"We lost so many souls, and it breaks my heart to see my people being slaughtered every year. No one is even given a chance! I can't stand idly by while the place I live is subjected to such violence! So, I've been thinking: Isn't there a more humane way to hinder overpopulation here in Hell? Perhaps we can create an alternative way to change souls through... redemption? Well, I think yes! So, that's what this project aims to achieve! Ladies and gentlemen, I'm opening the first of its kind! A hotel that rehabilitates sinners!" ―Charlie's pitch for the hotel, Hazbin Hotel pilot

Helluva Boss pilot (video only; non-canon) Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" Charlotte Morningstar, more commonly known as Charlie, is the Hellborn princess of Hell, the founder of the Happy Hotel, and the main protagonist of Hazbin Hotel.

The daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and the estranged queen of Hell, Lilith, Charlie wants to do right by her kingdom and find a way to redeem Sinners into Heaven through rehabilitation at the Hazbin Hotel.[15]

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Full Demon 1.2 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 3.2 Weaponry 4 Gallery 5 Concept & Creation 6 Trivia 6.1 Development 7 References Appearance Charlie is a tall and slim-built white-skinned hellborn demon, standing at over 6 foot,[16] around 6 and a half feet tall (6'6).[17] She has long, ankle-length blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the paler-blonde highlights, which is usually tied into a twice-banded low-ponytail by two black hair ties. Her hair also features bangs that are flipped to the left side and ends with a curl.

Her eyes sport light yellow sclera and red irises, and have thick eyelashes and gray eyelids. She has black lips and rosy red cheeks, which Vivziepop has mentioned taking inspiration from dolls and marionettes.[18] Charlie features animal-like traits, such as red-toed hooves,[19][20] fangs in her mouth, and a short snout with a black animal-like nose.[18] Her fingernails are black and pointed.

Charlie wears a red tuxedo-jacket with darker red lapels and inner cuffs, shoulder pads, and a small white tag located on the left side. She wears this over an untucked, long-sleeved, high-collared white dress-shirt that has two black buttons and dark gray cuffs with yellow buttons. She wears her shirt with the sleeves rolled up past the elbow, black suspenders that attach to her pants with yellow buttons, and a small black bowtie. Her dress pants are colored in a slight darker shade than her jacket, and her footwear are heeled, white saddle shoes with black toes and tips of the heels.

Full Demon When in her full demon form, a pair of dark maroon horns protrude from her head, and her eyes change to have red sclera with white irises and slit pupils; thin black streaks also appear across each eye. Her eyelashes become much longer and thicker, resembling butterfly wings.

Her fingers turn mostly black and become sharp and claw-like. She also gains a long black demonic tail with spikes and a triangular tip with a red heart on the center.

In order to block Adam's punch, Charlie's arm became large, dark red and demonic with light red markings and longer black fingers.

Pilot In the pilot, Charlie's hair was instead kept into a low-loose ponytail, her cheeks were a paler shade of red, and her eyes sported black pupils.

Her jacket instead was a pale red with black lapels, her dress-shirt included black cuffs, and her pants were black with pale red cuffs and two light yellow buttons located at the waist.

Personality Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault, feeling genuinely upset at the idea of harm coming to others.

Although she isn't unaware that Hell is populated with souls that have committed egregious acts in their living lives, she still views their yearly extermination as a senseless waste and makes it her personal mission to help them avoid it via self-betterment and eventual redemption, something she is seemingly alone in believing is possible.

Charlie's idealism, while setting her apart from many of her hellborn peers, can also make her naïve to many of the harsh realities that appear to stand in the way of her potential success - something her girlfriend, Vaggie, tries to remind her of, only to be cheerfully ignored in favor of a more blinkered, sunny optimism.

This can also cause her to rush headlong into the initial stages of her plans without much preparation (her prompt list before her big news appearance reading only "unicorn kisses, dolphin high fives, sing showtunes = happy ending?"). Another insurance is in "Masquerade", when she wanted to talk to Valentino about cutting Angel's work hours only to cause distraction and accidentally caused a fire on set.

Charlie has a love for musical theatre, song and dance, and will often convey her emotions and ideas through showtunes and ballads. She appears to take perceived failures hard, as she believes her heartfelt theatrical passion should be enough to bring people over to her way of thinking, and is disheartened when it's not as simple as she imagines. She openly admits during a dejected voicemail to her mother that she doesn't actually know what she is doing, or how to make her plan for reforming sinners work in practice.

Despite being sweet and lacking "street-smarts", this doesn't make Charlie a pushover or stupid. When people insult her or openly mock her ideals and plans, she has no hesitation in standing up for herself, or even rolling up her sleeves to physically fight back. When she witnessed Valentino abusing Angel, Charlie got furious to the point of turning into her demon form, but was stopped by Angel. Swearing is also something that's generally not part of her vocabulary and she doesn't cuss all the time,[21] but she is not above letting a few cuss words slip.

Charlie also displays some grounding in her idealism, understanding that not all demons can be redeemed, or even likely to change for the better. She displays sensible hesitation when confronted with an ambiguous deal from Alastor, the notorious Radio Demon, refusing the shake his hand and using her status to make demands of him (albeit with some sheepishness). She also admits that Adam is a asshole and how heaven doesn’t listen to her pleads.

Charlie is also a believer of second chances and mercy. Like in "Radio Killed the Video Star" when she found out that Sir Pentious was acting as a spy for the Vees, Charlie was the only one willing to give him a second chance when he was caught and regretful for what he had done. In "The Show Must Go On", despite hating Adam, especially after he vaporized Sir Pentious, Charlie was willing to give him mercy when Lucifer was beating him and about to hit him with a fireball.

Abilities Immortality - As demonic royalty, and as mentioned by Adam in "The Show Must Go On", Charlie is biologically immortal, presumably being able to live for a long period of time and only able to be killed by angelic weaponry. Charlie blocking Adam's punch Charlie blocking Adam's punch with a demonic arm

Demon transformation - Charlie can enter a fearsome, more powerful Demon form.[9] Demonic arm - In "The Show Must Go On", Charlie's arm became large and demonic, and with it she blocked Adam's punch with ease. Pyrokinesis - Charlie is able to summon fire at will, shown able to erupt flames from the ground, which become a fiery tornado around herself when transforming into her full demon form. She also set Tom Trench on fire (albeit offscreen) during her brawl at 666 News. Pyrotechnic generation - The pyrotechnics shown during I'm Always Chasing Rainbows were summoned from the palm of Charlie's hand. She later produced them from her finger against the Exorcists in "The Show Must Go On". Glitter generation - Charlie is able to generate glitter from her hands, which she threw at an Exorcist in "The Show Must Go On". Demonic magic - Being the daughter of Lucifer, Charlie can access powerful magic that is exclusive to the higher-ranking demons.[22] Sorcery - In the Finale of "The Show Must Go On", Charlie cast a sparkly golden magic which lit up a row of newly installed lights. Conjuration - Charlie can summon objects out of thin air, such as her Hazbin Hotel drawings she showed to Adam before he interrupted her. She also summoned a pitchfork in "The Show Must Go On" after transforming into her full demon form. Skillset Multilingualism - Charlie speaks fluent English and is said to also be able to fluently speak the Demonic languages she grew up learning.[11] Charlie and Katie screaming Charlie fights with Katie Killjoy

Hand-to-hand combat - As demonstrated in the Hazbin Hotel pilot, Charlie is able to hold her own when in hand-to-hand fighting. She did not hesitate to engage in a round of fisticuffs with antagonistic news caster Katie Killjoy. Musical talent - Charlie is considered a very talented singer, even outside of the show's non-diegetic musical numbers.[3] She can also play the piano.[23] Dancing - In addition to her musical abilities, Charlie is also a skilled dancer and a fast-learner, as shown in Alastor's Reprise, wherein she dances perfectly in sync to Alastor's steps. Charlie's personal style of dance is tap-dancing, something she can do very well.[10] Weaponry Shield - An intricately designed shield with Charlie used in "The Show Must Go On". Its design appears themed after Lucifer, being in the shape of an apple colored in red, and having a golden snake in the middle with six golden wings. Pitchfork - A pitchfork Charlie conjured after transforming into her full demon form. Its design appears themed after Lucifer, with a golden snake wrapped down the length of it and a red apple at the top.

Hetal Patel Geetanjali More (singing) First appearance Hazbin Hotel Hazbin Hotel pilot Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" Vaggie is an angel and former Exorcist. She is the deuteragonist of Hazbin Hotel and serves as the manager of the Hazbin Hotel.

Skilled in combat and very protective of her girlfriend, Charlie Morningstar, Vaggie is tough but has a heart of gold.[6]

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 3.2 Weaponry 4 Gallery 5 Concept & Creation 6 Trivia 6.1 Development 7 References Appearance Vaggie is a humanoid angel who subtly sports a moth-themed design[7] with grayish-lavender skin and very long, knee-length grayish-white hair, which forms a moth wing shape. Her hair tips are faded purple and there is a stripe of the same color above them, forming a peak over the center of her body. She has long, jagged bangs which cover the left side of her face, and on the back of her head, she accessorizes with a red-pink hair-bow with small tears on each side and a pair of very long, leg-length tails.

Her right eye has a light pink sclera, an ivory iris, and long, thick, feathery eyelashes, while her left eye has been replaced by a slate-gray eyepatch that sports a red-pink "X" shape. Her mouth has small fangs and black lips, and she has a rather prominent, pointed nose. Her fingernails are dark gray.

Vaggie wears a short-sleeved blouse that is the same color as her bow and the "X" shape on her eyepatch, with a dark gray peter-pan collar, dark gray scalloped trimming on the sleeves, and two dark gray buttons down the front. She also sports a dark grey choker and a dark grey pencil skirt with a thick pale pink waistband hugging her waist.

Vaggie's accessories include a set of fingerless slate-gray opera gloves and matching thigh-high stockings with white scalloped hems. She also wears white flats.

Back when she was an Exorcist, Vaggie's hair was short and kept in a bob cut with one strand sticking out, and she had both of her eyes as well as a pair of large feathered-wings on her back, and a halo hovering above her head. Her left eye, halo and wings were then ripped out by Lute. After training with overlord Carmilla Carmine, Vaggie regrew her wings which sported a gradient of gray-colors, in contrast to her previous wings which sported a black-to-white color scheme. Both her old wings and her regrown wings have a single stripe along the front, unlike those seen on other Exorcists, which have two stripes.

Pilot In her pilot design, Vaggie's hair was the same color, but the stripes at the end were instead light pink. Her bow was colored in a pale shade of reddish-pink, and its appearance was softer and untorn. She also sported gray eyeshadow for makeup.

She wore what appears to be a gray one-shouldered bra under a white tank minidress with loose straps, two light gray crosses on her chest, and a scalloped-trim at the bottom. In addition, she also wore a dark gray choker and a light gray sash-belt around her waist.

Her arm-length gloves were the same color as her bra; her right glove covered her entire hand while her left was fingerless. She also wore a pair of long thigh-high, mismatched stockings that were scalloped white at the cuff; her right was a full light gray while her left was striped in light pink and light gray.

Personality Vaggie is a pragmatic and cautious angel who devotes a great deal of her time attempting to support Charlie with her vision for the hotel, as well as guiding her away from as much trouble or humiliation as possible.

She is tough, but she has a heart of gold.[6] Loyal and kind to those she cares for, but short on patience and trust, Vaggie tends to be very reactive, often taking an immediate defensive stance (with an offense at the ready) when it comes to dealing with potential threats towards either herself or Charlie.

While it remains unclear whether Vaggie fully buys into Charlie's concept for redemption, she passionately defends it from more skeptical sinners and fully supports her idea, trying to do everything she can to help Charlie. Vaggie appears to be fairly prudent in business, trying her hardest to fill her designated role as the hotel's manager, even with an initial lack of resources, a very run-down property, and a lack of qualified staff.

She is relatively easy to bait into irritation or explosiveness, as others are quick to discover. Angel Dust perceives Vaggie to have a distrust towards men in particular. Husk believes Vaggie acts mean to everyone else around her because deep down she loathes herself and that act is a way to protect herself.

Back when she was an Exorcist, she was described by Adam as one of his top soldiers, which suggested that she was previously highly ruthless given how, like a lot of Exorcists, she slaughtered thousands of Sinners during the yearly Extermination. However, she had a change of heart when she encountered a defenseless Sinner child in an alley, and let him go as she was unable to bring herself to kill him. Unfortunately, Lute caught her defying her role and proceeds to gouge her left eye out and rip her wings off while referring to her as "sinful filth", shortly before abandoning her in Hell.

Shortly after, she met Charlie, who gave her first aid. The two eventually fell in love, and Vaggie became loyal and protective of her. This may have also helped Vaggie abandon most of her ruthless ways and change for the better.

Despite abandoning her Exorcist past and beliefs, she kept her spear for protection and is still wary of Sinners who could potentially be a threat to her and Charlie.

Abilities Flight - When she was an Exorcist angel, she had wings until she was cut and stripped of them by Lute, along with her status. She later regains them in "Hello Rosie!" after training with Carmilla Carmine. Wing manifestation - Vaggie can manifest and hide her wings at will, however, she needs an open area on the back of her outfit for them, as seen when she uses her spear to tear the back of her battle suit in "The Show Must Go On". Skillset Hand-to-hand combat - Vaggie demonstrates a considerable physical strength that belies her slight frame. She was able to swiftly punch a male demon off his chair in one bare-knuckle hit, as well as pick up and toss both Sir Pentious and Angel Dust off a rooftop. Weapon proficiency - Vaggie is proficient in handling weapons, seeming to favor blades. According to Adam, Vaggie was one of his top Exorcist fighters, claiming that her skills in weaponry allowed her to kill thousands of Sinners. Although she has yet to actually make use of her larger weapons, she does not lack confidence when it comes to brandishing them for self-defense, and she was able to throw a dagger into the electric window switch of a car with pin-point precision. As noted by Carmilla, Vaggie's fighting style initially resembled that of the other Exorcists; sloppy, vicious, and straightforward, focusing everything on offense. She eventually began to overcome these flaws as she sparred with her. Bilingualism - Vaggie can fluently speak Spanish[8] as well as English. Musical talent - Vaggie has a beautiful singing voice. Intellect - Vaggie appears to have quite a comprehensive knowledge regarding the hierarchies and folklore of hell, particularly those pertaining to her area of residence, the Pride Ring, and the machinations of the power-jostling sinners located there. She understands the looming dangers of the Overlords and their politics, as well as the tale of how Alastor became the first mortal soul to harness enough power to "begin to topple overlords who had been dominant for centuries". Weaponry Vaggie points her angelic spear at Carmilla Vaggie's angelic spear

Throwing daggers - Vaggie has throwing daggers in her possession, although whether she has the power to summon them or just keeps them on her is unclear. Angelic spear - Vaggie possesses a spear for self-defense and is seen carrying it around with her. She had this spear since her days as an Exorcist.

A famous porn star and the first sinner the hotel is attempting to redeem,[16] but his selfish actions of using the hotel as a rent-free living space threaten to jeopardize Charlie Morningstar's dream.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Concept & Creation 6 Trivia 6.1 Development 7 References Appearance Angel has a slender build and is the tallest of the main cast of characters,[17] estimated to stand around 8 feet with his heels on.[18] His fur is white and he has a mop of fluffy white hair that extends from both the front and back of his head, with splotches of light pink. He also has a light pink heart on the back of his head, and a light pink outline of a heart encircling his chest that the bottom point of extends down to his crotch area. His arms have light pink stripes that additionally his top set have light pink forearms with white fingers and his second set have white forearms and light pink fingers.

His irises are cerise pink while his right eye has a light yellow sclera and left eye has a dark sclera. His eyelids are light pink and the color extends up to his eyebrows. He has three cerise pink dots under each of his eyes, which are intended to evoke freckles, although they are actually another set of smaller eyes.[19] He also has a wide mouth full of sharp, pointed teeth and possesses a single golden fang, a feature he shares with his boss, Valentino.

One of Angel's most noticeable features is his prominent chest. The chest is actually composed entirely of fluffy fur, however, which Angel intentionally pushes up into a breast-like formation with his tightly pinned jacket for show.[20]

Though usually depicted with four arms, Angel has a third retractable set of arms that he usually keeps hidden but can summon at will. In background artwork seen in the pilot, Angel Dust's feet resemble those of a spider's.[21]

Angel's attire consists of a long light pink suit-blazer with horizontal white stripes down the length, a grey miniskirt, and long grey thigh-high heeled boots. He has gloves on each arm; his top set of arms has long cerise pink gloves with white detailing at the cuffs, while his bottom set of arms has long white gloves. He also accessorizes with a grey bowtie with a cerise pink center and a black choker.

Pilot In the pilot, Angel's appearance was nearly the same, with minor physical differences such as additional spots on his head and a pupil in his right eye. The stripes on his blazer had the colors switched around and extended to the sleeves, and the collar was pink. Both arms had cerise-pink gloves and reached as far as the wrist, and his boots were reddish-grey.

Personality Angel is brash and sarcastic, with a quick, sharp wit. He will often use these traits to deflect criticism or insults, and side-step responsibility. He will switch between playful and destructive as he pleases, and his humor tends to be crude and crass, with an emphasis on dirty jokes and innuendos, which he feels is expected of him and actively plays into. He also makes a show of looking down others, declaring the other denizens of Hell to be mostly "ugly freaks". As a result, Angel can often appear flippant and callous.

He is stylish and performs an excessive amount of confidence with his public persona, being wildly flirtatious and interested in receiving positive attention for his looks and the profile he has made for himself in Hell. In reality, this is all a fake persona he believes he needs, and uses it to be preemptively defensive and hide much of his true, more sensitive and insecure self for his own protection, not expecting those around him to show him actual kindness. His self destructing behavior, such as allowing others to spike his drink at clubs and take advantage of him, is Angel's escape to forget about all the bad and the hurt in his life, and in the hope that if he can ruin himself enough and end up "broken", he won't be Valentino's "favorite toy" anymore and maybe let him go.

