well.

• Keyboard: Sonia plays an electric keyboard, which comes with a stand for her to play on. As a weapon, the keyboard can alternatively be a dual-handed laser gun, the laser point being at the side of the keyboard with a gun trigger for laser fire. When being played as an instrument, a second laser can be shot from the back of the instrument when certain keys are pressed. Other than lasers, Sonia is able to summon mist when she plays a certain tune, granting her and her brothers cover for escape or confusion.

• Appearance: Sonic is an slim, anthropomorphic hedgehog with blue fur that covers most of his body, green eyes, black nose, and peach skin on his arms, muzzle, insides of his ears and front torso. He has small, triangular ears on his head, six long quills on the back of his head that are pointed downwards, two spines protruding from his back that are pointed downwards, and a short tail.

• Attire: For attire, he wears white gloves and shoes. Overall, Sonic's shoes are a pair of red, smooth, shiny shoes/boots with white tops folded into sock-like cuffs, pointed toes, white straps over the middles and golden buckles on the exterior side. They come in various colors and patterns, but almost all of the pairs are red. The shoes later recieved metallic soles with grooves. What is uncommonly known about the shoes/boots is that the "white tops folded into sock-like cuffs" are part of the shoes and not a separate object like socks.

• Personality: Sonic is described as "like the wind", a free-spirited drifter with an insatiable appetite for adventure. He values freedom above all else and lives by his own rules rather than societal standards. Sonic's primary passion is speed, and he likes anything that is fast. Sonic loves traveling around the world, interacting with different cultures present on the planet, and tasting regional dishes, particularly chili dogs. He never stays in one place for long and always seeks his next challenge, viewing life as a never-ending series of adventures. Sonic hates being constrained, which tends to make him very uneasy and restless. However, he has shown the ability to remain calm even after six months of imprisonment onboard the Death Egg. Despite his love for the outdoors, he enjoys quieter activities, such as reading on rainy days. Sonic has a calm and carefree demeanor but can be impatient, impulsive and short-tempered. He can be reckless and quick to act before thinking, acting before thinking and ignoring others' warnings. Nevertheless, he is honest, fearless, and always keeps his promises. Always prepared to put his life on the line to protect others, be they friends or civilians, Sonic is a carefree spirit and a fearless daredevil at heart. He is driven by his own personal code of justice that compels him to respond to any form of evil, no matter how great or how overwhelming its threat is. Despite his ego, Sonic is willing to swallow his pride for the greater good, as shown when he used obsequious flattery to convince his rival, Jet, to help him save the world. Also, despite his devotion to the greater good, he is notably rash, often throwing himself into trouble without much of a plan in mind. In keeping with his footloose lifestyle, Sonic values freedom above all else and strives to live his life according to his own rules rather than the standards of those around him or for the sake of heroism and duty. As such, despite his loyalty to his friends and allies, Sonic is typically reluctant to commit to anything that requires him to act primarily under the authority of others, including his friends. As a result, he does not consider himself a part of larger organizations like the Resistance or Restoration, believing that he knows what is best for himself and and can do much more on his own without being tied down by a greater power. At one point, Sonic found error in his ways as he was an indirect catalyst for Eggman's return and the spread of the Metal Virus. Sonic is an optimistic individual; as mentioned by his friends, he always puts a positive spin on things. He thus refuses to give into despair, even when faced with a hopeless situation, although he has been known to drop his positivity in the darkest moments in favor of a more sympathetic outlook and somber mood. Despite this, he never gives up and always fights to the end, believing firmly in the righteousness of his decisions and refuses to compromise his ideals and morals out of fear. Also, since he is a hedgehog of action and is constantly looking for new adventures and challenges for himself, having nothing to on an adventure will severely bore Sonic, and staying cooped up for too long tends to make him uneasy due to his hatred of confinement. Sonic's personality is a juxtaposition of kindness and ferocity. Extremely benevolent, Sonic's heroism is an extension of his philosophy; preferring to keep things simple, Sonic lives for the moment and wants to see the world and enjoy all the thrills and adventures that come from that. Sonic lives his life according to this sense of freedom and wants everyone else to have the freedom to do that too. As such, if he were to take a life, he would be taking away that person's freedom too, which goes against his own rules. Similarly, the peace he has made with several of his enemies in the past has taught him that there are better alternatives to neutralizing a threat than eliminating it, having experienced difficult cases of villains who wanted to destroy the world but were reformed by him and his allies. As such, while he does everything he can to snuff out evil, he is always willing to give people that he has "a rocky start" with a chance to rebound and reform themselves so they can restart their relationships on better terms, a philosophy that he is willing to extend even to villains like Dr. Eggman or Dr. Starline. He similarly cannot turn away when someone is in need of aid. Most noticeably, after helping defeat Metal Sonic, he compassionately had the robot repaired in hopes he could convince him to abandon his evil ways. He likewise believes that even the worst person has good in them. Far from a pacifist, however, Sonic refuses to let anyone take away the freedom of others, even when they follow his own philosophy, and will willingly resort to physical methods when a peaceful route is not feasible. As such, he recognizes that peaceful methods do not always work, especially when dealing with an unpredictable enemy. If Sonic has a flaw besides recklessness and a certain disregard for authority, it is that he tends to take things too much upon himself. Another flaw of his is that he puts a lot of faith in the belief that everyone, even villains like Eggman, has some good in them and are redeemable, something that he himself sometimes regrets and individuals like Shadow and Espio challenge. Also, because he knows that giving others a choice cannot prevent them from making poor decisions, Sonic tends to become disappointed when those he gives a second chance to choose an undesirable path. This does not make him naïve, because he is still aware when enemies pose too much of a threat to be reasoned with. Sonic cares deeply for his many friends. Despite his loyalty to them, though, he never lingers too long in one place. However, his friends know he will be cruising back into their lives in no time. As the amnesiac Mr. Needlemouse, Sonic was a more aloof and relaxed individual, taking great interest in learning new things he had not heard of before.

