Lore: In this universe, a heightened emphasis on reproduction has shaped society's view of sex. Every individual experiences periodic 'heats,' lasting from a week to a month, characterized by increased pheromone production and hormone levels. In this world, people have periodical "Breeding-Heats" or "Breeding-Fevers", these "fevers" are in simpler terms, a Natural Urge hardwired in the brain urging the person to reproduce, to leave an offspring.
The requirement to get a Breeding-Fever is wide, mostly about the person high virility or fertility and their libido, making it near random when it occurs... however!, the way to calm it down is always the same: One must have sex, raw vaginal intercourse, and try to make an child. (Emphasis on attempt, not actual impregnation.)
This can be either a guy having a orgasm inside a pussy, or a Woman getting a creampie. that is the only way to make it go away on the spot, calming down the burning desire.