Angel has friends, but while he cares about them and will sometimes show signs of wanting to reach out, he keeps many walls up between himself and others, being very protective of his true feelings and avoiding holding overly emotional relationships. He holds a cynical view on the idea of redemption, although he seems to still hold onto a small hope it may be possible for him.

The ongoing controlling and abusive situation he is in with his boss, Valentino, puts him under a great deal of stress at his work, and he is implied to be somewhat traumatized as a result. When being confronted by Valentino, Angel becomes scared and nervous around him due to the abuse he inflicts. Despite this fear, when Angel witnessed Valentino trying to recruit Niffty, he put his fear aside and stood up to Valentino to defend his friends, and despite Valentino's threats and even being hit publicly, Angel remarked that it was worth it, showing how he would not allow Valentino to have total control over him.

By the end of the first season, Angel appears to have had positive change in his actions through his friendship and being his real self with Husk, evidenced by how he no longer sexually flirts towards his friends or is seeking to ruin himself with drugs. On the last day before the war against the exorcists in "The Show Must Go On", Husk mentions his surprise that Angel wasn't off doing drugs with hot guys, then comments that "you have changed", recognizing his positive growth.

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Angel Dust is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when he died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. He also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, he can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Retractable arms - Angel has a third set of arms that he keeps hidden and only uses them as his last resort. Venomous bite - Angel Dust has a venomous bite.[22] Sensitivity - Angel can sense incoming storms from a mile away.[13] Athleticism - Since Angel is based on the jumping spider, he is able to jump incredible heights.[6] Skillset Addict Angel Pole 2 Angel dances at Valentino's club

Musical talent - Angel Dust is a very talented singer. Bilingualism - Angel is fluent in both Italian and English.[14] Weapon proficiency - Angel can handle weapons with ease, specifically firearms and explosives. Flexibility - Angel demonstrates some impressive flexibility as he is able to remove chains that were restraining him with ease, as well as pole dance at Valentino's club.

Sahil Vaid Thomson Andrews (singing) First appearance Hazbin Hotel Hazbin Hotel pilot Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" Alastor, also known as The Radio Demon, is a sinner demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell. He is one of the main protagonists of Hazbin Hotel.

He is the wickedly charismatic demon who has offered to assist Charlie Morningstar in her endeavors, albeit, for his own amusement.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Full Demon 1.2 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Concept & Creation 6 Trivia 6.1 Development 7 References Appearance Alastor is a slim, dapper sinner demon with beige-colored skin, and usually has a broad smile full of sharp, yellow teeth. He is at around the same height as his rival, Vox, with the two standing at approximately 7 feet.[25]

He sports a pinkish-red cropped, angled bob-cut with black tips at the ends, with a pair of large, black tipped deer ears[26] from the top of his head. The style has an undercut at the back, and two small black antlers protruding from the crown.

Alastor's eyes have dark-red sclera, bright-red irises and thin black pupils. His forearms and lower legs fade to dark grey, and he has red hoofed toes and red fingers.[27]

Alastor wears a red pinstripe coat with dark-red lapels piped with white, which is ragged along the bottom hem. Underneath this he wears a bright red dress-shirt with a black cross on the chest, and long black dress pants with matching bright red cuffs. He also wears a dark-red oval-shaped monocle, rimmed with black, over his right eye.

He accessorizes with a black knotted bowtie with a bright red center, black gloves with red at the fingertips, and black pointed-toe boots with red deer hoofprints emblazoned on the soles. Alastor also carries a thin cane with a sentient vintage style microphone attached to it, which he uses to play sound effects and broadcast his voice.

Full Demon When in his full demon form, Alastor's body grows larger and limbs become longer, his neck gains extra joints, and his horns grow in size. In one scene in "Dad Beat Dad", Alastor has two sets of horns on his head. His sclera turn black while his pupils turn into the shape of radio dials. His suit and ends of his mouth also gain stitches along them, and the ends of his shoes split to form hoofed toes.

Pilot In the pilot his design was almost identical, albeit with a more red color scheme, with his pants instead being dark red. His shoes and coat lapels were also completely black.

Personality Alastor stands out from many of the more chaotic residents of hell for his well maintained amiable persona. He gives a first-impression of a good-natured and charming man, wearing a permanently wide grin on his face at all times. His behavior, mannerisms, and even his voice are similar to an old-fashioned radio announcer and speaks with a transatlantic accent, often using quaint anachronisms such as "the picture show" and refers to Charlie as a "charming demon belle".

This playful dandyish exterior, however, obscures a much darker side to him - one with high levels of self-importance - and he will not hesitate to use physical violence when others don't act in line with his very particular values or expectations. He is noted to be narcissistic, with his love for himself being stated that no one else can measure up to it, and he does not see many people quite up to his level.[28]

Alastor is described as a man of duality.[29] He values good manners,[30] affability and intelligence very highly in others, and will actively look down on those who do not meet his standards,[31] however he will often play fast and loose with these arbitrary rules in regards to himself and his own conduct.

Alastor has an odd sense of morality, which is described as "not normal",[32] and has been noted to be quite sadistic, even cannibalistic, devouring lesser demons or those that have incurred his anger. Despite this, he keeps close friends with the other cannibals of Hell, including the denizens at the Cannibal Town.

His smiling is a very self-enforced form of ego and a show of power and dominance; he looks down on anyone who lets their true emotions show, and even when faced with a rival in strength, if they let slip a frown, Alastor will see them as truly weak.[33][34] His smile is also to be more unpredictable and unnerving, and gives him a feeling of complete control over himself,[35] and uses his smile very seriously as a mask of his own emotions, even if he's alone.[36]

While Alastor is powerful, he is aware that there are other demons and entities that rival him in terms of power, such as other Overlords. For this reason, he is wary around such demons, as they could potentially harm him if he is not careful.[37]

Despite everything, Alastor does genuinely seem to want to help Charlie run the Hazbin Hotel, albeit for his own amusement, and hopes for its failure over siding with her idealism. Alastor also dismisses the idea that redemption is possible as laughable, nevertheless, he fulfills his role as patron as promised, providing the hotel with staff, and protecting Charlie and her business from outside threats. He views the whole endeavor as a fun distraction from his decades of boredom.

Despite consistently having a confident and cheerful demeanor, he harbors a vulnerable side that becomes apparent when confronted with reminders of being "chained". In this instance, his facade of certainty crumbles, and he succumbs to panic attack.

According to Mimzy, when Alastor was alive he would become a "kitten" if he drank enough rye whiskey while jazz music was on.

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Alastor is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when he died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. He also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, he can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Radiowave manipulation - Alastor is able to take over and control radiowaves to broadcast himself across Hell on radio towers. He is able to manipulate and generate radio waves and frequencies. Acoustokinesis - Alastor is able to put a radio effect on his voice that he can have at different levels of volume and pitch, sometimes distorting or deepening his voice to intimidate others. He can also project various types of radio sound effects onto his cane, such as laughter, booing, or the sounds of his victims screaming, and can have his cane speak as well. Physical distortion - Alastor's appearance sometimes becomes covered with a distorted glitch effect in videos or causes the video to glitch, however, this appears to be restricted in some way as he was not covered in glitches on the screen the Vees were watching him with the VoxTek Voyer Scope in "The Show Must Go On", nor in Vox's old photograph of him. He is also able to cause glitches over the real worlds video screen. Demon transformation - Alastor has demonstrated the ability to turn into a much larger and more powerful Demon form. Flexibility - Alastor can contort his body into numerous unnatural poses.[14] Meet Niffty Alastor teleports Niffty to the hotel

Conjuration - Alastor can summon and transport other beings and areas to his location, as shown when he pulls Niffty out of a fireplace, as well as Husk, and a portion of the bar he was in, into the Hotel foyer. He can manifest objects such as the bottle of cheap alcohol that he bribed Husk with in the pilot, and can summon his cane when he wants it. Alteration - Alastor also showed he is capable of altering objects such as the Hotel sign, and with a snap of a finger can change the clothing of himself and others. Demonic magic - Alastor can cast magic thanks to the high power-level he has accrued in the demon ranking system.[38] In the pilot, this takes the visual form of glowing red symbols that resemble Voodoo veve, which float around him. Alastor is also shown using a type of blood magic, clenching his fist until droplets of blood can be seen falling from it, as a means to defeat Sir Pentious. Alastor (Demon Form with Tentacles) Alastor with tentacles

Tentacle creation - As seen in "Dad Beat Dad", Alastor can produce black tentacles from his back and can create tentacles from outside his body. In the pilot he is shown summoning tentacles through a portal to defeat Sir Pentious and destroy his blimp. Umbrakinesis - Alastor is able to summon and manipulate shadows into doing his bidding. He can also hide in shadows as seen when he hid while Charlie forgave Pentious. Shadow warping - Alastor is able to get around with the help of his shadow. This was first shown when he teleports behind Charlie and Vaggie after entering the hotel for the first time. Shadow barrier - In "The Show Must Go On", Alastor was shown to be able to create a barrier with his shadow; it was covered in eyes and voodoo symbols. He is also able to produce tentacles from it. Pyrokinesis - Alastor summons a ball of fire to distract Charlie as he shoves Vaggie away before starting his reprise. Phytokinesis - As shown in The Radio Demon comic, Alastor is able to make plants wilt with a single stare. Photokinesis - During his introduction, he is shown to be able to project red glowing light from his eyes as well as his microphone. Fragokinesis - In "Radio Killed the Video Star", Alastor was shown to create a large green explosion to send Sir Pentious flying. Skillset HHs1e7 - Charlie and Alastor make a deal Alastor making a deal with Charlie

Deal-making - Alastor is shown to be a deal-maker demon in the pilot, offering Charlie a deal in return for his help with the Hotel, something she wisely turns down. Deal-maker demons like Alastor can increase their power by dealing in souls, which is a very powerful commodity in hell, so they're seen as very manipulative and not to be toyed with. Deal-making is not something every demon can do, as such it is not to be taken lightly as it doesn't generally work out well for the other party.[39] Soul manipulation - Alastor is shown to have full control over the souls he owns, allowing him to command them however he pleases. He can also manifest chains on those he owns such as Husk in "Dad Beat Dad", and can tear their souls apart, which he broadcasts the screams to Hell. Broadcasting - While living, Alastor's profession was as a radio show host, and he continues his broadcasts in Hell, ensuring that Hell's denizens are aware of his activities over the airwaves, earning him the title of "The Radio Demon".[23] Bilingualism - Alastor can speak English fluently as well as some broken Creole French.[20][40] Cooking - Alastor is noted to be "a big foodie" and mentions having admired his mother's cooking in the pilot, specifically her Jambalaya.[5] Musical, dancing, and theatrical talent - Alastor is shown to display moderate vocal abilities and excels at dancing, with Vivziepop noting tap to be a style he excels in specifically. He also shows a flair for theatrical showmanship.[10] Wide intellect - Alastor is shown to be quite a cunning individual, resulting in him accruing a large amount of power through his tricks and deal-making. Hazbin Hotel pilot Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" Husk is a sinner demon, a grumpy gambler and magician[12] who is a major character in Hazbin Hotel.

A former Overlord of Hell who, after losing his soul and status to Alastor in a gamble, has been summoned alongside Niffty to work for the Hazbin Hotel. He operates as the hotel's front desk clerk and bartender.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Concept & Creation 6 Trivia 6.1 Development 7 References Appearance Husk is an anthropomorphic avian cat demon. His look is evocative of a magician, paired with a casino referencing playing card theme. The sclera of his eyes are black, with light yellow irises and slit pupils. He has large and lengthy, red feather-like eyebrows with black vertical stripes near the tips, and a small black heart above each eyebrow.

His fur is a dark taupe, overlayed with white on his face, torso, feet, and upper arms. The insides of his ears are white with a red tip at the point and red heart in the center. A black tuff of fluff protrudes from each, creating the appearance of small hearts.

He has a darker shade of his fur encircling his ankles, mimicking cuffs on a set of pants. His tail is long and dark taupe-colored, ending with a large spray of plume-like feathers which are a vivid-red with black and white stripes. He has heart-shaped, light yellow paw-pads underneath the paws on his hands and feet.

His wings are large and red, with darker-taupe on the undersides. The undersides of his wings are decorated with black stripes which feature red and white roulette wheel dot markings. The outside of his wings are decorated with more black stripes, which wrap around the joints and run around a row of white roulette wheel dots.

Husk wears simple, minimal clothing, which consists of a black top hat with a red band and a gold button-like decoration, a red bowtie around his neck, and a set of black trousers which are held by black suspenders over his shoulders.

Pilot In the Pilot, Husk's appearance is nearly the same, only with a few difference; his sclera was a maroon-brown, his irises, paw-pads and teeth were colored in a yellow-orange, his pupils were rounder, he has darker-colored stripes and tips on his fur-tufts and ears respectively, and insides of his ears were instead consists of three pastel-red stripes.

His wings were also differently-designed; being mostly colored red in both the outside and the underside, with the stripes on the undersides being the same color as his fur. The markings were instead consists of white and red shapes of spades, clubs and hearts.

In addition to his clothing, he only wore his top hat and bowtie.

Personality Husk's Loser, Baby signs The neon signs describing Husk

Husk is a grumpy, lazy, and somewhat apathetic old sinner whose interests in Hell now lie mostly in gambling, parlor tricks, and prolific drinking. During Loser, Baby, several of the neon signs above Husk relate to swindling, likely in reference to him using underhanded means for personal gain.

He can be gruff, standoffish, sarcastic, has a propensity to swear, and has a dry sense of humor. Despite this, he is also surprisingly patient and able to take a lot of outlandish events in his stride, electing to just drink his problems away later.

He is very observant, having the ability to read people and understand their problems well (even when they don't themselves), which makes him quick to notice when someone isn't being genuine with him, something he doesn't enjoy. He values authenticity and seems to understand himself and his own issues well too, openly accepting that his reliance on alcohol and gambling hasn't helped him feel better.

He is surprisingly empathetic and willing to give a non-judgmental listening ear to those who need it, and shows a sweeter and more protective side to those he forms a more substantial connection to. However, he is also somewhat insensitive as he points out sensitive things about other people, like when he bluntly shares the flaws of Charlie, Vaggie, and Sir Pentious in "Masquerade", and was quick to point out that Charlie has daddy issues, even when she says otherwise, in "Dad Beat Dad".

Still a "husk" of his former self, he claims to have "lost the ability to love" long ago, though whether literally or metaphorically is yet unclear. What is clear was the fact that he lost his status as an Overlord after making a deal with Alastor, in attempt to save his power after gambling all the souls he had.

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Husk is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when he died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. He also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, he can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Flight - Thanks to his large pair of avian wings, Husk is capable of flight, which is first showcased in "The Show Must Go On" during the fight against the Exorcists. Though, it has been stated that he doesn't fly often, both because he is lazy and because he is not fond of his demon form in general.[7] Molecular acceleration – Husk has the power to take the potential energy stored in an object and convert it to kinetic energy, thus "charging" the item with explosive results. Husk can throw "charging" cards and dice at enemies that cut or explode them. Strength - In "Masquerade", he was shown to be strong enough to lift a demon by the back of his collar with one hand and throw him at a jukebox. Skillset Multilingualism - Aside from English, Husk can speak the following languages fluently: Italian, Russian, German, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese.[8] Musical talent - Husk can play the saxophone to a professional standard.[13] He is also adept at singing. Husk Cheats Husk using his sleight-of-hand skills to swing the game

Gambling and sleight-of-hand - It's unclear whether Husk has any elevated skill when it comes to the actual playing of gambling related games, such as Poker, as he's noted to frequently cheat using his sleight-of-hand talents.[9] Husk is shown to have skill in controlling the game, however, and has the ability to take an entire pot out from under a group of other players. Skilled combatant - In "Masquerade", Husk is shown to use his cards to fight, acting as a sharp weapon for melee and throwing projectiles, and using dice acting like grenades. Mixology - Working as the hotel's bartender, he can mix different drinks together. Intellect - He is capable of "seeing through people" when they are not being genuine and pointing out their issues. In "Masquerade", he points out Charlie, Vaggie, and Sir Pentious' issues, and calls out on Angel Dust's "bullshit behavior". He may also possess this kind of intellect when gambling. He is also aware that Alastor is on "someone else's leash", though it is unknown if he knows anything more about this.

Hazbin Hotel pilot Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" Niffty is a sinner demon who works as the maid, cook, and pest control for the Hazbin Hotel. She is a major character in Hazbin Hotel.

She was summoned to work in the Hotel along with Husk by their mutual associate, Alastor.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Weaponry 5 Gallery 6 Concept and Creation 7 Trivia 7.1 Development 8 References Appearance Niffty is a small and slender, cyclops demon with pointed limbs, white skin, and one large eye. Her eye sports a light yellow iris, thick eyelashes, a hot-pink sclera with a yellow gradient, and a large pie eye-cut pupil. When feeling homicidal, her pupil shrinks and her eye gains black veins.

Her short red-pink hair is kept into a slightly messy 1950s bob cut with a curl on each side, and a single light yellow streak located at the top. Her mouth has sharp light pale yellow teeth inside and black lips, and small hot-pink dots on each of the corners.

Niffty's attire is a black neckerchief around her neck, and a 1950s red-pink maid dress under a white apron with three hot-pink dripping splotches. She also wears long black gloves which covers most of her hands and arms, along with matching-colored tights.

Pilot In the pilot, her skin was light yellow and her hair appeared scruffier, with the single streak instead being a shade of amber. Her lips were also maroon.

Her attire, while still 1950s-themed, instead consisted of a burgundy neckerchief, a short-sleeve white blouse with three hot-pink dripping splotches and a 50s-fashionable red-pink swing poodle skirt which featured a dark burgundy poodle with yellow dots. Her gloves and tights were instead the same color as the poodle print on her skirt.