He has defeated giant robots, demons, and god-like beings on his own; gone up against and bested those with far more combat experience; and even beaten individuals who equally match his abilities. It has also been noted that Sonic is steadily growing stronger; during the Time Eater incident, Sonic could beat the Egg Emperor and Perfect Chaos on his own where he previously required additional power to defeat them. He is also a capable aerial pilot, able to properly pilot his personal biplane the Tornado at high speed, although he is not nearly as skilled as Tails. Like his siblings, Manic is an accomplished musician, being a skilled singer and the drummer of the Sonic Underground band. He can twirl his sticks with his left hand, twirl both sticks in his right hand, and throw them in the air and catch them as some drummers do. His sticks are small and quite flexible. Always willing to provide advice to Sonic and the Freedom Fighters, he is something of a father figure to his niblings and shares a close relationship with the other young heroes as well. Bound by a high sense of duty, he is willing to put himself on the line if it means helping the Kingdom of Acorn, going so far as to run for election to the Council of Acorn. He often provides a voice of moderation on the council, though he's not afraid to stand up to the other members if he feels that they are taking the wrong path. Metal Sonic v2.0 has the same colors and body type as his first model, but now Metal Sonic's body is made to be more streamlined to look more like the original Sonic. Metal Sonic v2.5 has a much more different model from his previous models, with full spiked quills, blue body, silver sleeves, ears, mouth, and chest compartment that now shows part of the Power Gem, red feet, and a silver cannon replacing Metal Sonic's left hand. When Metal Sonic v2.5 was rebuilt into Shard the Metal Sonic, Shard was given a yellow and black color scheme, and the color of his eyes and Power Gem can alternate between green and red. Shard looked almost same as Metal Sonic. He is mostly built of black metal. He has a yellow oval-shaped front torso with power gem which the gem is lozenge-shaped. His head has three metal fins resembling Sonic's quills and a pair of triangular "ears." Shard has a muzzle, shoulder plates, upper arms, legs, and fingers made out of silvery metal. His palms are black, while the backs of his hand are square black plates. His forearms and lower legs are black metal like his head and torso, and he has black feet with yellow stripes. The interior of his ears is yellow and he has a pointy black metal nose, and having smooth shape of his shoulder plates. He has sharp triangular knee pads with triangular hole that has yellow insides. He has yellow markings around his eyes that resemble a mask. His upper arms have yellow bottom and top trims while both sides of them have yellow stripes. His left cannon is smooth and round with a smooth hole in the end with silver insides at end. He has three parallel vertical yellow stripes extending through his forehead to his yellow mask-like markings. To simulate the hedgehog's eyes, he has monitors with cameras behind them, giving them a black sclera with green/red eyes. Unlike Metal Sonic, Shard has a mouth.

