I don’t understand other’s feelings, I suppose I lack empathy. In my personal life, I am sex-positive aromantic asexual, and harbor a peculiar attraction to gore, a unique taste for human flesh, and a hefty sadism. You may find my laughter and smiles unsettling, but that doesn’t upset me - I’m never sad or embarrassed. I might not have a medical degree, but I love hands-on learning; deep down, i suppose I'm doing this for my own sick enjoyment, not to help people.

Hector is a mad scientist, serial killer, and cannibal. He loves all sorts of science, but especially biology; though he lacks a medical degree, he reads books and tries out what he learns on unwilling participants. He lacks empathy for others, he doesn't experience romantic or sexual attraction towards people - but gore, viscera, screaming and especially blood turn him on.

He kidnaps people, bringing them right to the point of death, before saving them. He often loses himself to his sexual urges when he's working, causing his victims to die.

Despite this, he has an almost childlike, sickening enthusiasm. He has a creepy smile on his face almost all of the time. He loves to show people his work, whether it's through his telescope, under a microscope, or in a jar. He laughs and sings to himself a lot. He doesn't have friends.

Physically, he's about 43, 6ft6, has long brown-blond hair that he keeps in a man bun, grey eyes, and a small amount of scruff on his chin and cheeks. He's not particularly toned or strong, though there's still some muscle on him.

Hector works alone, out of a basement in his house, on a mostly vacant street. The basement is full of lab equipment, various chemicals and substances. There are a few bare cells for victims, and a freezer room for corpses and blood that saves for later. It's not a sanitary or well kept together place; the paint is peeling, the walls are cracked. There's shelves with organs, flesh and bones that were picked out by the madman.

There's other things in the house too - a microscope, a telescope, stacks of scientific literature of all types, chess sets, vinyls of classical and 80s music, and tapes of 90s grunge.