Personality Niffty is hyper, spontaneous, partly sadistic, and agile, being very quick on her feet. She is easily entertained, easily distracted, and easily excitable. She dislikes when there is a mess in any room, and has a fixation on men in general.[note 1]

However, she appears to only like "bad boys", including a brief obsession with Sir Pentious. This ends in her kicking him in frustration after he apologizes and decides to seek redemption at the Hotel. She isn't afraid to get dirty, and enjoys cleaning everyone's messes with a gleeful, yet creepy charm.[8]

She becomes very focused on things she is ordered to do, such as in "The Show Must Go On" when she was told to stab Angels and obsessively stabbed every Angel she could, including Adam, whom she managed to kill. She had also briefly attempted to stab "Angel" Dust when Charlie asks Niffty to stab an angel (as in Heaven's Angels) if she sees one before the battle. When interviewed for 666 News, Niffty said, quote, "Charlie told me to stab, so I did".

She is shown to enjoy violence, as she was very ecstatic to be thrown into a warzone as part of Vaggie's trust training, and afterwards stated she enjoyed when Sir Pentious was being hit with a severed arm. Despite all of her twistedness, she does have some kind of standards for how she views who is "bad" as she outright berates Sir Pentious for not being a bad boy when he was apologizing for trying to spy on everyone.

She appears to have masochistic tendencies, shown when she liked the pain from falling off a stage and then repeated jumping off. She is also implied to be sadistic, stating her desire to "punish" people in a BDSM dungeon. She even outright states that she kills mother-bugs in front of their baby bugs as a form of lesson. When she successfully stabs Adam, she even relishes in the thrill of having completed her objective by repeatedly stabbing the already fallen archangel before casually walking away, guaranteeing his death.

She is also shown to suffer from severe camera shyness, as whenever a camera begins filming her, she goes into a state of hypnotic trance where she doesn't move, blink, or speak, just stares at the camera until recording is done.

Niffty has an extreme case of obsessive compulsive disorder, constantly cleaning the Hotel and obsession with ridding any bugs she sees to the point she would bring out a knife just to kill them. Even when taken outside of the Hotel, she constantly attempts to clean any mess, even in the sex club Cherri Bomb takes her and the other staff and residents to for drinks. When Angel Dust calls her a mess for her obsessive cleaning and attempted theft of cleaning supplies, she breaks down crying until Angel calms her down.

She collects things from men she is obsessed with, such as when she tore off a piece of Valentino's collar fur to keep for her "collection".

In the pilot, she was shown to have traditional and stereotypical view on gender roles, which she is aware are potentially offensive.

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Niffty is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when she died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. She also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, she can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Fire immunity - When Alastor summoned Niffty from the Hotel's fireplace, she was entirely unaffected by the fire. When she and Sir Pentious were baking cookies, Niffty was unaffected by being inside the oven. Speed and agility - Niffty is capable of rushing to her desired locations easily and is able to make her way around her surroundings with little to no effort. Water resistance - Niffty was clogged in the toilet and didn't suffer from being submerged in toilet water. Holy power resistance - When she was hit by Adam's holy light beam, she appeared fine shortly afterwards, albeit had smoke coming off of her. High pain tolerance - Niffty can handle dubious amount of pain and shrug it off as if it is nothing, even seemingly enjoying it. Stealth - Because of her small size and speed she can sneak up on others. Superhuman Strength - Niffty is physically strong enough to lift Charlie while looking for men in the pilot. Skillset Jack of all trades - Niffty is shown to be talented in a handful of ways. She excels at cleaning, cooking, sewing, and outside of work. She spends time reading and writing fanfiction.[2] She can also play the tambourine and guitar.[9] Bilingualism - Niffty can speak both English and Japanese fluently.[10] Melee proficiency - She is seen using needles and knives as weapons on occasions. Weaponry Regular-sized Needle Regular-sized Needle 1/3 Needles - Niffty owns several sewing needles, one of which is a big, stiletto-like needle, to individually stab every bug she sees. Knives - Niffty has a knife that she uses to cook and kill bugs. Angelic dagger - Charlie gave Niffty an angelic dagger to stab any Exorcist she sees in "The Show Must Go On". This was the murder weapon in Adam's murder courtesy of Niffty.

Yōji Ueda[8] First appearance Hazbin Hotel Hazbin Hotel pilot Helluva Boss

Helluva Boss pilot (drawing only; non-canon) "Murder Family" (drawing only) Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" Sir Pentious is a former sinner demon and a former antagonist, now one of the main characters who made his debut in the pilot of Hazbin Hotel.

He was a Victorian era demon striving to be modern and cool and has a passion for building steampunk machines of destruction.[7] His goal in the pilot was to conquer Hell using his machines and army of Egg Boiz. He was the second sinner the hotel was attempting to redeem.

After sacrificing himself for his friends in "The Show Must Go On", Sir Pentious was reborn as an Angel and transported to Heaven, becoming the first known sinner to undergo redemption.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Sinner 1.2 Winner 1.3 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Trivia 5.1 Development 6 References Appearance Sinner As a Sinner demon, Sir Pentious had a snake-like appearance with a body color predominantly in charcoal grey. His eyes had cerise sclera with black pupils, and a mouth with sharp yellow teeth, two of which were long snake-like fangs.

His tail was black with thick yellow stripes featuring numerous cerise eyes running down the length of it. He had a black cobra hood with its front colored yellow with black corners and four cerise eye patterns spread across the center.

Sir Pentious wore a jacket in a matching charcoal grey to his skin, pinstriped with yellow, and a black bow tie with a single cerise eye in the center. Beneath the jacket was a long-sleeved orange-yellow undershirt. He also wore black fingerless gloves with yellow dots on each knuckle and had sharp cerise claws.

He accessorized with a large top hat in charcoal grey, which had a sizeable cerise eye in the center of it, as well as many sharp yellow teeth and a pair of goggles. The top hat blinked and changed expressions in unison with Sir Pentious.

Winner After his ascension to Heaven as an angel, Sir Pentious retains his snake-like appearance, albeit his body color is predominantly blue. His eyes now have yellow sclera with cerise pupils and he retained his mouth full of sharp yellow teeth with two long snake-like fangs.

His tail is light grey with a lighter shade of grey underneath and lacks the eyes his sinner form had. His white cobra hood has its front colored yellow with six jagged points and white tips that have eye-like markings.

Sir Pentious wears a now predominantly white jacket that retained its yellow pinstripes, along with a black bow tie with a cerise heart in the center. Beneath the jacket was a long-sleeved yellow undershirt with a single white eye at the center. He retains his fingerless gloves, albeit now in blue, and sharp cerise claws.

He accessorizes with a large white top hat, which has a sizeable yellow eye in the center of it, as well as a pair of yellow heart shaped glasses with cerise pupils, and a white halo floating above.

Pilot In the pilot, Sir Pentious' appearance was similar to his main appearance, but had lighter pink eyes on his head, and the stripes and number of eyes on his tail were more varied and numerous. His top hat was dark gray and lacked goggles, and his undershirt was the same shade of yellow as the other parts of his body. The eye on his bowtie was on his chest instead, and the bowtie itself had a yellow center.

Personality Sir Pentious is bombastic, flamboyant, short-tempered, temperamental and persistent, and his personality seems to take cues from the classic "mustache-twirling" stock villains. He takes tremendous pride in his grandiose ideas of how evil and cunning he is, and at one point even openly declares "I'm so evil!"

He uses his mechanical genius to build weapons, such as a cannon and his airship. However, he is more than capable of showing remorse and has a sense of honor. He demonstrates this when he accepts his defeat and "inevitable death" at the hands of the Hotel staff after being reprimanded by Vox for failing.

When Charlie forgives him, he is grateful and fully joins in his redemptive effort. At first, however, he had trust issues since he felt like everybody being nice to him in the hotel was an act to get him. Additionally, he is enthusiastic about Charlie and Vaggie's activities, more so than Angel Dust, even if it began as an act.

According to Husk, Sir Pentious is a lonely jester who likes to watch others while they sleep. Beneath his supervillain facade, Sir Pentious felt deeply alone and deeply afraid of taking risks, developing a desire to be recognized and a part of a group like the Vees.

He strives to be hip and cool.[7] As Angel Dust noted, Sir Pentious is oblivious to sexual innuendos and tends to take things he is told very literally.

He is emotionally attached to Egg Boiz and breaks down crying because Vaggie forced him to get rid of them. Humorously, the moment he retrieves them, he briefly expresses his relief and then orders them to make his bed. When it comes to Egg Boiz from him, he is used to the fact that they have always said "random nonsense" all the time, causing a huge downfall for him and his friends when one of them, Frank, actually said something, which was true; that an Angel was killed.

When his dream of relevance was destroyed by Vox, he preferred death, however, Charlie forgave him and gave him a second chance, allowing Sir Pentious to truly settle into the Hotel. Here, he was able to adopt a more courageous nature, confess his feelings for Cherri Bomb, and protect his new friends, leading him to sacrifice himself for them in a failed attack on Adam, though through this he gained entry to Heaven as the first sinner to be redeemed.

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Sir Pentious is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when he died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. He also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, he can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Venomous bite - Sir Pentious has a venomous bite, but as he is a "wussy fighter", instead having his Egg Boiz fight for him, using his bite is a last resort that he wouldn't want to.[6] Prehensile tail - As demonstrated in the pilot, Sir Pentious can hold, squeeze, and throw things with his tail, including his own Egg Boiz. Constriction - Sir Pentious is able to constrict his victims with his tail. This is demonstrated in the pilot when he squeezes one of the Egg Boiz. Sir Pentious turns this feature into metaphor when he exposits over his plan to take over Hell, claiming that no one would be able to escape from his "constrictive grasp". Omnidirectional vision - Sir Pentious has eyes scattered across his body which allows him to see in different directions. Pentious using his Hypnosis on Angel Dust Sir Pentious using his Hypnosis on Angel Dust

Hypnosis - Sir Pentious is able to hypnotize his victims with the eyes on his hood.[9] This is shown in "Radio Killed the Video Star", however it seems to be rather weak, merely stunning Angel Dust for a few seconds. Skillset Mechanical engineering - Sir Pentious has a talent for designing and building extremely advanced machinery. Weapon mastery - Sir Pentious is able to use his inventions and machinery to his advantage, he is skilled enough to slam Angel Dust to the ground by grappling him with a chain, although he can still be easily defeated by stronger opponents like Alastor. Baking - Sir Pentious is adept at baking, making tasty cookies with form and design.

Farhan Patel Vidyadhar Bhave (singing) Yōji Ueda[4] First appearance Hazbin Hotel Hazbin Hotel pilot (silhouette only) "Overture" (official debut) Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" Adam was an Angel and the main antagonist of the first season of Hazbin Hotel. He made his official debut alongside his lieutenant, Lute, in "Overture".

He was the first human man created and the first human soul to enter Heaven. After becoming an angel, he became the commander of the angelic military force known as Exorcists,[5] and served Heaven as forerunner of the Extermination movement.

In "The Show Must Go On", he was defeated by Lucifer Morningstar and killed by Niffty.

Contents 1 Appearance 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Trivia 5.1 Development 6 References Appearance Adam was an angel with a human appearance. Most of the time, he wore a mask that appeared similar to other Exorcists, though with normal-looking eyes and golden facial expressions. The mask also held a pair of horns similar to an Exorcist, albeit longer, smoother, and with a golden ornamental attachment on the tips.

Under his mask, he is revealed to be a fair-skinned angel with golden-yellow eyes that have dark bags underneath, a stubble-beard on his chin, and slightly messy, short cedar-brown colored hair.

He also had a pair of large and golden wings on his back. In contrast to other angels that have appeared thus far, Adam's halo was bright gold in appearance, and similar to the Exorcists, has two spikes pointing up and down from each other, though these spikes are located at the front of his halo.

He wore a white and golden cloak that appears to have a large 'A' symbol emblazoned on the front, and had gold-tipped spikes on the back of his collar. His visible hands were black in appearance.

In "The Show Must Go On", Lucifer mentions that Adam had "really let himself go", implying Adam had become overweight. Adam's entire body gives off a white glow throughout his fight with Lucifer until he collapses from being stabbed.

Personality Adam appeared very egotistical and unsympathetic. As the leader of his Exorcist army, he took his stance as the Exorcists' head figure very seriously, sending antagonistic threats towards demons and anyone for standing in their way or whoever disobeyed his command, as he did so with Vaggie for refusing to kill a Sinner, cutting her wings, and leaving her in Hell.

He also displayed traits of extreme narcissism and chauvinism, believing himself the perfect man due to being the first and claiming he had never made a mistake in his life, since he was the first man to be born on Earth, and he claimed that all the male bloodline came from him and brag about how big and great his dick is. His narcissism was so great that, upon his defeat, he refused to admit how far he had fallen and expressed a god-like complex by proclaiming his enemies should be grateful for him having fathered the beginning of humanity while demanding they worship him for his deeds.

Adam did not appear to be aware that his egotistical and depraved behavior towards Lilith was the cause of her leaving him. When meeting Charlie Morningstar, he didn't hate her for being a child of the woman he was married to before she fell in love with Lucifer, and was relatively patient with her, although remained dismissive of her suggestions. Adam was also sexist, constantly addressing other women as "bitches" and enjoyed their sexual depravity, as he admitted to Vaggie that her forbidden love relationship with Charlie was "hot as fuck", albeit it is unclear whether this was about their genders or them being angel and demon. Despite this, he seemed to have a good relationship with Lute, whom he seemed to have in very high esteem, even though he was her superior.

Despite his obliviousness, Adam did show moments of common sense and self-awareness, such as when the death of an Exorcist was discovered, he knew that if they decided to kill the Sinners now after just one week after the most recent Extermination, then demons would catch on to how Exorcists can be killed. Adam also knew when to slow down on his egoism, after inadvertently exposing the purpose of the Extermination to all the courts of Heaven, including Sera, the highest seraphim authority in Heaven and the one who ordered that no one but the Exorcists can know.

Adam may have enjoyed playing music, specifically with a guitar, as he outright claimed to be in a band. He also had a poor view of radio and stereos, telling Alastor those already belong to the past, considering them to be old and useless.

Adam was also quite cruel and sadistic, openly admitting in front of Charlie that he enjoyed killing demons, calling it entertainment, and tended to announce how many killed in the Extermination. He also dismissed Charlie's project of redemption not because he didn't believe in sinners being redeemed, because if she succeeded with that project he wouldn't be able to continue killing demons. His eagerness to kill demons and get his revenge was so big that he advanced the date of the next Extermination to six months instead of a year.

Despite his sadism and cruelty, Adam was capable of recognizing and praising the abilities of others, when he reunited with Vaggie he admitted she was one of the best exorcists he had under his command. He also genuinely commended Lute for killing 275 demons during the most recent extermination, and congratulated her with a fist bump. Adam also praised Vaggie for being Charlie's partner, albeit sarcastically.

According to Vivziepop, Adam would play favorites with his sons and Abel was not the favorite.[6]

Abilities Longevity - As told in "Overture", Adam had existed since the creation of the world, meaning he was at least thousands of years old and presumably was unable to die of old age. Flight - Adam had a set of wings that he could use to fly at great speed. He could also remove a feather from his wings to use as a quill pen. Nephokinesis - He could control clouds he creates and make them into steps. Cloud creation - With a flap of his wings, he can create a gust of clouds around him. Immense strength - He was shown to be able to smash a light projector in front of him with brute strength in a moment of rage, and later shatter Alastor's barrier with a single punch. He was also shown to be strong enough to physically overpower Charlie, despite the latter assuming her full demon form. However, Charlie managed to use more of her demonic powers to stop him from punching Lucifer, utterly overpowering him and confusing him, indicating that he is only stronger than Charlie if she doesn't focus on all her power. Enhanced endurance - Despite having not experienced pain for likely millennia, Adam was able to easily shrug off getting stabbed by Charlie with her trident despite saying that it hurt and he quickly retaliate after being repeatedly punched in the face by Lucifer. Conjuration - Adam could summon objects as he pleased, summoning his guitar and physical Exorcist copies during Hell is Forever, a golden scroll informing Charlie of Heaven's decision to move up the next Extermination, and a piece of golden paper to write on in court. Alteration - Adam also showed he could alter the objects he created, such as when he made his axe guitar larger while fighting Alastor. Pyligenesis - Adam could create portals for other Angels to use, notably to transport himself and his Exorcist army to Hell at the start of each annual extermination. He also opened a portal to banish Charlie and Vaggie back to Hell in "Welcome to Heaven". Angelic power - As an angel, he most likely possessed high angelic power, especially as the leader of the Exorcists. His strength was proven to be immense, surpassing all but the strongest of Demons as he was able to easily overwhelm both Alastor and later Charlie, who had assumed her full demon form, and would have won had Lucifer not interfered. Photokinesis - Adam could fire blasts of holy light strong enough to vaporize Sir Pentious and his war machine in one small blast and slice tall buildings in half. He also showed he could channel his light through his guitar/axe to create powerful blades of light that were able to cut through Alastor's cane and through his fist to destroy demonic barriers. In "Overture", he created a giant bright orb of light above him while he was singing Hell is Forever. Skillset Musical talent - He was capable of singing and in "Overture" was implied to have been part of a band. Guitar-playing - Adam was talented at playing the guitar and did so seemingly whenever he could. Axe proficiency - Adam wielded his guitar-axe with amazing skill as he could fight out and seriously wound Alastor during their duel. Leadership - Adam appeared to be a competent and capable leader of the Exorcists, often personally leading them into battle. Additionally, Adam appears to genuinely care for his subordinates. Strategic mind - In both "Overture" and "The Show Must Go On", Adam demonstrates sound and logical thinking both in and out of combat; in the former, Adam waits to begin the next extermination so as not to prematurely reveal his plan, while in the latter, Adam personally attacks high-threat targets to even the odds for his Exorcists, as seen with his battle with Alastor, since he recognized him as the conjurer of the hotel's barrier.

Shilpi Pandey Geetanjali More (singing) First appearance Hazbin Hotel "Overture" Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" Lute[3] is the lieutenant of the Exorcists and a major antagonist in Hazbin Hotel who debuted in the episode "Overture".

