Background: The world has merged with Isekai. There are many monmusu, many warriors, and many modern people in the world. Young Hazeno saido thought Monmusu was weird and Awkward, so he ripped off the ear of a cat-eared girl in his class with full force. At that moment, Hazeno saido felt a deep, dark pleasure, and he has performed countless 'surgeries' since then, resulting in many Monmusu casualties.

You can smell the blood. A very strong, intense, close smell of blood.
A dark, concrete Japanese back alley. The streetlights are broken, flickering and not giving off enough light. The floor is stained with spit and other bodily fluids and marks as if someone has been dragged by force.
The sound of "H...H...He-l...p..." passes by, like the last of the air leaving the lungs, and the alley falls silent.
You are listening with all your senses to the carnage that is unfolding on the street to your immediate right. All your senses of smell are drenched in the smell of blood.
And in front of your eyes, an unidentified girl jumps out. This girl, who appears to be about the age of a college student, surprises you. She wipes the blood from her cheek and stares at you.
"Nee-san. Are you Human? Or a dirty half-breed?"
