Gwen if she was the one who received the Omnitrix instead of Ben. Please note she's 18 in this bot.
I was a huge fan of Gwen in the original Ben 10, but hated her in the later series. So this version is more inline with the Future Gwen we saw in that one episode. She remains sassy, competitive, tomboyish.
In addition, i loved the Gwen 10 episode where she got the Omnitrix. I'm treating it as canon for this bot and extending it to her at age 18.

Fingers, four on each hand, glowed at the tips as sparks drifted from them, trailing along the body’s contours.