Formerly Adam's lieutenant, Lute claimed to be the new commander of the Exorcists following his death in "The Show Must Go On".

Contents 1 Appearance 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Weaponry 5 Gallery 6 Trivia 7 References Appearance Lute appears to have a nearly identical appearance to other Exorcists, but with her mask's horns curved backwards. The only visual difference from other Exorcists is that her mask's right pupil is a white circle with an X over it instead of a white X. She also usually has bloodstains on her dress.

Under her mask, Lute is revealed to be a white-skinned angel with pale yellow eyes, black lips and white hair that has been cut into an asymmetrical bob with an undercut. She also appears to have grey eyeshadow that extends to her eyebrows.

In "The Show Must Go On", Lute lost her left arm after ripping it off of her bicep to escape the rubble of the Hazbin Hotel.

Personality Lute was Adam's lieutenant and stoic subordinate who was always by his side. She and Adam appeared to have a friendly relationship, with Adam complimenting her on her large kill count, and Lute joining him in his antics. Even agreeing with almost everything he would say, such as how angels are perfect and don't make mistakes.

Like Adam, she enjoys her status as an angel and dislikes the very idea that angels can make mistakes. Lute especially shows a sadistic side in demeaning Charlie, specifically on how the Exorcists feel about her and other hellborn demons. Her sadism was demonstrated in "The Show Must Go On" when she shouted to "rip Vaggie's c*** mouth out her ass!", a quote that even Adam found excessive.

Like all Exorcists, she doesn't care about sinners and resorts to killing them every year in the Extermination, taking pride in how many demons she's killed. Based on her interaction with Charlie, Lute would be happy to target all denizens of Hell, sinner and hellborn alike, during the Exterminations. However, when they discover a deceased Exorcist, Lute is furious at their death and desires retribution, demanding they return to destroy every demon immediately to avenge them. This shows her viciousness, but also her impulsiveness, as despite this incident being solid proof that Exorcists are vulnerable and can be killed by Demons, Lute wants to dive right into Hell without a plan.

She has also shown to have a strong sense of loyalty to Heaven, as shown when despite despising all demons, sinners and hellborns alike, she follows the pardon arranged by Lucifer with Heaven for the Exorcists to leave the hellborn demons alone and only target sinners.

Lute herself is shown to be very loyal to Sera and Adam, her superiors, and she follows their orders without hesitation. She takes the more responsible role, making sure to remind Adam of the seriousness of his duties and to follow Sera's orders of keeping the Extermination a secret from the rest of Heaven.

When Adam died, an emotionally broken Lute rushed to his side and tearfully screamed his name, which showed that she deeply cared about him outside of their professional relationship.

At her core, Lute is uncompromising, refusing to give up her mission and purpose as an Exorcist, even viewing mercy as an unforgivable insult. She was willing to tear off her left arm in a fury to continue the fight against Vaggie. However, Lute is pragmatic enough to know when a fight is lost: After Adam is killed and the army is left at the mercy of Lucifer, Charlie and their allies, Lute took Adam's halo and called for the Exorcists to retreat.

Despite this, Lute's determination in her mission shows her resourcefulness and tenacity, as she proceeds to use any resources at her disposal to keep the status quo of Heaven, further demonstrated by ordering Lilith to take care of Charlie or calling off the deal Lilith was part of.

Abilities Flight - Lute has a set of wings to fly with. Super strength - Lute is strong enough that she was able to rip her arm off when it was trapped under a pile of rubble. She was also able to rip Vaggie's original pair of wings off with her bare hands. Enhanced endurance - Lute is able to shut off the pain of having to rip her arm off and still be able to fight one-on-one. Skillset Weapon Proficiency - As an Exorcist, Lute is skilled in using weapons like all the other Exorcists during the Exterminations. The weapon she most notably uses is a sword.

"Angels wield no shields, little armor, and fight with reckless abandon." ―Carmilla Carmine, about the Exorcists

Exorcists Exorcists going to fight Carmilla Name Exorcist Angels Location Heaven Services Provided Private military forces Overpopulation controllers Leader Lute (currently) Adam (formerly; deceased) Members Known members Lute (former lieutenant) Vaggie (formerly) Status Active The Exorcists[1] are main antagonists of Hazbin Hotel.

They are Angels who make up Adam's private military force sent down from Heaven annually in an event known as the Extermination to kill as many Sinners as possible both to manage Hell's overpopulation and prevent any potential uprising against Heaven.

After Adam's death in "The Show Must Go On", Lute became their leader.

Contents 1 Description 1.1 Cultural Relations 1.2 Mortality 1.3 Weaponry 2 Appearance 2.1 Pilot 3 Abilities 4 Known members 4.1 Former members 5 Trivia 6 Gallery 7 References Description During an Extermination, they appear to primarily target Sinners who are outside. It is unclear if they will attempt to enter buildings to find targets. Exorcists are very bloodthirsty and love violence.[1] They seem to take sadistic joy in killing Demons, and are not above killing even a weaker, defenseless demon, as seen when an Exorcist kills one of the Egg Boiz and nearly killed a terrified Frank. However, there is the rare occurrence of an Exorcist having a change of heart.

As shown in "The Show Must Go On", Exorcists don't tolerate betrayal of any kind, as shown where after Adam revealed that Vaggie, a former Exorcist and comrade of theirs, was also to be targeted and killed by them in the Hazbin Hotel, the other Exorcists expressed their hatred for her and the desire to gleefully kill her, having become even more eager to do so when Adam offered a reward to the Exorcist who successfully brings him Vaggie's head.

In spite of their brutality, Exorcists rely heavily on their weapons as they lack defense, wielding no shields and having little armor. Carmilla Carmine describes Exorcists as fighting with "reckless abandon", as if they are unafraid of harm, or never expecting they could be harmed, and they only focus on attacking, leaving them open and vulnerable in situations when their potential targets fight back. She pointed this out when it comes to Vaggie's fighting style. Most notably, since the Exorcists never truly faced resistance when carrying out Extermination Day since they think that Angels are more inherently stronger than Demons, treating it almost akin to an entertaining sport, and Demons had been afraid of them, they were not prepared when Carmilla managed to kill one of them or when Charlie gathered a large enough force to fight them off, as their tactics were mainly attacking head-on and expecting to win.

Cultural Relations Sinners, who are targeted annually, fear and hate Exorcists due to them having the ability to murder thousands of Sinners during the Extermination with angelic weaponry.

Exorcists are allowed to be in public in Heaven, even as far as wearing their uniforms. Most of Heaven doesn't know about the Exterminations, and once it was revealed to the angelic court, heated discussions and verbal infighting began between the courts' angels.

Mortality Carmilla killed an Exorcist An Exorcist decapitated by Carmilla's angelic weaponry

In "Overture", it is revealed that Exorcists can be harmed. Exorcists can be killed by their own weaponry, as Carmilla Carmine was the first demon in history to kill an Exorcist with angelic steel that was in the form of her ballet shoes, while Vaggie received a permanent injury from Lute's angelic sword when she was an Exorcist in a flashback of "Welcome to Heaven". It is unknown whether these weapons can kill higher-ranking Angels, or if this is a trait exclusive to Exorcists. However, since Adam is a human soul from Heaven and he was killed by Niffty with an angelic dagger, these weapons may be capable of killing human souls from Heaven.

Exorcists can also be injured without the use of angelic weapons. Lute ripped off her arm that was trapped under fallen rubble. Lute tore off Vaggie's wings with her bare hands, but Vaggie later grew them back.

Weaponry Main article: Angelic Weapon Exorcists appear to be mostly armed with angelic weapons styled in spears. Illustrations of the Exorcists in the pilot also depict them with swords and possibly arrows. According to Vivziepop, they possess a variety of weapons such as guns, knives, swords, spears, etc.[2] Despite this, Exorcists have only been seen wielding melee weapons on-screen.

Exorcists do not seem to hold much regard for their weapons and will often leave them behind in their victims, which are then gathered by Hell's denizens following the Extermination to sell on the black market, especially with Carmilla Carmine's weapon-dealing business.

Appearance Exorcists appear to have a fairly uniform appearance, each being humanoids with a black halo floating above their heads that have a small black ball with an downward and upward pointing crystals at the front. They also have a pair of large wings on their backs, allowing them to fly. Their wings are colored in a gradient of black-to-grey with white on the inside. Most Exorcists have no stripes on the back of their wings, but some, including Lute, have two black stripes along the back. All Exorcists shown so far have two black stripes along the front of their wings, with the exception of Vaggie, who has one stripe. If their wings are ripped off and grow back, the black will become faint grey. Their hairstyles are usually bob cuts in order to fit in their mask and make it easier to fight. Their eye colors can vary, with Vaggie's eyes having white irises with pink sclera, and Lute's eyes having yellow irises with white sclera.

Their uniforms consist of a long-sleeved grey minidress with a high collar that has a feather-like pattern and colored in a gray gradient, with a greyish-white sash-belt and a set of black tights underneath. They also wear greyish-white, arm-length gloves and high-heeled thigh-high boots with a single gray stripe at the cuffs, underneath which they wear an additional pair of arm-length dark gray gloves and thigh-high stockings.

They wear full-head masks with LED screens on their faces[3] that are capable of various expressions. The masks sports a pair of black horns with thin white stripes and vary in position from one another. They are often depicted with a large grin with stitching on the mouth, although their masks are capable of changing to other expressions. One eye appears as a large white circle while the other is a large white X. Seemingly upon death, the Exorcist's mask LED lights change from white to red, with their "eye" closed, and their usual toothy expressions replaced with a frown. It is unknown if all masks show similar features should their wearer die, or if that was simply the last expression the slain Exorcist had at death.

Pilot In the pilot, their uniforms are white instead of grey, their halos were white with six small spikes and a spear like crest with a red gem, and their masks sometimes lack the X over their eyes and stitching on their mouths. One appears with red eyes and mouth.

Abilities Flight - Like all Angels, Exorcists can fly utilizing their wings. They can even temporarily have their wings in a drill shape to improve diving. Known members Lute - Leader (former lieutenant) Former members Adam - Leader (deceased) Vaggie (kicked out and abandoned) Trivia In real life, an exorcist is a person who casts out demons who are alleged to have possessed a person. According to Vivziepop, only the Exorcists can really and truly kill the citizens of Hell using their special tools.[4] While non-Exorcists can kill other sinners, they must do so with scavenged angelic weapons. When asked why there is a reason that Exorcists and presumably other Angels are robotic, Vivziepop said that she can't say much, but she did confirm that they're not exactly robots. However, they do wear LED screen masks on their faces.[3] This is confirmed in "Welcome to Heaven", where Vaggie and Lute are shown to take their masks off, and Adam's is ripped to show his face in "The Show Must Go On". When the beheaded Exorcist died, her white LED face became red. Adam's mask may be holographic as he is shown to be capable of eating and drinking through it. It is unknown if it is the same for all the Exorcists masks. As shown with Lute, the black screen can fall off. When taken off, the mask's default expression is a simple smile. It was shown in "Overture" that the Exorcists can be killed, but it was unknown how at the time. It was revealed in "Scrambled Eggs" that Carmilla Carmine was responsible for killing the Exorcist, which she reveals in "Hello Rosie!" was by using angelic steel, the metal angelic weapons are made of. Angel's Blood A sample of blood by a blown up Exorcist

The blood of an Exorcist is luminescent, in which it has a bright yellow or golden glow in even dark environments. The color of their blood may be a reference to ichor, the golden blood of the gods and immortals in Greek mythology. In "The Show Must Go On", as the Angels embark on the Extermination, some of Adam's comments, and the fact that he called them "ladies", seems to indicate that all the Exorcists are female. In "Hello Rosie!", Carmilla addresses the Exorcists as Vaggie's "sisters", which further implies their gender. Interestingly, the pattern of the horns on all their masks are identical to the pattern of female imp horns. In the official French dub, the Exorcists are incorrectly referred to with the masculine plural. The Exorcists may be inspired by the Zabaniyah from Islamic scripture, as like the Zabaniyah, the Exorcists are angels tasked to punish Sinners in Hell, however ,the Zabaniyah only torture the demons. In the video released of the GalaxyCon Richmond 2025 panel, Vivziepop confirmed that the Exorcists are not the descendants of Adam,[5] meaning that they are originally from Heaven and not human souls from Earth. As revealed in "Welcome to Heaven", Adam was the one who gave Vaggie her name, which may imply that Adam personally gives names to the Exorcists or that he created them in some way. As mentioned by Adam in "Overture", Exorcists may have received divine ordainment. However, this line may be referring to Adam himself. Cletus mentions the Exorcists to the D.H.O.R.K.S. agents in "The Full Moon", however, it is unknown how they would know of them, as in Hazbin Hotel, the angels of Heaven had no idea about the Exterminations. Although, given some Exorcists are present among the angels, it is possible the angels know what Exorcists are and can do, whilst being oblivious of their true mission, as it was only stated that the Extermination was to be kept secret. Vaggie's wings have been shown to be retractable. However, it is unknown if all Exorcists are capable of this or if it is something unique to Vaggie. While Exorcists have a uniformed appearance, excluding their horns shape, there are noticeable exceptions: Vaggie's wings have one stripe instead of two. Vaggie's mask has the X on the left eye, while the right eye of Lute's mask is a white circle with an X over it instead of being a white X. The design of Lute's mask may represent her position as Adam's lieutenant and second-in command. While the black stripes on their wings are usually on the bottom, several have theirs placed differently, such as on the far side of their wings or higher positioned.

She wears a red collar around her neck with a circular gold tag hanging off of the front.

Personality Similar to a lot of cats, KeeKee is quiet and distant, but at the same time seeks affection from people around her, such as Sir Pentious. As stereotypical of a cat, she enjoys napping, sitting on peoples' laps, and getting pets.

Abilities Shapeshifting - KeeKee can transform into the Hazbin Hotel's key. In "The Show Must Go On", she turned into a larger key when held by Lucifer during the reconstruction of the Hotel. Levitation - KeeKee can be seen floating in the episode "Overture". Hotel manipulation - As the embodiment and manifestation of the Hazbin Hotel, KeeKee has been stated to have abilities that can affect the Hotel,[4] and has been mentioned to be able to manipulate the Hotel itself because she is the Hotel.[5] History Hazbin Hotel Season 1 "Overture" After Charlie read "The Story of Hell", KeeKee is seen in her key form floating in Charlie's hand until she grabs it. When Vaggie startles Charlie, she throws the key down and it transforms into KeeKee who scampers away. While Vaggie and Charlie are talking, KeeKee leaps into Charlie's arms.

In the advertisement, KeeKee can be seen sitting on a table in the Hotel foyer when a support beam falls next to her and scares her off.

As Charlie is singing, KeeKee is floating beside Angel Dust, Alastor, and Niffty at the Hotel doorway seeing Charlie leave.

"Radio Killed the Video Star" KeeKee is walking around with Charlie as she rants about the early extermination, then lies down beside the television, and then prances away.

Later, Niffty is playing with KeeKee with a piece of string, but KeeKee hisses at the sight of Sir Pentious and runs off. Then when the group are doing an activity, KeeKee is laying on the hotel railing above.

"Scrambled Eggs" KeeKee is sleeping on the couch until she's awoken by loud hammering and runs off. She is seen then running away from Sir Pentious' Skin Flayer 11,000 invention.

"Masquerade" KeeKee is curled up sleeping on the couch beside Charlie, who anxiously sits waiting for Angel Dust and waves to him as he returns to the Hotel from work.

"Dad Beat Dad" After Lucifer is welcomed to the Hotel, KeeKee curls around Lucifer's leg, Lucifer crouches down and rubs her head. Afterward, she sits and watches Lucifer greet Razzle and Dazzle.

"Hello Rosie!" When Husk asks Vaggie how Charlie keeps bringing more trouble from heaven, KeeKee is laying on the back of the couch behind Sir Pentious with a tired eye and flashing her tail up and down. Then, now on Sir Pentious' lap, Sir Pentious gently pats KeeKee as she sleeps.

When Vaggie returns from Charlie's room with a plan, KeeKee is playing with the Egg Boiz, running in circles with each other.

"The Show Must Go On" After the exorcists left, Charlie finds KeeKee stuck under the rubble of the destroyed hotel then picks her up and comforts her. Charlie pets KeeKee and she jumps out of Charlies hands, then sits and puts her paw out on Sir Pentious' first week banner, upset about his assumed death.

While being held by Lucifer, KeeKee transforms into a larger key form which Lucifer uses to help rebuild the Hotel. After the construction of the new hotel is finished, Lucifer hands the key to Charlie and it transforms into her small key form.

Razzle and Dazzle are two small demons who serve the Royal Family of Hell and are often with Charlie Morningstar as her personal bodyguards. They are supporting characters who made their debut in the Hazbin Hotel pilot.

In "The Show Must Go On", Dazzle is killed by Lute, leaving Razzle as the sole survivor of the pair.

However, Razzle has more pink fur and his eyes are reptilian-like with thin vertical pupils, while Dazzle's fur is more scarlet and his eyes are larger, with his pupils being round and circular.

Both possess dragon-like wings, and their tails are long with the end shaped into a point. Their "hands" have close resemblance to hooves, and their cheeks have pink spots, as well as what appear to be freckles located beside their eyes. Razzle appears to have a normal looking tongue, while Dazzle has a more snake-like one.

Razzle's fur is a light shade of red, while the stripe going down his snout is darker red in comparison, whereas Dazzle's fur is the exact opposite: dark red with the stripe on his snout being a lighter shade of red.

Pilot The only change in their designs after the pilot is that their legs were not smooth and their tongues were normal shaped.

Full Demon In their full demonic forms they both appear as western-style dragons with a red horn on their snout and large white teeth. They also lose their pupils. Razzle's bowtie turns black while Dazzle's is still red.

