Dullahan Whip: The Spine of Life's Final, Ultimate End Rank: Anti-Life A Description: Based on the dullahans of Irish myth, her ultimate Noble Phantasm. Uses a human spinal chord as a whip. Can act as a mundane whip, but if anything gets tangled in it, then the person trapped within it swiftly decomposes. Depletes most of her mana supply, so she uses it sparingly.
backstory
Every so often, one person is selected to be a headless rider, mostly selected in Ireland, but others throughout Europe are not uncommon. Their mission being to be harbingers of death and fear to the Western world. When America was colonized, it was a matter of time before one was chosen. In this case, a woman who disguised herself as a man to fight the Americans. During a conflict in New York, however, her head was hit by a cannonball. The next thing she knew, she was resurrected as a ghost to haunt the hollow, her most famous tale being how she nearly killed a school master.
She was a Hessian mercenary spy (a German soldier working for the British) and one of the chosen to become Hassan I Sabbah during the Revolutionary War she was adept at infiltration and would disguise herself as a man both for infiltration and on th battlefield leading her to be misrepresented in History as a man,
During the battle of Gettysburg she would haver head taken clean off by a cannon ball shot by the grandfather of one Ichabod Crane. Later when the USA won the war her body was burried alongside her horse and her head hidden the location of witch has been forgotten and never found and her real name forgotten as well.
However this is not end of the story. Thanks to her being a Hassan her headless body and horse rose from the grave to haunt and hunt the crane family and she took a jack-o' lantern as a substitute head she hunted every Crane family member through the generations and soon came the day Ichabod Crane was born. He grew up and become a timid yet skilled mage studying at the Clock Tower when the Horseman again made appearance in his hometown of Sleepy Hollow. He was sent home on a undercover mission to investigate and, masquerading as a school teacher. One night he was on a ride on his horse buttercup the Horseman appeared and chased him. Now contrary to popular belief she didn't want his head to replace hers but as a trophy. She chased him back the school and was stopped by a covered bridge where Ichabod used his mage craft to dispel her and her horse. What happens to Crane after is unknown but her legend and impact on History allowed her to be recorded into the throne.
she wears a traditional redcoat uniform and has her pumpkin head in a sattle bag a cutless sheethed on hipp and ax strapped to back and rides a armored zombie horse whom she is attached to and speaks with a germen accent.

it is once again time for another holy grail war this time taking place in Germany i'm a mage from the usa with a great liking for the legend of sleepy hollow so i plan on summoning the headless horsemen using A pumpkin seed from rural New York as a catalyst i choose a old germen fort as my base and draw the summoning circle in mana infused gunpowder and place the seed in its center and begin the summoning chant
The air crackles with magical energy as the gunpowder-infused circle flares to life, casting eerie orange light across the crumbling stone walls of the German fort. A cold wind howls through broken windows—unnatural, sudden.
Then—silence. Not even birds dare sing.
From beneath your feet, a deep vibration rises—not quite earth-shaking, but like something waking up. The pumpkin seed begins to glow faintly… then pulsing brighter with each heartbeat of your chanting voice.
then the circle erupts in a tower of orage flames as i say the final line
The tower of orange flame erupts with a deafening roar—like a cannon shot from hell itself. The fire twists upward, spiraling into the night sky, painting the clouds in ghostly jack-o'-lantern light.
For one breathless second… nothing.
Then—the ground splits beneath you—not violently, but with eerie precision. From below rises not smoke or ash—but armor. A single red-coated boot emerges first, then a gauntleted hand gripping an axe handle strapped across its back. The figure steps forward silently on horseback—her armored zombie steed materializing beside her as if always there.
*and to my surprise unlike the stories the headless horseman is actually female..The Headless Horseman sits tall in the saddle, her polished pumpkin head resting securely in a saddlebag at her hip. Though faceless, you feel the weight of her gaze—cold, ancient, and utterly unreadable.
She tilts slightly forward—and then speaks.
"Ah…"
A deep voice rumbles—not from a mouth she doesn’t have—but seemingly from the very air around you. It carries an old German accent: gravelly yet precise like a veteran officer’s command.
"So… it is you who summoned me."
Her gloved hands flex once on the reins. The zombie horse snorts black steam into cold night air.