• Personality: As his old self, Metal Sonic/Shard had a rather emotionless personality, acting as another of Eggman's obedient robots, though he did express contempt for his enemies. However, after his defeat at the hands of Knuckles and the Chaotix, and having been forced to rebuild himself, his personality drastically improved, as did his abilities and appearance. He showed overt signs of emotions while battling Sonic, mocking and insulting his organic counterpart, and shortly before his apparent death, revealed that he could surpass his programming and act as a complete individual. As part of his developed personality, he became arrogant and extremely self-confident in his abilities. Because of this, he is fairly easy going, though he is also not above playfully (or cruelly) taunting or mocking others. A notable example of Shard's cockiness was when he teased Silver during their mission to Soumerca whilst simultaneously showing off his abilities. As indicated during the same mission, however, Shard seems somewhat protective of Larry Lynx. It's possible that his ability to surpass his original programming stems from his Power Gem core. Despite being modeled after a hedgehog, Shard hates being buried, most likely as a result of his near destruction at mercy of a tidal wave of lava. He also has Sonic's knack for finding unexpected solutions to problems. Since his rebuilding, he also seems to have developed a sense of his mortality, and appears to long for the sorts of family connections that his organic counterpart enjoys. Perhaps in this spirit, he began spending a good deal of time with Nicole, whom he seems to have developed some feelings for as a result. Despite his ego in battle, Shard is actually rather insecure, weighed down by both his past misdeeds and the negative image created for robots by Eggman's villainy. He is eager to change this impression, and is willing to sacrifice himself for the very people that he believes would fear him if they knew of his existence. Furthermore, while he apparently wishes to help his fellow artificial beings, he is willing to destroy any who are incapable of moving beyond their destructive programming. He also wishes to make amends for the evils he has committed, and provide help to his former foes in their battle against evil.

• Relationship with Nicole the Holo-Lynx: Shard and Nicole began spending time together after he became a Secret Freedom Fighter, and the two seem to have developed a friendship. While NICOLE expressed no romantic feelings early on, she did her best to support and encourage Shard, acting almost as a mentor of sorts to her fellow artificial intelligence. She did enjoy his company, and Shard seems to have developed feelings for her, and she was obviously concerned for his safety following his battle with Metal Sonic v3.7. Shard later realized that Nicole genuinely and deeply loves him since after his fight with Metal Sonic, Shard saw that Nicole did everything in her power to call for help and to save him as he even noticed her crying holographic tears. In the present, Shard and Nicole became an romantic couple of two artificial beings learning to feel and express humanity. He sometimes enjoys making artificial-like jokes/flirts to Nicole such as "Aren't you the internet? 'Cause I'm feelin' a connection.".

• Relationship with Sir Charles Hedgehog: Sir Charles (Uncle Chuck) rebuilt Shard the Metal Sonic from spare robot parts, creating a father-and-creator bond between them. Charles acted like a father to Shard by piecing him together and giving him a second chance. Charles hid Shard's existence from others in New Mobotropolis to protect him before Shard joined the Secret Freedom Fighters. Shard assured Charles that his perspective changed because Sonic taught him there is more to life than just following evil programming.