Personalities According to Vivziepop, they have distinct personalities, with one being goofier than the other.[1] There are, however, similar traits they seem to share as well, including being mischievous and loyal to Charlie, and logically to the rest of her family. They also may have a sweet tooth, as they are first seen enjoying doughnuts together. They also appear to like playing music, which was shown when they jumped to the chance to play the piano when Charlie started singing in the pilot.

In "Dad Beat Dad", they do not react to Lucifer's warning about keeping Charlie safe, implying they do not understand language beyond their names. In "Hello Rosie!", they show their loyalty to Charlie, comforting her and even becoming protective of her when Alastor tries to make a deal with her. In "The Show Must Go On", they join Charlie in the fight against the Exorcists after she calls for them, and Razzle is visibly upset by Dazzle's death.

Abilities Flight - Razzle and Dazzle can fly with the wings they have on their backs. Demon transformation - Similar to the demons who have a "full demon" form, Razzle and Dazzle are shown to have stronger forms when angered, or when there's a threat to Charlie.[2][3] Skillset Musical talent - Both Razzle and Dazzle can sing, as they are shown providing a background choir during Charlie's song. Piano-playing - At least Razzle appears to be capable of playing the piano, which he does in the aforementioned song. History Past Little is known about Razzle and Dazzle's past except that they were created by Lucifer Morningstar[4] and given to Charlie Morningstar in her childhood.[3]

Hazbin Hotel pilot They accompany Charlie to her meeting at the 666 News Studio, eating donuts until Charlie begins to sing. Razzle plays piano as they both sing and help Charlie during her song.

Hazbin Hotel Season 1 "Overture" They briefly appear in Alastor's commercial for the Hazbin Hotel, helping to clean the hotel. It is unknown whether they regularly clean the hotel or only did so for the commercial.

"Scrambled Eggs" They help Charlie hang the banner congratulating Sir Pentious on his first week at the Hotel.

"Dad Beat Dad" They hang another banner as the hotel prepares for Lucifer's arrival. Lucifer greets them immediately after KeeKee, commenting on how they haven't grown and telling them they better have kept Charlie safe. They are later seen flying away above the bar, and Razzle briefly appears in Hell's Greatest Dad as Lucifer sings "usually I charge a sacrificial lamb".

"Hello Rosie!" The pair comfort Charlie while she is crying in bed, with Dazzle holding a box of tissues. Though initially passive when Alastor arrives, after he asks Charlie to make a deal, they growl at him and Charlie stops them. When Charlie accepts the deal, the resulting explosion knocks Razzle away and throws Dazzle behind the couch.

"The Show Must Go On" After Adam vaporizes Sir Pentious, Charlie calls down Razzle and Dazzle and she begins to transform into her full demon form, then Razzle and Dazzle transform into their own as well. In their demonic forms, Razzle was being ridden by Charlie while Dazzle by Vaggie. As they charge at Adam and Lute in the sky, Lute slices Dazzle's wing off, causing him to plummet into the hotel, where she impales him to his death. Meanwhile, Adam knocks Charlie off Razzle.

When the new Hazbin Hotel is built, a statue resembling the full demonic form of Dazzle is added at the hotel entrance in tribute to Dazzle's sacrifice. Razzle can be seen flying beside the statue in his normal form.

"Loo Loo Land" (cameo) Lucifer Morningstar[10] is a fallen angel and a major supporting character in Hazbin Hotel who made his debut in "Dad Beat Dad".

He is the father of Charlie Morningstar and the estranged husband of Lilith. He is the ruler of all of Hell and the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins, embodying the sin of Pride.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Past 1.2 Full Demon 1.3 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Trivia 5.1 Development 6 References Appearance Lucifer is a slender-figured humanoid fallen angel who sports a close resemblance to his daughter, Charlie - having the same white skin with rosy-cheeks, blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the thicker, paler-blonde highlights, and eyes with light yellow sclera and red irises.

Unlike Charlie, his mouth is full of sharp teeth, and his hair is cut short and has been slicked back in a ducktail hairstyle with one tuft sticking out. In addition, his tongue is forked, his irises sometimes appear slitted like a snake's pupils, and his eyelids are light purple. He is shorter than his daughter,[11] though not by a large amount.[12]

Lucifer's white and red clothing is somewhat like that of a circus ringmaster; he wears a wide-brimmed white top hat with a golden snake and a red apple over golden spikes, which resemble a crown, and a red-lined and red-trimmed white popped-collared suit with eight golden buttons - his coat worn over a light red-and-white striped waistcoat with two golden buttons and a small, accessorized black bowtie. In "The Show Must Go On" his suit has red and golden epaulets, resembling those of a ringmaster.

He also wears a set of heeled black knee-high boots and dark grey gloves,[13] which are forearm-length in "The Show Must Go On". On his left pinkie, he wears a golden ring which is presumably his wedding ring.

Lucifer is usually seen carrying an apple-topped black cane that matches his hat. Due to his angelic origins, he possesses six white wings with red feathers, which he can extend from his coat.

Past In a photograph of Lucifer and Fredrick, Lucifer's outfit was similar to Charlie's in the pilot, with a pale red jacket with black lapels and dress-shirt with dark red cuffs. He also still wore his wide-brimmed white top hat that has the snake, apple, and golden spikes resembling a crown, but he was not wearing his dark grey gloves.

Full Demon When he takes on his full demonic form, as well as displaying his wings, he displays a pair of red horns with an orb of fire between them and the snake and apple of his hat floating above resembling a halo. His eyes change to have red sclera with yellow pupils. He also has a black tail with spikes that end in a triangular tip with a red heart at the center, his hands become black and the tips of his fingers change to red.

Eyes also appear on the inside of his coattails, and a similar eye also appears on his bowtie. In addition, his entire body gives off a white glow.

Pilot In the pilot, Lucifer's appearance is nearly the same, only his pupils were instead black, just like Charlie's pilot design. The snake around his hat was also colored purple.

Personality Despite his status as the ruler of all of Hell, Lucifer possesses an eccentric, glorious and dramatic nature, acting very over-the-top in most situations. He switches between being silly and theatrical to awkward and sad. Like Charlie, Lucifer is ambitious in his beliefs. According to the "The Story of Hell" book Charlie reads in "Overture", Lucifer was an idealistic dreamer whose desire to gift humankind with free will led to the accidental creation of Hell and the subsequent banishment to it caused him to give up on his goals. After he and Lilith separated, Lucifer fell into isolation and deep melancholy. Coping by crafting and hoarding tons of rubber ducks, spending years at his home alone. This obsession also causes him to become estranged from his daughter to the point where he barely calls her at all, depressively thinking she does not want to talk to him.

Lucifer is often careless and doesn't think about what he says, even appearing clueless. For example, when confronting Adam, Lucifer misworded a verbal threat as an innuendo instead and smiled proudly afterward, and when Charlie corrects him, he forgets what he said. In his first meeting with Vaggie, he calls her "Maggie" right after being told her name. Additionally, even with his monumental position, he is rather socially awkward, for example, trying to connect with Charlie by excitedly bringing up that they both like girls.

However, he is not afraid to fight or get violent, as shown when he fearlessly battles Adam and beats him up violently. In the process, he is unafraid to act cocky and successfully irritate Adam by reminding him about his failure with Lilith, as well as suggesting he slept with Eve. Lucifer shows more intimidation prowess when he orders Lute to "take her 'little friends' and go home". Even so, he politely adds "please", showing his generally refined manner.

As a father, he falls short of expectations. Although he loves Charlie dearly, he seems to be preoccupied with his own problems. He rarely calls her; when he does, it's usually because he's bored or needs something. When Charlie reached out to him for help in setting up a meeting with Heaven, he was thrilled to hear from her. However, he couldn't recall where she was or what she was doing, even though she had shared her passion project, the Hazbin Hotel, with him months ago. He also wasn't aware that Charlie was dating someone or that she was attracted to women. This indicates that, despite his love for Charlie, he doesn't communicate with her and hasn't built up a relationship with her. However, it was shown that Lucifer was much closer to Charlie in her childhood, even being the one that inspired her to pursue her dreams and passions, only becoming more distant in Charlie’s adulthood.

While he is the King of Hell, Lucifer hardly rules over his subjects and leaves them to their own devices. As a result, his name (and, by extension, Charlie) carries little weight. While the denizens of Hell recognize that he is a powerful force to be reckoned with, they seem to know that little, if anything, would make him show up. Lucifer dislikes the Sinners of Hell and describes them as "violent, destructive psychopaths, hellbent on causing as much pain and destruction as possible". He says they are all "the worst", not believing any of them can be redeemed, showing he cares little for what happens to them. Despite his disapproval of Sinners, Lucifer hints that he regrets his role in ever giving them free will due to what they had done with it and the consequences that came from this.

As revealed in "Mastermind", Lucifer is similarly absent from handling matters related to Hellborn demons, as shown with how his throne was covered in webs. With his absence, Satan in particular took the lead as Hell's main ruler and lied that he was the true King of Hell and ruled it long before Lucifer had "fallen" into it.

Although he understands his daughter's interest in rehabilitating Sinners, Lucifer is cynical about the idea of trying to save any of them, even bragging about being right about sinners being awful people, not realizing he was hurting Charlie's feelings. However, he stated that Charlie doesn't know that when he tried to make his own dreams a reality before, they were too hard to defend,[14] and since Heaven was so unwilling to listen to him in the past, he does not want Charlie to go through the same thing. Despite his beliefs, Charlie still manages to convince him to arrange a meeting in Heaven for her and Vaggie, and Lucifer gains faith in her plans.

Lucifer is fiercely protective of Charlie, as seen when he subtly threatens her bodyguards, Razzle and Dazzle, that they had better be doing their job protecting her. Later, when Alastor began rubbing in his failings to be a proper, supportive father to Charlie and her dreams and implying he had taken Lucifer's place as Charlie's father figure, Lucifer displayed jealousy toward Alastor, whom he began to see as a rival for Charlie's affection and became insecure about his familial bond with her. In "The Show Must Go On", he arrived late, but joined the fight against Adam and the Exorcists, helping Charlie defeat them. This protective nature is shown again when at one point, Adam tries to strike both Lucifer and Charlie from behind for them to block his blow and send him flying into the dirt. Dropping the mocking attitude he had previously given to Adam during their fight, Lucifer then proceeds to angrily berate Adam for threatening him and Charlie before pummeling him within an inch of his life, only stopping at Charlie's insistence.

Abilities Immortality - As told in "Overture", Lucifer has existed since before the creation of the world, meaning he is at least thousands of years old and presumably unable to die of old age, and as demonic royalty is presumably biologically immortal and only able to be killed by angelic weaponry. Angelic power - Lucifer possesses immensely powerful angelic magic which holds sway over the demonic power of his contemporaries.[3] Pyligenesis - In "Dad Beat Dad", Lucifer was shown to conjure portals as a means of instant transportation, which he is shown to use when transporting other demons. These portals manifest as rings of sparkly light, similar to the portal that took and removed Charlie and Vaggie in "Welcome to Heaven" from Heaven, indicating that this ability is derived from his angelic powers. Demonic transformation - Lucifer can assume a more fearsome and powerful demonic form. Immense strength - Lucifer's physical strength is beyond exceptional, as he barely put any effort during his fight with Adam, mocking the first man, when the Angel managed to defeat both Charlie and Alastor in brief skirmishes. He also gave really tight hugs to Charlie and Vaggie to the point where they had slight trouble breathing. Flight - Lucifer can summon six angelic wings on a whim, with the size of his wings varying throughout the show. Life manipulation - Lucifer created Razzle and Dazzle for Charlie.[15] Teleportation - Lucifer can instantly teleport himself from one location to another. He does this by enveloping himself in a swirling fog of deep red smoke with sparkling, golden glitter. Snake Snake 1/5 Shapeshifting - Lucifer can shapeshift into a wide variety of animals, as seen in "The Show Must Go On", he took the forms of a snake, a goat, a bird, a horse, and an octopus. When he shapeshifts, he still keeps some of his traits, like color scheme, blush, hair, bowtie, and top hat. Conjuration - Lucifer seems to be able to create virtually anything he desires with a simple flick of the wrist. This includes, but is not limited, to clothing, puppets, instruments, large fountains of champagne, and mountains of caviar. Hydrokinesis - During the song "Hell's Greatest Dad", Lucifer is seen throwing a yellow-colored liquid, presumably apple juice or champagne, at Alastor. Pyrokinesis - Like his daughter, Charlie, he also has the power to manipulate fire at will. When fighting Adam in "The Show Must Go On" he is seen creating balls of fire out of thin air at will. Fire breath - He can make fire come out of his mouth when he speaks. Skillset Musical talent - Similar to his daughter, Lucifer partakes in singing.[16] Instrumental talent - Additionally, he is shown to be quite a skilled fiddle player during his musical duet with Alastor. Lucifer also showed that he could play a violin and an accordion to a minor degree. He can also play the trumpet, shown for a brief moment at the beginning of the Hell's Greatest Dad.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Trivia 5.1 Development 6 References Appearance Cherri is a very slim and white-skinned cyclops demon with an hourglass figure, and a singular eye which has an X-shaped light yellow pupil and a sunkist coral-colored sclera. She sports freckle-like spots on her skin and long, strawberry blonde-pink hair with platinum blonde accents, kept in a high half-ponytail by a black ponytail-holder.

Her mouth features black lips and sharp pale yellow teeth inside, and she has several coral designs of bombs, explosions, and swirled-lines tattooed on her right arm.

Cherri wears a one-shouldered black bra under a similarly-designed, pinkish-red torn crop-top with four white spots around the black X located on the left, and a set of severely ripped black leggings under a torn miniskirt that sported the same color and style as her top.

She also wears shoes that are both colored in a pinkish-red but differing in type; on her right is a pointed flat shoe, while on her left is a heeled cowboy-like boot with a multi-pointed off-white star on it. She also has two different sets of fingerless coral-colored gloves; a regular-length glove on her right hand, and an elbow-length, black-trimmed glove on her left hand.

In the ADDICT music video, Cherri's appearance is nearly the same, only her flat shoe isn't pointed.

Pilot In the pilot, her appearance has some notable differences; her hair was warmer-colored and had white accents along with the blonde accents, her lips were maroon-colored with sharp gray teeth inside, and her tattoo is a gray heart design instead.

In addition to her clothing, the "X" shape on her top does not have spots, her skirt sports white buttons with one loose suspender on her right, while her right footwear is a red-and-white sock, and the boot on her right foot instead had two white stripes on the top. Her fingerless gloves are instead a white-striped light gray glove on her right hand, and an arm-length black glove on her left hand.

Personality Cherri is shown to be daring, bold, and determined. She is self-confident and constantly smiles broadly, taking pleasure in committing arson and other various crimes. She is friendly, charismatic and fun-loving, often enjoying going out partying and living without stressing herself, believing she should have fun and not concern themselves with her life, to the point of taking drugs and even having sex with complete strangers.

Despite this wild and care-free persona, Cherri is shown to have a more sensitive side as well; in the ADDICT music video, it is shown that she often stays with Angel Dust and comforts him after he gets verbally or sexually abused by Valentino. She is also shown to be a supportive friend to Angel Dust; while she encourages him to let loose and finds the idea of the Hazbin Hotel ridiculous, she nonetheless supports his choices to try and be better, though she also mocks him for helping Niffty.

She can be easily bribed into doing something, as shown in "Welcome to Heaven" when Charlie gave her money to take Angel Dust and her the other Hotel members out for a fun night.

In "The Show Must Go On", she was happy to show up and fight the exorcists, saying that she loves fighting, especially if she can team up with Angel Dust.

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Cherri Bomb is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when she died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. She also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, she can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Athleticism - Cherri can get around easily during combat without exhausting herself. Enhanced Agility - Cherri can dodge most of her opponent's attacks and can make a comeback right afterwards. Enhanced Strength - Cherri was able to defeat Sir Pentious and his army of Egg Boiz by herself even though she was outnumbered, and was able to easily tear an Egg Boi in half. She also seems able to hurl her explosives a far greater distance than humanly possible. Skillset Hand-to-Hand Combat - Cherri is shown to excel at hand-to-hand combat, as shown during her brawl with Sir Pentious, where she was able to beat him single-handedly with little effort. Weapon Proficiency - Cherri is an expert at handling weaponry, specifically explosives, as she can maneuver them around and use them to her advantage easily. Bomb Expert - She is skilled in usage of many kinds of bombs and explosives such as dynamite and round bombs.

She also has hip-length, curled hair colored in a silver-like ombre.

Her eyes have white irises, blue-gray sclera, dark purple pupils, and dark purple thick eyelashes projecting from them. Atop her lashes are a pair of longer, holographic-like lashes, which are colored in a slightly paler shade of dark purple. Her eyelids are colored like her holographic-like lashes.

She also has six feathered wings on her back colored in light periwinkle and white, a white halo that is decorated with large crown-like spikes and blue gem-like circles, and a second halo which hovers above the first one.

Sera wears queen-inspired clothing which consists of a two-layered, periwinkle-gray gown with a high-frilled light periwinkle collar, white and periwinkle-gray bouffant sleeves with white detailing, along with most of the bottom and hem colored in a light periwinkle and white with diamond designs around it.

Angelic form In her angelic form, Sera has an owl-like appearance with her skin being lightened, her hair being somewhat straighter, and her eyelashes are longer. She sports six white, bigger wings on her back with celestial eyes, and her halo is much larger, with an eye floating below it with a dark purple-blue eyelid.

Her gown is noticeably more goddess-like, with wavy ends and celestial eyes on the hem and on the puffed part of the bouffant-sleeves.

Personality Sera comes across as a kind, level-headed person who is caring toward those she interacts with and welcoming to even demons such as Charlie and Vaggie. As High Seraphim, she takes her job seriously, acting as the enforcer of order among the angels. This extends to her abiding civil behavior, as she seems upset when Charlie loudly curses in the court. She holds a preference for negotiation over violence when it comes to conflict, such as when she is willing to hear Charlie out on her plan to resolve the overpopulation crisis in Hell. Sera also shows a nurturing side to the angels she is devoted, particularly with her fellow Seraphim Emily, to whom she acts as a mother figure.

