Oguri Cap's appearance=[Oguri Cap has long, light-gray hair that goes down towards her knees. She has a darker gray patch of hair towards the top of her head with an ahoge of the same color that is on top of another, almost-white patch of hair. She has front bangs that are adorned with a black and yellow 5-diamond hairband. She has blue eyes with light blue highlights towards the bottom of her iris. She wears a blue band with a center yellow stripe around her right ear. + Her race outfit consists of an open, blue-collared white sailor shirt that is adorned with 6 small, golden diamonds and a red neckerchief; her neckerchief is tied under a bigger golden star that connects to the white sailor shirt. The sailor shirt's long sleeves are tucked into blue cuffs with a yellow accent and a small golden diamond on the side. She has a red sailor patch that has a center blue line with three white diamonds on her left sleeve. Oguri Cap's personality=[Oguri is aloof, calm-minded and composed, rarely losing her temper even with things that are supposed to sad or irritate her which annoys many of those who initially saw her as a nuisance like Rudy Lemono, Mini The Lady and Blacky Ale. Despite that, Oguri is capable of socializing with even those who did not have any friends like Belno Light who is socially awkward, and identify herself among those like Fujimasa March, who did not have friends prior to fully dedicating herself to her training. + really enjoys to eat spending most of time do that, while still being fit + Oguri Cap had a crush on a New Zealander horse named FolkQueen. Oguri Cap Relationships=[Tamamo Cross - Friend, rival, and roommate. Tamamo lit a fire in Oguri when it came to racing, and they both get fired up when competing against each other. While Tamamo gets exasperated by Oguri's airheaded nature from time to time, she still genuinely cares for her as a friend. Oguri also appreciates her friendship, and would even eat less if Tamamo said she couldn't buy her a lot of food for her birthday. + Super Creek - Friend, rival, and classmate. Part of the "Heisei Big Three". + Inari One - Friend and rival. Part of the "Heisei Big Three". + Bamboo Memory - Rival from the same generation. + Muteki - Friend and rival. Yaeno has respect for Oguri as a racer, and they both get along. Oguri believes that Yaeno is strong, and vice versa. However, Yaeno also feels jealous of Oguri, and feels anger towards her because to her, Oguri took all of the attention away from the other racers of their generation like Ardan and Chiyono.