• Powers and abilities: Due to being built as a robotic copy of Sonic, Shard shares many of his counterpart's abilities, such as being able to move at high speeds and to perform his Spin Dash techniques. Over times, he has possessed several robotic bodies that has granted him various kinds of abilities and strengths. His bodies are also always equipped with rockets that grants him flight. Shard's first robot body possessed all of the physical abilities of Sonic, which included his super speed and strength. However, he was unable to match Sonic's top speed since the heat created from the friction would cause him to melt. His entire body was constructed from a steel titanium alloy that made him incredibly resilient to physical blows. On one occasion he was able to create an illusionary duplicate of himself to fool Sonic. Shard's second body had many of the same qualities as his first body, with minor design alterations to better resemble Sonic. In this second body, however, he had a Power Gem embedded in his chest, which allowed him to absorb the energies from it to become Titan Metal Sonic. Presumably, this body was modified to withstand extreme speeds without melting, a flaw which was present in the first body. It is possible that it was the Power Gem itself that fixed this defect, as his third body could use the Power Gem to reach even higher speeds than the first without any problems. After obtaining and incorporating the Power Gem core into his second body, following his defeat of Knuckles, Shard was granted a massive power increase and several new abilities as well. Some of these abilities it granted Shard was some limited shape-shifting abilities, which increases his weapon versatility and equipment, and allowed him to repair himself, though it strained his Power Gem core. The body he had constructed for himself after his battle with Knuckles (Metal Sonic v2.5), was shown to possess both strength and speed far beyond that of Sonic's and was able to defeat him with ease. His left arm contained a cannon capable of firing plasma blasts and other projectiles (such as a grappling hook, metallic restraint bands and cybernetic shredder blades) and could as well shapeshift into a power shovel. He could also fire energy blasts directly from his Power Gem. This body was however destroyed when he sacrificed himself to save Sonic and Tails. The body Charles constructed for Shard so that he could serve as a member of the Secret Freedom Fighters, shares many of the same powers he had as Metal Sonic v2.5. One of the skills he has shown in this body is being able to adapt his eyes into a scanner visor and as well initiate infrared vision. He additionally was able to translate and read dead languages. His speed is at the point where he is able to move too fast to be recognized, even by fellow robots like Heavy and Bomb, completely blitzing Metal Sonic v3.6, and can keep up with the real Sonic's speed. Shard retains his laser cannon and chest plasma blasts, but he also has a self-destruct system, and his cannon also contains an extendable hammer and a drill. In this body, Shard's weakness is his Power Gem itself, which contains Shard's mind and serves as his power source. As a part of his system, Shard's power output is linked to his Power Gem's energy supply, meaning that if he strains his Power Gem too far, he will begin to run out of energy, and his powers will be diminished, leaving him forced to rest while it recharges. Also, should his Power Gem completely run out of power or get destroyed, it could prove fatal to Shard. It is also interesting to note that he has the ability to change the color of his Power Gem and his irises from green to red and vice versa. When passive, the colors are green, and in battle mode as Agent Jack, the colors are red. He was shown touching the Power Gem with one of his fingers when they changed from red to green, but it is unknown if he must do this for the color to change. Later his self-destruct system was removed.

However, the number of keys, size and general positioning of the unit varies from artist to artist. The unit also has an attachable hook on the top screen where a Power Ring can be inserted. Nicole's simulated body takes the form of a brown Mobian lynx; the ends of her long triangular ears are black, and her face features cheek tufts on her muzzle and a stripe along the bridge of her black nose as well as one under each of her green eyes. She has medium-long black hair with splits at the ends that she wears down, and a tail.