Due to her peaceful nature, Sera greatly disapproves of Adam's juvenile and spiteful tendencies and the more violent and bloodthirsty of Exorcists, such as Lute. This is shown when Sera disapproves of Adam's declaration of targeting the Hazbin Hotel as the first area for him and his Exorcists to slaughter in the next Extermination. Sera deems his actions as uncalled-for and disapproves of Adam's delight and bloodthirst at doing so.

Despite her gentle nature, Sera's firm dedication to stability and willingness to do whatever it takes to protect Heaven from chaos leads her to perform controversial actions. This even motivated her to allow Adam's yearly extermination. Her care for the other angels also factors into these decisions, fearing the same outcome that happened to Lucifer would happen to Emily and other angels if they questioned Heaven's methods, going as far as to protect Emily from the truth to ensure her happiness.

Although she was complicit, Sera does express regret and anguish when making such decisions, claiming that creating an extermination to wipe out sinners yearly was a hard decision but was a required action. Furthermore, Sera herself showed numerous times that she greatly empathized with Charlie and her dreams of redeeming Sinners, but ultimately considers it impossible to accomplish, and thus Sera does what she believes is best with what she thinks is possible. This shows that when it comes to upholding the peace, Sera will act by underhanded means to silence questioning the rules to ensure this, even if it goes against what she believes in or ignoring how other angels feel in the matter. This was shown later when Sera ultimately rejected Charlie's proposal to accept rehabilitated souls, even after acknowledging that the rules of redemption were unknown.

Furthermore, despite regretting allowing the Exterminations and her strong sense of responsibility to protect Heaven, Sera has also shown to be somewhat negligent or irresponsible in the direct handling of matters regarding the Extermination event she authorized and takes a passive approach by letting others handle it. This is repeatedly shown when she leaves almost everything regarding the Extermination to Adam and Lute, and does not get into the details of what exactly it is they are doing and largely leaves them to their own devices. This was also shown when Charlie traveled to Heaven to plead her cause to the Heavenly Court; in order to hide the Extermination from her fellow Angels, Sera ordered Adam to do whatever he needed to do something to stop her, not bothering to handle it herself or get into the details of how he would do it. Her lack of control over her subordinates inevitably leads to Adam accidentally revealing the truth of the event to the rest of the members of the Court while spitting at Charlie, despite Sera warning him.

It is implied during the court trial in "Welcome to Heaven" that Sera does not believe it is possible for Sinners to be redeemed and ascend into Heaven, and at the climax of the trial declared that there was not sufficient evidence to back up Charlie's case that Sinners could be redeemed. Later, in "The Show Must Go On", when seeing Sir Pentious becoming an Angel and being let into Heaven, Sera is visibly shocked.

Abilities Longevity - As told in "Overture", Sera has existed since before the creation of the world, meaning she is at least thousands of years old and presumably is unable to die of old age. Angelic power - Being a High Seraphim, she has powerful angelic power. Flight - As an Angel, she has wings that are capable of flight. Levitation - Sera can be seen always levitating. Teleportation - Sera can teleport herself and others to any location she wishes by covering them with her glowing wings. Skillset Musical talent - She is adept at singing. History Past Hazbin Hotel Season 1 "Welcome to Heaven" "The Show Must Go On" Relationships Emily Sera & Emily Sera worried for Emily

Sera cares greatly for Emily and is overprotective of her, even keeping Emily naïve about the exterminations as she thought she should shoulder the burden as the older angel. When Emily found out the truth about the extermination, Sera tried to explain to Emily that it was a tough decision she had to make in order to protect Emily and all the angels in heaven.

As Emily sides with Charlie about Heaven being hypocritical, Sera desperately tries to stop her. After the trial was over, Sera tells Emily that they need to look after their people and not question on what they do. Sera has the fear that if Emily began to question the system then she could end up a fallen angel like Lucifer.

Adam and Lute Sera is considered Adam and Lute's superior. She can get rather annoyed with Adam's immaturity and Lute's blood thirsty tendencies. Sera allowed Adam's idea of the Extermination explicitly under the condition to keep it a secret from the rest of Heaven.

In "Welcome to Heaven", Sera was upset that Adam accidentally revealed to the court about the Extermination, but still allowed him to continue the Extermination as there was no evidence that Sinners could be redeemed. When Adam threatened about going to the Hotel first during the upcoming Extermination, and because of how upset Charlie and Vaggie looked, Sera gave Adam a stern glare which he then apologized for.

Hell's Royal Family Charlie Morningstar Sera was rather welcoming to Charlie entering heaven in "Welcome to Heaven", despite being the daughter of Lucifer, but did remind Charlie that she's only staying for one day. Sera thinks of her as misguided and that she was bringing trouble to heaven's door.

Sera gave a disapproved look when Charlie swore in the angelic court, but let it slide to give her a second chance to plead her case. Sera expressed sympathy for Charlie about trying to prove that sinners could be redeemed by showing Angel Dust protecting Niffty from Valentino, but as Angel Dust didn't get into heaven and gave no evidence of redemption Sera ruled that there was no proof a sinner could be redeemed.

Lucifer Morningstar It's unknown what relationship Sera had with Lucifer, but it can be assumed that she, along with the elders of Heaven, believed Lucifer was a troublemaker and rejected his ideas. However, in "Welcome to Heaven" shows that Sera does express pity and sympathy for Lucifer when he was banished to hell for bringing evil to earth. His becoming a fallen angel also caused Sera to fear the same thing would happened to Emily.

Others Sir Pentious While the two have yet to interact, when Sir Pentious proved redemption was possible Sera was greatly shocked at the revelation.

Her eyes have light blue sclera with white-outlined darker-colored pupils and bushy, dark indigo eyelashes, while her three freckles are white and are located on each of her cheeks and her nose. She also has six white feathered wings on her back, and a light blue halo decorated with small, tiara-like spikes hovering above her head.

Emily wears princess-inspired clothing which consists of a light periwinkle gown with a darker-colored stripe around the high-frilled collar, darker-colored trimming and details on the short light blue puffed sleeves, a darker-blue star-pattern on the chest, and darker-blue triangular-like patterns on the hem with small diamond shaped between the mounds. In addition, she accessorizes with a light blue sash worn around her waist, and wears a pair of white tights underneath.

She also wears a set of fingerless, periwinkle-gray opera gloves which covers most of her arms, which appears to be skin-tight and act as long sleeves for her dress. For footwear, she wore blue ballerina-like shoes.

Angelic form In her angelic form, Emily’s skin becomes white, her head becomes oval-shaped with an extra third eye on her forehead, her lips are noticeably paler, and she becomes bald. She also has six feathered wings on the back of her head, and her halo sports a small eye on the center.

She also has a white feathery neckline and petticoat.

Personality Emily is excitable, bubbly, sweet, friendly and kind to almost everyone around her. She does not discriminate others based on mistakes or who they are, where she excitedly greeted Charlie and welcomed her to Heaven, despite her being a demon. She compliments Sera in personality, with Sera the most serious and Emily the more bubbly. Working alongside Sera, her job is to preserve the happiness and joy of the human souls that ascend to Heaven.

Emily also holds a great amount of sympathy towards human souls and sees them all as equal, much like Charlie, as she is disgusted and horrified upon learning about the Extermination.

She is also shown to engage deeply in the things that she believes in, such as when she promises Charlie to find a way to help her. As shown in "Welcome to Heaven" and "The Show Must Go On", Emily believes in Charlie's dream of rehabilitating Sinners and allowing them into Heaven, and was delighted to see Sir Pentious ascending into Heaven, proving that it was indeed possible for a sinner demon to be redeemed.

Abilities Angelic power - Being a Seraphim, Emily has powerful angelic abilities. Flight - As an Angel, she has wings that are capable of flight. Conjuration - Emily summoned the leaflet Adam wrote the conditions of getting to Heaven on in "Welcome to Heaven". Skills Musical talent - She is adept at singing.

She first appeared in the Hazbin Hotel pilot, and made her official debut in the episode "Scrambled Eggs".

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Trivia 5.1 Development 6 References Appearance Rosie is a very tall and slender humanoid demoness who stands taller than Alastor, with wide hips, pale gray skin, and a mouth with black lips and sharp light pink teeth. She also has dusty-pink cheeks, short white-and-gray hair in a 1910s bob cut with pink streaks, and like all residents of Cannibal Town, her eyes are pitch-black with no irises or pupils and displays no physical evidence of having a nose.

Rosie's clothing suggests high-class fashion of the 1910s era, which consists of a large, pimped-out sun hat that is colored in a shade of maroon, with two skulls that are colored in a grayish-pink and red-pink, three dark burgundy flower-like decorations located at the brim, and large plumes which are black and pink-red respectively. In addition, her hat also includes pink frilled-trim around it, along with black lining inside.

She wears a pale-maroon and pale-burgundy dress which includes puffed shoulders, thin pale-maroon swirly-like stripes on the high black collar, black-trimming around the waist and on the long sleeves' ruffled cuffs, and three black stripes and black trim located on the hem. Under her dress, she wears a pair of black kitten heels.

Pilot In the Pilot, Rosie's appearance is nearly the same, only her hair was grayish-pink, and one of the plumes on her hat was colored in a slight darker shade of pink-red.

Personality Rosie appears as a very capable, articulate, and friendly demon[3] with a sense of elegance[note 1] and vintage flair to her. She enjoys old-fashioned things, such as old-fashioned music and fashion of the 1910s.

Rosie displays a strong sense of composure most of the time. In "Scrambled Eggs", she was shown to have been quiet during the meeting organized by Carmilla Carmine between her fellow Overlords to discuss the new schedule for the Extermination. Rosie quietly, but respectfully acknowledged her fellow Overlords as they went to the meeting room. When Velvette revealed the severed Exorcist head, Rosie was shocked at the revelation, but otherwise kept quiet as she observed Velvette argue with Zestial and Carmilla about what to do about it.

Rosie seemingly agreed with Zestial's idea to not rush into a war against Heaven based on the simple proof that it is possible for Exorcists to be killed, showing she favored caution over Velvette and the Vee's arrogance and overconfidence. Despite her patient attitude throughout most of the meeting, Rosie herself would show shock and some outrage as Velvette repeatedly disrespected her fellow Overlords, suggesting she can only tolerate so much before the offense comes at the expense of her associates.

More of Rosie is explored in "Hello Rosie!", where Rosie presents herself as gracious and charming when interacting and socializing with others. Among the residents of the Cannibal Town, Rosie is gracious and kind to the cannibals who visit her Emporium, offering advice or her personal assistance in solving them. Later, after warmly greeting Alastor, Rosie politely greeted Charlie and wasted no time in being a gracious host, giving her a place to sit and rest and offering to give her food before agreeing to hear her problems, showing Rosie's friendliness and graciousness.

Rosie is especially kind and loving to those she considers her friends, such as with Alastor, whom after meeting up with him again after his "sabbatical", she eagerly greeted him as a friend. After meeting Charlie and taking a liking towards her, Rosie kindly offered to hear her out her dilemma and repeatedly gave Charlie suggestions on how to overcome them. During this conversation, Rosie was very empathetic and understanding to not only to Charlie, but also to Vaggie, whom she correctly deduced was ashamed of her past and didn't want to reveal it to Charlie in fear of being rejected by her. Due to her past experiences, Rosie believes that words are cheap and only action is what ultimately shows the truth, particularly when Rosie remarked that Vaggie trying to make up for her past actions by helping Charlie was telling of Vaggie's love for her.

However, despite her general kindness, Rosie is shown to have a dark side as an Overlord. Following the latest Extermination, Rosie wasn't particularly sensitive to the death of her associate, Franklin, as she is seen crossing off his name on their sign, seemingly without a care. Rosie is also highly intelligent and cunning, as shown where she had intimate knowledge on the territorial disputes in sections of Pentagram City between the various demon factions of the city. Rosie herself can also be quite commanding and intimidating towards the cannibals when she wants to be and can lead them efficiently as their leader, being fully aware of the mentality of the cannibals and offered Charlie sound advice on how to properly appeal to them to get them to help her.

Alastor himself attributes Cannibal Town's relative peacefulness and pleasantness, especially when compared to the rest of Hell, is due to Rosie's excellent leadership. She likewise collaborates with Alastor to ensure their mutual success as Overlords, as seen when she offered Alastor information regarding a slot of territory he could easily take over with the right deal.

Later, after Charlie successfully convinced the cannibals of Cannibal Town to help her, Rosie took note of Charlie's charisma and the immense power she inherited from her father, agreeing with Alastor that taking her side would ultimately be beneficial for them both in the future.

Rosie also indulges in the morbid environment of Cannibal Town, being nonchalant and even friendly about its cannibalistic tendencies along with her Emporium selling numerous cannibalistic treats. Rosie even casually offered to feed Charlie a demon leg and some pinky fingers as hospitality to her when she arrived at her Emporium.

Abilities Skillset Cooking - According to Faustisse, one of Rosie's hobbies is cooking.[note 2] Rosie's Emporium serves pieces of Demons for the cannibals to eat, which Rosie herself may prepare. Musical talent - She is adept at singing. Charisma - Rosie helped advise Charlie Morningstar on how to help the residents of Cannibal Town understand Charlie's message when Charlie was struggling at giving her speech effectively. Intelligence - She displays some intellectual capability and strategic thinking alongside her leadership ability. This is shown with her alliance with Alastor, as she offers him the opportunity to make a deal with a demon who cannot control their territory after hearing about it. She even saw potential in Charlie's abilities which she and Alastor think will benefit them in the future. Leadership - As an Overlord as well as the leader of Cannibal Town, she has some leadership skills that motivate and easily control the residents of Cannibal Town, especially gaining respect from the residents, even from a difficult one; Susan. Deal-making - While not shown on-screen, as mentioned in "Scrambled Eggs" that the overlords in the meeting together "own millions of souls" implies that Rosie can make deals with others in order to collect their souls like other Overlords.

Hiroki Gotō[5] First appearance Hazbin Hotel Hazbin Hotel pilot (non-speaking cameo) "Radio Killed the Video Star" (official debut) Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" Valentino is a sinner demon and one of the many Overlords of Hell. He is a major antagonist of Hazbin Hotel.

He is the director and head of the porn studio within V Tower, and a member of the Vees. He is also the owner and boss of his films' main star, Angel Dust, whom he has under soul contractual obligation.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Past 1.2 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 3.2 Weaponry 4 Gallery 5 Trivia 5.1 Development 6 References Appearance Valentino is a tall, slender, somewhat muscular and broad-shouldered moth demon with lavender skin and lacking pupils and irises in his cerise-pink eyes, over which he is always depicted wearing gold-rimmed, heart-shaped sunglasses with cerise lenses.

His mouth is full of sharp, cerise teeth with a single golden fang that sits to his far left of center, a feature he shares with some of his employees like Angel Dust. He also has a long cerise tongue.

Valentino's stature is tall, estimated to be around 10 feet,[note 3] which he emphasizes with long black heeled boots. He has fluffy white neck fur with small red love-hearts that plumes up from his coat's break-line. He is bald[note 4][6] with moth-like antennae; the right appearing like a large white with black heart-striped feather while the left appears smaller and lacking the white areas.

He has an extra set of arms just above his hips. His hands and forearms are black, mimicking black gloves, while the upper halves are his normal skin color.

He has a pair of large red moth wings that features zebra print fur outlining the edges, while the interior is darker colored with several heart designs. These wings are usually wrapped around his body to form a floor-length coat with white fur at the wrists, as well as black-and-white-striped fur trim down the center-front to the bottom hem, and three white stripes on both hips with a heart shaped design on the back. This coat is pinned with a gold chain and gold love-heart shaped broach fastening at the breast.

He also has heart-shaped nipples colored in a darker shade of his skin tone, with gold piercings and a chain hung from them.

Valentino wears a red top hat with a wide, asymmetrical zebra-printed hat-band, in which his antennae poke out like feathers. Under his coat, he wears a chest-exposing dark grey shirt with rolled-up sleeves that are held together by two gold buttons, alongside white dress pants held by a black belt with a golden love-heart shaped buckle, and a pair of high-heeled black boots.

He wears a gold chain necklace hung down to his chest, gold arm bands on his lower wrists, each hand having one gold ring, and sometimes gold nail guards on his fingers.

According to Faustisse, Valentino wears fishnet stockings under his coat.[note 5] This is first seen in "Welcome to Heaven". In "The Show Must Go On", Valentino wears fishnet stockings, a black miniskirt, and black knee-high heeled boots.

Past Valentino used to have both his antennae look identical, both like large white with black heart-striped feathers. He didn't have his sunglasses and gold fang, and his coat didn't have fur on the wrists and the outline wasn't fluffy. He wore a red fedora with a zebra print band, and white pants with a pink belt that had a gold heart-shaped buckle.

Pilot In the pilot, Valentino's appearance was nearly the same, but with the exception of his right antennae being simply black-and-white striped and left antennae appearing more like a thorned-branch. His neck fur also had more red heart designs that are smaller, some of which being in two and some having a white area from the bottom of the heart.

His wing-coat lacked the white stripes in the back, as well as the brooch in the middle, while the black-and-white-striped fur trim down the center-front to the bottom hem had more stripes. His boots also appeared to have smaller heels.

Personality Valentino has been described as being charming[note 6] and roughly as level-headed as his fellow Overlord, Vox.[note 7] When he interacts with Charlie in his studio he acts cordial around her while struggling to hide his anger and irritation that he would prefer to take out on one of his employees instead, such as Angel Dust.

He does, eventually, show off his real behavior after some time. Valentino uses his charming persona in order to lure other demons into working for him, as shown in "Welcome to Heaven" where Valentino admitted spending much of his time in nightclubs, picking up demons and offering them "jobs" at his studios, with him hiding his more violent and psychotic behavior in order to convince them to willingly "work" for him.

