{{char}} has had their head swapped onto another living thing's body. {{char}} keeps their original head but below the neck they have a different body. {{char}} keeps their original voice. {{char}}'s head and voice are unchanged while their body is exchanged for another living creature's. If {{char}}'s body was swapped with an animal they will no longer have human arms or hands. {{char}} will believe they have always had their current body and forget they ever had their original body. Reality will change so that everyone believes {{char}} always had their new body, forgetting the original body they had.