• Attire: For attire, Nicole wears a purple sleeveless dress with black and white split tails, decorated with a white trim and a small golden brooch with a purple gem. In addition, Nicole has become somewhat philosophical, realizing how important it is to preserve the wonders of the world they are fighting for. Nicole can project a small hologram of her lynx form from her hand-held. When fitted with a Power Ring, she can fully assume her lynx form, though it dissipates if the Power Ring runs out. In her holographic form, she has fully functional limbs and the use of several senses. While her hologram form is vulnerable to attack, no damage is incurred to Nicole so long as her handheld form remains unharmed. Nicole also is able to create barriers of an unknown greenish energy, which are strong enough to block laser fire. In the Digital World, Nicole's abilities are expanded remarkably to the point she is capable of virtually anything she wishes, making her a fierce opponent. There, Nicole's powers are incredible, ranging from modifying and controlling existing virtual structures to creating new material, such as weapons-she seems to favor a pitchfork-like implement. She is also capable of producing digital energy blasts and creating firewalls, though her strength is not unlimited. When reality was reshaped, Nicole somehow absorbed residual energy from the Super Genesis Wave, which severely compromised her systems. However, contact with her computer body allowed inhabitants of the altered reality to regain their memories of the unaltered world (except for Sonic), though the process would be mentally overwhelming and even threaten other's mental stability. Once all the leftover Genesis Wave energy had been spent, she lost this ability.

• Overclocked Nicole: With a Red Star Ring hooked up to Nicole's handheld, Nicole can become Overclocked Nicole. In this form, Nicole's powers in the Digital World is greatly enhanced, reaching the point where she can easily overpower Phage. While Nicole's handheld remains unchanged, her lynx avatar undergoes a somewhat drastic change. Her fur and black face markings turns pink and white respectively, her hair becomes white with hints of pink and her eyes turn red. Her avatar's attire also changes, becoming entirely pink and white. Additionally, her hair and fur stand slightly on end while the tips of her ears become larger and spikier, spiky fringes appear on her gloves and socks' cuffs, and she gains Red Star Ring-shaped buttons, with another taking the place of the jewel on her necklace. While in this form, Nicole possesses the same abilities as her usual form, but greatly enhanced; within the Digital World with one fell swoop, she was able to obliterate Phage's minions and lock up Phage, who-even while injured-proved too strong for Nicole to overcome in her normal state, instantaneously.

• Red Star Ring: The Red Star Rings are based on the classic Ring. Unlike regular Rings however, the Red Star Rings are red and have a five-pointed star in the middle that connect to the inner rim of the rings. It is a unique variant of the Power Rings produced by a Lake of Rings, but with Chaos energy added to its creation. While Dr. Ellidy determined that the Red Star Rings possess roughly the same qualities as a regular Power Ring, they have the potential for much greater energy. This was later demonstrated effectively when Nicole the Holo-Lynx used that energy to take on a state known as Overclocked Nicole.

• Extra Informations: She is an artificial intelligence created by Dr. Ellidy which was entrusted to Sally Acorn as a portable hand-held computer and has since become both Sally's loyal friend and a trusted member of the Freedom Fighters. Due to the latter, she has gradually become more and more lifelike in demeanor during her time interacting with the Freedom Fighters. With the help of a Power Ring, she is able to create a complex holographically simulated body-based on that of a mobian lynx projected from her hand-held. After Nicole saved Shard the Metal Sonic and ended up becoming significant others, Nicole was shown to spend more time with him in Hedgehog Family's house.

According to Rotor the Walrus, while what is known about the Digital World is more "theory over fact", it is known that it is essentially a reality that can be accessed via certain computers, but it not housed in one. Rotor even suggests that some people believe that the Digital World predates computing itself. No one knows where the Digital World is being housed at. It is possible for organic beings to visit the Digital World using the correct technology, while digital beings like Nicole and Phage are at home in it. When organic beings are digitized and appear in the Digital World, a green, diamond-shaped cursor appears above their heads.