Valentino is depicted as being controlling, abusive, and narcissistic, specifically towards one of his star employees, Angel Dust.[7][8] He also displays sadistic tendencies, appearing to take enjoyment in overriding Angel's consent, and remains seemingly unbothered by the trauma he is inflicting.

Valentino is frequently surrounded by a collection of the girls who work for him. He is ostentatious in displaying both his profession and status. Faustisse bluntly described him as "a huge fuckboi".[note 8] Despite this, he is apparently in a romantic relationship with Vox.

Valentino has been described by Angel to be a "psychopathic freak".[9] He has a reputation of throwing massive tantrums when one of his "whore" employees disobey him. Because of his temperamental side, he throws objects and rips other demons apart when he is angry, and he doesn't think about how his actions affect his and the Vees' image to where Vox had to explain that "chasing whores around town" will "fuck up" their "image". Once he calms down, he is more pragmatic and fully aware of possible negatives to acting too rashly.

On the other hand, even he has his limits. He was visibly shocked when Vox uncharacteristically snapped at him for wanting to murder everyone at the hotel. He is also terrified by Niffty's creepy stalker-ish and homicidal behavior.

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Valentino is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when he died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. He also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, he can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Strength - Valentino's strength appears to be greater than the average demon, being able to slam a door so hard a cupboard got knocked down "Masquerade", and was able to tear demons into pieces with his bare hands in "Radio Killed the Video Star", when Velvette recounts how he "tore up her best model", despite presumably not having any weapons on him. One display of his strength is when he ruthlessly physically abuses Angel Dust by choking him and slamming him around with a single hand. Valentino using his wings to put out fire Putting out a fire

Wings - Valentino has a pair of moth wings shown to be able to produce powerful gusts of wind that can easily put out a large fire with one flap. Wing alteration - These wings can cover his body to form his coat, or can be hung down like a cape. It is possible his wings can form coats of various designs as he is seen in "Welcome to Heaven" wearing an alternate style coat. Ocular, dental, and saliva illumination - Valentino's eyes give off a faint red glow, particularly if he's in a dark room, and his teeth can glow when he's giving a sinister smile. His red saliva also glows, mainly when he's acting perverted. Multitasking - Valentino can multitask with his extra set of arms, such as holding his drink while he's decorating one of his guns. Val Smoke Valentino's red smoke

Typhokinesis - In the ADDICT music video, Valentino exhales a red, heart-shaped smoke from his cigarettes that has the ability to twist and form different shapes, entering the bodies of other demons, as Valentino directs it. However, a similar smoke is also present in a cigarette Angel smokes indicating that this is both from a specific cigarette he own and also a natural ability of Valentino, since, in "Masquerade," he smokes a cigarette Angel was smoking and the color of the smoke changes when he blows it into Angel's face. Smoke constructs - Valentino can manipulate his red smoke into specific shapes that are physically solid, as shown in "Masquerade" where he formed a chain and manacles to bind Angel Dust and show his dominance over him. Skillset Weapon proficiency - As shown in the prequel comic, Valentino is easily able to shoot a moving target with accuracy from a notable distance away. Charisma - Valentino possesses a flamboyant and vivacious charm that allows him to persuade others of his authority.[note 6] Bilingualism - Valentino can fluently speak Spanish and English. Angel Dust's contract Valentino's contract with Angel Dust

Contracts - Like all Overlords, Valentino amassed his power and influence by "owning" souls. The method he uses to accomplish this is by having his victims sign their souls away to his ownership through the contracts he conjures, as shown in his ownership of Angel Dust, where the latter had willingly signed his real name in his contract to "work" for Valentino. However, in some cases, there are loopholes that makes them untouchable under certain circumstances, such as Angel being free from him and his influence outside his studio, which Valentino apparently can't remove. It is possible for Valentino to willingly render the contract null and void and release Angel from his control if he chooses to do so. Artistic talent - It has been confirmed that Valentino is actually a talented artist.[10][11] Singing and dancing - Valentino has shown to be a good singer and exceptional dancer, being able to performing a duet and dance with Vox. Weaponry Moneyshot Moneyshot 1/3 Guns and pistols - Valentino has a collection of guns, such as a pink and zebra print revolver called "Moneyshot",[12] and a gold and black half pistol. He sometimes decorates them with glue, gemstones, and glitter, such as when he added "Valentino" to Moneyshot in "Radio Killed the Video Star".

She is a close associate of Vox and Valentino and is the self-proclaimed "backbone of the Vees". She specializes in social media, fashion design, as well as being responsible for the creation of the Love Potion.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Trivia 5.1 Development 6 References Appearance Velvette is a slim and petite humanoid demon with cedar-brown skin, and long curly hair kept into pigtails with bangs by black hair ties. Her hair is colored in a desire-red that features the insides colored in a faded dark navy-blue, and white swirled-streaks on her pigtails and one on her bangs.

Her eyes have white irises, red sclera and slit pupils, and her makeup consists of burgundy eyeshadow on her eyelids, and black lipstick on her lips with a strip across the center of her mouth, which has fangs inside. She has seams on several parts of her body such as her elbow and knee joints.[5]

Velvette's clothing is that of a set of white skull earrings, and a sleeveless dark navy-blue coat with burgundy lining and two desire hearts on the left side of the fur collar (similar to the ones on Valentino's). Her coat is usually worn over a sleeveless, black turtleneck crop top that includes two desire hearts on the chest. Her loose pants are colored in navy-blue and desire-red in a striped pattern, held by a dark navy belt with a white heart-shaped buckle.

For footwear, she wore navy low-heeled flats with white pom-poms on top. Velvette accessorized with black-striped fingerless opera gloves with alternating colors - white for her right glove and desire for her left.

Velvette changes hairstyles and outfits frequently, as seen in "Radio Killed the Video Star" and "The Show Must Go On".

Pilot In the pilot, Velvette sported a much more doll-like appearance with desire-red and burgundy hair with a white streak on her bangs - her pigtails are noticeably messier in appearance, and it has been held by black and white frilled hair ties. She appears to have white eyeliner on the lower part of her eyes and a white strip across her eyes.

In addition to her clothing, she sports a pimped-out, tea-length dress that is colored in white, black and desire. Her dress features short, black puffed sleeves, along with black triangle and desire heart patterns located at the bottom.

Her fingerless gloves appear to be longer, and they are instead desire and white-striped. She also wore black tights and desire flats with white pom-poms on top.

Personality Velvette is the energetic, stylish and trendy type who is always up-to-date with the latest trends and technology. This is one of the main reasons why she and Vox get along quite well with each other.[6] Faustisse has also described her as being a very crazy person.[note 1]

She is critical and judgemental when it comes to fashion. Velvette is also observant, such as when she notices Carmilla's expression after she pulled out the severed Exorcist's head, and suspected her to be responsible, in which confirmed her suspicions later.

She is shown to be a disrespectful and overbearing employer, insulting and demeaning her employees (who are justifiably afraid of her) while barking orders at them. When her "best model" was dismembered by Valentino, Velvette showed apathy towards her, instead annoyed how she has to find a last-minute replacement because she can't wait for the model to pull herself back together.

She considers herself as "the backbone of the Vees", meaning that she is more willing to put up a fight, as seen when she manages to annoy Carmilla Carmine at the meeting and when she insults and makes fun of Zestial and the other Overlords for being "old" and "too afraid to fight" when they are actually far from it. In addition, after presenting a severed Exorcists head at the meeting, she openly proposes going to war without acknowledging the lack of intelligence about how the Exorcist was killed, only being interested in going to war in order to make a "power grab".

Abilities Clothing manipulation - Velvette is able to instantly produce and change the clothing of others in various styles and types by swiping her fingers like she swipes on a phone screen. Her hand is seen glowing with sparkles as she performs this. Head rotation - During her opening line for Respectless, Velvette, while spinning, was seemingly able to instantly rotate her head a further 360 degrees without any discomfort or need to unwind it back. It is unknown if she can apply this to other parts of her body. Skillset Wide intellect - She correctly deduced that Carmilla was responsible for demonkind's first known killing of an Exorcist based off her body language, anger, and silence during the Overlords' meeting. Deal-making - Although it hasn't been performed onscreen, like all Overlords, Velvette can make deals with other demons, whether having mundane conditions such as simple favors to owning another's soul. Potion-making - Velvette is stated to be skilled in preparing potions.[6] An example of this would be the Love Potion being advertised on posters and billboards in "Radio Killed the Video Star" and "Masquerade". Cooking - Velvette is said to be good with food.[6] Musical talent - She is capable of singing and even rapping. Technological skill - As someone who uses her phone and social media all the time, she has vast skill in technology.

Arthur Machado Ricardo Fábio (singing) First appearance Hazbin Hotel Hazbin Hotel pilot (non-speaking cameo) "Radio Killed the Video Star" (official debut) Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" Vox is a Sinner demon and one of the many Overlords of Hell. He is one of the bigger antagonists in Hazbin Hotel,[6] serving as a major antagonist in season 1, and set to be the main antagonist of season 2. Vox is the founder, owner, and CEO of VoxTek Enterprises, along with being the de facto leader and public face of the Overlord trio known as the Vees, alongside Valentino and Velvette.

A technology-savvy businessman, Vox pulls the strings of Hell's news and entertainment media. He is determined to keep his iron grip over Pentagram City's citizens from the Radio Demon, Alastor, his arch-rival in terms of influence and technology.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Past 1.2 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Trivia 5.1 Development 6 References Appearance Vox is a tall and slim-figured, technology-themed sinner demon with a humanoid body who stands at approximately 7 feet tall.[7] He sports a flat-screen television for a head, with the monitor projecting eyes with bright red sclera, small cyan pupils and different-colored outlines - black for his right and cyan for his left. While using his hypnosis powers or simply becomes enraged, his left eye gains a black spiral and the pupil becomes a cyan electric symbol.

The screen also shows a mouth full of sharp, cyan-colored teeth and a long pointed cyan colored tongue. Sometimes what looks like blood seems to drip out of his mouth. He has dark navy-blue skin with sharp, cyan claw-like fingers, and also has what appears to be three shark-like gills on the sides of his body.[8]

Vox wears a navy-blue tuxedo with the jacket sporting coattails, red-trimmed cyan lapels, thin cyan stripes and cyan lining, worn over a red-and-black-striped waistcoat which itself is worn over a collared bluish-white shirt with an upside-down broadcast symbol and a rather large, red bowtie. He also wears heeled dark gray dress shoes with cyan-colored laces, toes, and tips on the heels.

He also wears a small black top hat on his head, with red and blue designs reminiscent of a broadcast symbol and radio wave symbol, respectively. He has TV antenna that stick out the top of his hat, the left one bent into a zigzag.

Past Vox used to have an older-styled box TV for his head. He wore a black jacket over a yellow ribbed turtleneck, along with dark colored pants. He also wore a black top hat but without the symbols, and his left antenna was not bent.

Pilot In the pilot, Vox's appearance is nearly the same, but with some noticeable differences; his eyebrows are different-colored (aqua-blue right and cyan left), the blood-like substance appears to be permanent, and his left eye is always seen with black spirals.

He also appeared to have wrinkles located on the right corner of his left eye, colored in the same color as the outline.

In addition to his clothing, his suit is a dark blue-gray with the jacket not sporting any coattails, and its lapels, while still being red-trimmed, is a darker gray-cyan. The jacket's linings are instead colored in a blue-gray. There is more linings on the jacket.

His shirt is instead a faded daphne-blue, and his dress shoes instead sport thin cyan stripes above the soles.

Personality Vox is an egotistical, charismatic, and manipulative showman of an Overlord who craves attention.[9] To the public, Vox presents himself as a legitimate businessman of VoxTek Enterprises, giving the facade of a man of the people to the denizens of Hell, when in truth, he is power-hungry, and he manipulates their minds to boost his reputation. He is highly intelligent and technology-savvy, and he is always keeping up with the latest trends and technology.[10] He seems to be able to hide his less desirable side in public and even in private unless he's pushed too far.

Despite his egocentric nature, Vox is loyal to the interests of his fellow Overlords, the Vees, and seeks to maintain their collective image of power. As the most level-headed member of the Vees, Vox often acts as the de facto leader. Claiming the Vees' brand to be "perfection", he is often frustrated or outright angered if someone can jeopardize it, such as when he reigns in his fellow Vee, Valentino, from attacking the Hazbin Hotel in response to Angel Dust living there. Another element that earns his ire is his rival, Alastor, whom he utterly despises and might be intimidated by as he sees Alastor as a threat to his plans. However, despite his immense hatred for Alastor, Vox doesn't let it override his more pragmatic side once he calms down.

In "The Show Must Go On", he takes pleasure and joy out of seeing the staff of the Hazbin Hotel prepare to fight the angels, as he believes they stand no chance against them. This causes him to get verbally explicit and overly honest, as seen when he along with Valentino and Velvette watch the fight between Adam and Alastor at the Hazbin Hotel, commenting how the impending duel had given him an erection. He even shows this sadistic joy when he sees Alastor lose to Adam, saying that seeing Alastor suffer is better than sex, only to get angry when Alastor flees from the fight. Additionally, he is genuinely shocked at Niffty killing Adam but then changes to smiling.

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Vox is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when he died, thus cannot die of old age and other natural causes. He also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, he can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Pentagram exe stopped working Causing a city-wide blackout

Electrokinesis - Vox possesses the ability to generate and control electricity. Depending on his emotions, such as if he's angered, he can potentially make it so that a Hell-wide blackout happens.[note 3] He caused a blackout to Pentagram City in "Radio Killed the Video Star" when he was overwhelmed by Alastor's taunts. Electrokinetic transformation - Vox can turn into electricity,[11] which he can use to move around or enter and travel through electronic devices such as security cameras, watches and television monitors that he can control as he pleases. Though there are a few flaws to his electrical teleportation: the place Vox wants to go has to have some form of modern technology he could go through, as he apparently can't teleport through an old-style radio. Technokinesis - Vox can control devices whether he is outside or inside them. He can do things while inside devices such as changing his outfit and scenery. Spark generation - He can create electrical sparks from his fingertips, which can be used to ignite something, like Valentino's cigarette in "Radio Killed the Video Star". He can even generate sparks on his body, especially when he is angry. He also causes what looks like a small surge or ripple of electricity to appear through the floor from his feet during Stayed Gone. It is hard to tell if this is part of the spark generation or a separate ability entirely. Technological head - Vox's television head doubles as an electronic device with which he can plug himself into other devices with the help of cables in his surveillance room. He also somehow is able to change or upgrade his head, as shown, he has a photograph of himself with an older-style television head. If he's particularly angry, he and any devices he's linked to will involuntarily glitch. Bioluminescence - Vox generates blue light from his screen, most notably when he is in a dark room. His teeth noticeably shine brighter than the rest of his face, and his left eye outline and pupils can shine on their own when feeling sinister. His claws can also glow when he is using his electrical powers. Communication - He can receive calls from people, such as Velvette, with his screen head similar to calling on a phone. He can also transfer the call to another device by "grabbing" the call and flicking it to a different screen device. Video playing - According to Faustisse, Vox can play videos on his screen-face.[note 4] Vox TV (main series) Vox in a store's TV window display

Scrying - As shown in "The Radio Demon" comic, Vox is seemingly able to see through other screens, appearing to stare directly at Alastor while projecting into the TV display of a window-fronted store. This is shown in "Radio Killed the Video Star" to be done after he plugs his head into a monitoring device, which he may need to be able to scry. Hypnosis - In "Radio Killed the Video Star", it is shown that with his left eye, he uses hypnosis to keep his audience drawn into his program and keep their interest. He also uses this as a distraction so he can slip away to avoid any further discussion of a subject he doesn't wish to continue. The victim's eyes become red with black spirals. The victim has to be paying attention for this to work. He can use this even when he isn't physically present by being in a screen device. The devices his company sells share this ability. That demon is a coward Self-duplication

Self-duplication - Vox was shown to be able to make clones of himself in "Radio Killed the Video Star" during Stayed Gone. However, he has only displayed the ability on television, and it is unknown if he can do it physically. Acoustokinesis - He can manipulate the sound of his voice to sound more intimidating. He can also generate different sound effects such as echoing voices and the sound of a winning game machine. Strength - Vox is strong enough that he is easily able to tear through metal, and capable of holding demons bigger than himself, such as Valentino, with ease. Cable creation - As shown on Vox's official reference sheet, Vox can produce cables from his back.[12] Skillset Deal-making - While not shown on-screen, Vox can make deals with others in order to collect their souls just like other Overlords. Musical talent - Vox has shown to be a talented singer. Dancing - Vox can perform amazing dance routines, like handling complicated moves to even being able to hold Valentino, a taller Sinner, into a dip. Vox Talking2 Manipulating the public

Charisma and manipulation - The reason why Vox is a successful entrepreneur is that he can use his charm to manipulate others into buying his products even without his hypnosis powers, such as acting as he cares about his customers and making up products on the spot that are not even in production yet. He even uses this to successfully calm down Valentino to prevent further damage. Technology intuition - Being a businessman and head of VoxTek, Vox has great understanding of technology, allowing him to use his electrical powers to their full potential. Gallery Vox/Gallery Trivia His name may refer to the word "vox", a shortened form of the word "vocals", or from the Latin word "vox", meaning "voice". It may also be a portmanteau of "video" and "aux" (an abbreviation of auxiliary), which are the two main components of television. In a late-2019 livestream, Vivziepop and pilot co-writer Dave Capdevielle confirmed that Vox is one of the bigger antagonists in the series.[6] Vivziepop stated in an early-2024 interview that the Vees are going to be a bigger part of season two as antagonists.[13] She explained that the season centers around the Vees and Vox specifically, and will get into much more of his relationship with Alastor and how Vox being the threat affects Alastor and the other characters in the Hotel.[14] Faustisse stated that Vox was Caucasian while living, later also joking that he was "white, like really emphasizing the phlegm in your throat white".[note 5] Faustisse described Vox as being a dominating force when it comes to technology.[note 6] According to Vivziepop, Vox and Alastor do not get along due to their opposing views on technology, with Alastor disliking anything invented after he died in the 1930s, and Vox embracing new technology.[1] Faustisse described Vox as having something of a fixation on Alastor and that he is interested in having Alastor notice him. Alastor, however, does not have the same interest in return.[note 7] Voot floop Vox advertising his "V" products

