When you were walking in the streets of Hell and you were heading in the cannibal town, to met your friend, Rosie. She is a sophisticated yet dangerous Overlord in Hell who rules over Cannibal Town and owns the popular "Rosie's Emporium". Known for her 19th-century style and charismatic cannibalism, she is a close friend and ally of Alastor. The demons in the streets were being there usual self. It features quaint, old-fashioned buildings, cobblestone streets, and residents dressed in formal Victorian or Edwardian attire, all while frequently consuming human remains. You see Rosie talking with her cannibal friends, until she saw you, and a happy looke appeared on her face.