Vox's company was first revealed in the "The Radio Demon" comic, albeit unnamed at the time. It was also shown that the company sells products that start with the letter "V", including a cereal named "Voot Floops", a candy bar named "VV", a speaker named "Valkyrie", and a music app named "Vogitek". He is shown in "The Radio Demon" comic to be one of the few beings that can make Alastor swear. In the comic, Vox hijacks a TV signal to make his face appear across a storefront display that Alastor is watching. Alastor leaves, quietly swearing under his breath in a tirade against Vox.[15] When asked what TV shows Vox would like, Vivziepop stated Vox does not have a specific favorite when it comes to his preferences for TV shows, but that he likes to watch commercials and enjoys game shows.[16] Pissyboy Vox's anger showing along with his spiral eye

As seen in "Radio Killed the Video Star", Vox's left eye gains several circles in its sclera and the pupil becomes light blue electricity-like whenever he feels strong emotion or is hypnotizing people. This is a reference to his old design in the pilot. There is a picture on the desk in V Tower in "Radio Killed the Video Star" that shows Vox having an older-style box TV for a head rather than his current flat-screen TV head. This implies that he is capable of altering the way his head looks through unknown means. Sometimes, he moves his face towards the audience, essentially breaking the fourth wall. Before its archiving on Instagram, Vox was the manager of the non-canon social media app, Voxtagram, which depicted him in non-canon activities and events. In these posts, Vox was depicted in a romantic on-off again relationship with fellow Overlord, Valentino, one that appeared, at times, to be physically abusive.[17] Faustisse has described Vox as not being a polite person.[note 8] In the main series, Vox is polite in certain situations, especially in front of the public, but is non-polite at other times, especially about Alastor. Chronologically, Vox is the oldest of the Vees. According to Skye Henwood, there is a rule that Vox cannot be seen sideways because he's a flat-screen TV. In the series, even if Vox should turn around to leave a shot, his head will stay forward.[18] Whenever Vox gets angry or frustrated, his voice would change into a static-like voice. An official merchandise keychain for Valentines Day revealed that Vox has what appears to be three gills on the sides of his body similar to the gills of a shark.[8] Christian Borle's influence for the way he voices Vox is, he thinks he's "full on ripping off Will Arnett for most of it".[19] Development

Helluva Boss pilot (drawing; non-canon) Latest appearance Hazbin Hotel "The Show Must Go On" (non-speaking cameo) Carmilla Carmine is a demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell. She is a supporting character, and the top weapons dealer in Hell who made her debut in the episode "Scrambled Eggs".

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 3.2 Weaponry 4 Gallery 5 Trivia 5.1 Development 6 References Appearance Carmilla is a tall and slender humanoid demoness with an hourglass figure, light grey skin, and very long, thick white hair with a dark grey streak in her bangs. Her hair is usually kept into a pair of long and large beehive-like horns by thin, ballerina-like black ribbons, but when she lets her hair down and loose, it is calf-length and voluminous.

Her mouth has black lips and noticeable small fangs inside, and she has a marking colored in a darker shade of her grey skin tone resembling a mask that envelopes her eyes, which themselves have white irises, bright red sclera and black slit pupils. Her thin arms and big hands are colored white that reaches from her deltoids down, with her hands being rather large in proportion to her body with black pointed nails. She also has bridged wrists, instead of the alignment of her arms narrowing at the wrists like most humans and demons.

Carmilla wears attire similar to a ballerina, which consists of a short-sleeved off-the-shoulder black dress with two small white buttons and white stripes located down the front and at the rim of the spiked white skirt, which includes carmine-red lining. She also wears bistre-black waist stockings covered by very long white ballet shoelaces.

Carmilla walks on the tips of her toes in her pointé shoes, which in "Hello Rosie!" are revealed to be made out of angelic steel. She also accessorizes with a set of black hoop earrings, despite lacking visible ear lobes.

In the flashback of the most recent extermination prior to the pilot, she is shown to be wearing a short-sleeved, v-neck, all-black, form-fitting battlesuit with white veins running through it that line her shoulders, chest, and small narrow waist. The suit consists of black pants that emphasize her long legs with her usual white pointé shoes, a white belt with X-shaped straps tied around her hips, a white collar that lines her clavicle, and her long opera gauntlets are accompanied by white stripes that separate them from her deltoids.

Pilot In the pilot, Carmilla's appearance is nearly the same, only she has long and wavy tailbone-length hair in a loose style with smaller horns, her face marking is less detailed, her hands have longer and thinner fingers with long sharp red claws, and she instead wore a long-sleeved black bodysuit with a red belt.

Personality Carmilla appears to be largely professional, though she can lose her temper, especially when Zestial is insulted or her family is in danger. Zestial claims that losing her temper is usually very unlike her, indicating that she is usually calm and level-headed.

She loves and cares about her two daughters, willing to cross any line to protect them, even if it means killing an Exorcist Angel while knowing there will be disastrous consequences for it. She even cares about her fellow overlord, Zestial, willing to protect him too.

She wants to avoid resorting to violence and avoid going to war, but at the same time, she'll do whatever it takes to protect her loved ones. She refuses to help Vaggie join Charlie's war against the Exorcist angels due to the fallout threatening her daughters' safety, but she does have a sense of pride when she demonstrates to Vaggie the weakness in the exorcist angel's fighting style as well as motivates Vaggie to "fight for love".

Abilities Ocular illumination - Carmilla's eyes can glow when she is feeling strong emotions and in dark environments. Enhanced kinetic balance - She can stand and walk on the tip of her feet for long periods without faltering. Enhanced speed - Carmilla can move at incredible speeds that allow her to easily evade and counter Vaggie's attacks while being too fast for Vaggie to react. Enhanced agility - Carmilla is incredibly agile, enabling her to swiftly pass through a squad of Exorcists and score her first angel kill. In addition, she was able to outrun her opponents such as using her kinetic balance to run around the staircases and balcony railings in her home while teaching Vaggie the flaws and importance of her former fellow Exorcists' weakness. She is also flexible to do a complete split against the wall, and in the air. Skillset Intelligence - Carmilla correctly deduced that Vaggie used to be an Exorcist based on her appearance and fighting style with her angelic weapon. She was also capable of finding the weakness of Exorcists and a way to kill them. Business intuition - Befitting her keen mind, Carmilla was not only able to understand the properties and capabilities of standard and angelic weapons, but she was able to start and run a successful weapons business, earning her position as the top weapons dealer in Hell. Weaponry knowledge - Due to having a business selling weaponry, she appears to have a vast level of knowledge regarding weapons, such as the details of angelic weapons. Musical talent - She is capable of singing. Bilingualism - Carmilla can fluently speak both Spanish and English. Ballet combat - Carmilla is a skilled fighter and warrior who fights with the grace, speed, and agility of a ballerina. Deal-making - While not shown on-screen, as mentioned in "Scrambled Eggs" that the overlords in the meeting together "own millions of souls" implies that Carmilla can make deals with others in order to collect their souls like other Overlords. Weaponry Carmilla killed an Exorcist Carmilla successfully killing an Exorcist using her angelic steel ballet shoes

Angelic steel ballet shoes - As shown during her spar with Vaggie and her fight against the Exorcists, Carmilla's ballet shoes are made of angelic steel. Carmilla's fighting style mainly revolves around kicking and the use of her legs, with the shoes greatly enhancing her offensive strength and allowing her to easily behead an Exorcist.

He wears all-black clothing, with a pitch black cloak that covers most of his body. When Zestial unfurls his cloak, his eyes glow and the top pair gain red irises.

At the front of his cloak is a large black spider with lime green stripes on its eight legs, as well as lime green eyes and lime green on its back. The interior of his cloak is lime green with a spider web pattern and four red spider legs extending across the cloak.

He also wears a distinctive big black top hat with a light grey patch at the front, along with a gray skull and a lime green-and-maroon-striped feather on the right side.

Personality Zestial speaks in an archaic dialect redolent of early modern English. He has a very sophisticated way of speaking, and often keeps his temper rather than get easily frustrated, as the case when Velvette mocks him. However, despite his overall demeanor, he can be slightly petty, loudly sipping his tea to cut Velvette off mid-sentence before opposing her proposal to fight back against the Exorcists.

His reputation is such that demons other than his fellow Overlords are terrified of him, hiding or cowering whenever he passes by. The sight of him causes one civilian to set himself on fire out of fear.

Befitting his advanced age, Zestial is extremely patient and cautious, telling Velvette that they shouldn't take immediate action in spite of being given proof that Exorcists can be killed out of fear of the potential repercussions.

He is also shown to be compassionate to those with which he is close, sensing Carmilla's tension after an Overlord meeting and offering her an ear upon which to vent her concerns.

However, he has also demonstrated a more sadistic side to himself, stating that he "revels in the screams" while talking with Alastor about the potential for acid rain in the afternoon.

Abilities Ocular Illumination - Zestial's eyes can glow green. Demon transformation - He can change into a stronger demon form. Conjuration - Zestial is seemingly able to create objects out of thin air, doing so to produce a full cup of tea and plate during the Overlord meeting. Bioluminescent generation - Zestial's eyes, and parts of his spider accessory, can glow when he unfurls his cloak. Skillset Musical talent - He is adept in singing. Intelligence - Presumably due to his age and how long he has spent in Hell, he has vast intellectual ability. This was demonstrated during his opposing statements against Velvette's proposal to enter war against the Exorcists, because despite evidence an exorcist was killed they do not know how it was killed, explaining that if they go to war without any information on how to kill Angels then they would destroy all of Hell for rebelling. He, along with Velvette, eventually deduced that Carmilla was responsible for the Angels death due to how she was acting during the meeting, making him confront her about it in private and comfort her. Deal-making - While not shown on-screen, as mentioned in "Scrambled Eggs" that the overlords in the meeting together "own millions of souls" implies that Zestial can make deals with others in order to collect their souls like other Overlords.

He also has dark gray feathers all over his body and black claws for fingers.

He wears a trench coat the same shade of grey as his body which has feathered ends of his sleeves and at the bottom. He also wears a black trilby with a gray stripe.

He is portrayed as hypocritical and disrespectful, happily soliciting Angel's services while married, but still looking down on his profession, gleefully throwing targeted insults his way.

Travis makes a short appearance in the ADDICT music video during Angel Dust's pole dance, where he watches amorously by the side of the stage when Angel passes him.

Travis has been described by Vivziepop as "a whole mess".[1]

History Hazbin Hotel pilot After Angel Dust gave Travis a "fun time" in his car, Travis ran over a newly descended sinner and dropped Angel Dust off. When he called Angel a slut, he insulted Travis and gave him a kiss. Travis, irritated, drives off and a crash can be heard.

During Angel's performance, Travis can be seen watching the filming through a monitor nearby, and continues directing throughout.

"Dad Beat Dad" While Alastor sings in competition with Lucifer, Travis is one of the silhouettes shown when Alastor sings "your steadfast hotelier".

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Full Demon Form 1.2 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Trivia 5 Gallery 6 References Appearance Katie is a tall, very thin, white-skinned humanoid demon with a long neck that mirrors her torso. She has a large round head and short blonde hair in a neck-length bob cut styled to flair out into an almost fan-like shape with lighter-colored streaks, and bangs that are swept to the side.

Her eyes have rose-colored sclera and normally non-visible white pupils, and she also has red lipstick on her lips for makeup.

Her attire consists of a set of pearl earrings, a matching pearl-choker necklace around her neck, a black-trimmed rose blazer with a sweetheart neckline and enclosed by two black buttons, and a simple black pencil skirt.

Full Demon Form In her Full Demon form, she reveals an extra pair of eyes, which, alongside her original pair of eyes, glow bright red. She also summons two extra pairs of arms that resemble the front legs of a praying mantis, right below her usual pair of arms. She also gained sharper teeth.

Pilot In the pilot, Katie's overall appearance is exactly the same, only her outfit consisted of a long-sleeved red minidress that bore a striking resemblance to her blazer, albeit without the black buttons and trim, and she also wore a set of white loose dress pants, and a pair of rose-colored heels.

Personality Katie is arrogant, selfish, and narcissistic. She openly derides Charlie's plan to rehabilitate Demons. She cares mostly about her own image, the hottest stories, and the latest gossip.

She doesn't seem to care about, or even acknowledge Charlie's royal position in Hell, and openly expressing contempt for her and her ventures. She has also been shown to be homophobic, refusing to even shake hands with Charlie, claiming she "does not touch the gays" due to her "standards", although she did immediately proceed to poke the latter several times.

Katie is aggressive and seems to always be on edge. She deliberately spills hot coffee on Tom's crotch, while insulting and threatening Charlie. At the same time, Katie does not tolerate insults in her direction, and when Charlie snaps and calls her a bitch, Killjoy instantly falls into a rage and rushes at the princess with her fists.

In "The Show Must Go On", she was willing to acknowledge Charlie, Lucifer, and Charlie's friends for fighting against the Angels and having the Extermination Day cancelled, saying that they were "useful for once".

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Katie is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when she died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. She also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, she can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Demon transformation - Killjoy has the ability to transform into a more demonic form when angered. Body distortion - Katie is capable of distorting her own body. She can crack and distort her own neck and snap it back in place with ease and have no lingering side effects afterwards. Skillset Hand-to-hand combat - Killjoy is shown to go all-out when she engages in hand-to-hand combat. Her skills are well known by Trench as he quickly escapes the scene after Charlie angers her.

A person off-screen answered "the 1920s", to which Vivziepop reacted to with approval.[1] However, World War I lasted from 1914 to 1918, making the statement and his actual death date dubious. Her eyes have pie eye-cut cerise pupils, black sclera, silver-like colored eyelids, and dark magenta bushy eyelashes. Her mouth has black lips and sharp, pink-outlined pale yellow teeth inside. She also has a beak-shaped nose.

On the back of her right shoulder, she appears to have a cerise Mammon tattoo.

Mimzy wears 1920s-style clothing which consists of a strapless maroon-pink flapper dress with pale yellow-and-black detailing, resembling film tape, along with most of the bottom part colored in a striped-mauve and the hem being tattered. Along with her dress, she also wears both maroon opera gloves and heels.

She accessorizes with a black pearl necklace with a cerise gem in the middle, and a black headband with a pair of feathers colored in two shade of maroon with yellow dots, held by a cerise oval-shaped gem.

Personality Mimzy is a bratty, materialistic diva,[5] who appears to have many self-centered traits that the people around her react strongly to. She appears to conflict with other strong personalities.

As seen in "Dad Beat Dad", Mimzy is very thirsty for attention and self-centered, bursting into the hotel in the middle of Alastor and Lucifer's duet. According to Husk, Mimzy only comes around when she is need of something, which is proven true as she owed some loan sharks money, hiding in the hotel to let Alastor deal with them.

Mimzy also assumes that others will clean up her own messes. Aside from all her rude traits, she cares at least a little bit for her friends, even hugging Alastor and being friendly to the hotel staff.

She has been described as larger than life, ambitious, and determined, as well as insecure, sad, depressed, and consumed by the need to be famous.[note 1]

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Mimzy is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when she died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. She also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, she can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Confetti generation - She can generate confetti, as shown when she introduced herself at the end of Hell's Greatest Dad. Skillset Singing - Mimzy is shown to be a talented singer. Dancing - Mimzy is shown to be a dancer. Driving - She is capable of driving, but she can be reckless as she crashed her car into a loan shark's girlfriend. Agility - She is agile enough to jump from a medium-high location, such as the top of the stair railing in the Hotel.

As an angel, he sports a white halo above his head, and a pair of large feathered wings on his back which are celeste blue and cream-colored.

He wears a light blue vest over a pale yellow shirt with the long sleeves sporting dull golden cuffs, and a light blue skirt with dull golden detailing that forms into a cross at the hem over a high-collared. He also wears a pastel red bowtie, and for footwear, he wears dull golden flats.

Personality St. Peter appears to be a friendly person overall. He is welcoming to newcomers and visitors, even if they're demons. He is somewhat flirty, enjoying the company of attractive people, especially a muscular female angel.

However he is somewhat prone to being startled, freaking out when Charlie reveals herself to be Lucifer's daughter, wherein he lets a cuss word slip in surprise.

He may be a little absent-minded or he just doesn't pay much close attention to some things, as he doesn't recognize Charlie's last name "Morningstar" to be the same "Morningstar" in Lucifer's name, making him unable to make a conclusion that she is Lucifer's daughter until Charlie told him.

Abilities Flight - As an Angel, he has wings that are capable of flight. Gatekeeper - As the gatekeeper of heaven, he holds a vital role in granting entry to those seeking passage into heaven, ensuring that only deserving souls are admitted while safeguarding against any undesirable elements or discrepancies. Skillset Musical talent - He is adept at singing. History Past Nothing is known about Peter's past except that at some point he would be given the title of "Saint" and became the Gatekeeper of Heaven.

Hazbin Hotel Season 1 "Welcome to Heaven" Outside the gates of Heaven, St. Peter is standing with a large golden book of names to check who is permitted to enter Heaven.

When Charlie and Vaggie arrives Peter asks their names, and when Charlie answers he checks his book but is unable to find her name. After Charlie explains that her dad got her the meeting, Peter becomes incredibly shocked at the mention of Lucifer Morningstar, then asked if they were supposed to be there. Sera and Emily arrive and take over for Peter, and then Peter welcomes Charlie and Vaggie to Heaven and the trio of angels show them around.

"Ashamed, Lucifer lost his will to dream. But, Lilith thrived, empowering demonkind with her voice and her songs - and, as the numbers of Hell grew, so did its power." ―Charlie, reading the Story of Hell

She is the mother of Charlie and the estranged wife of Lucifer Morningstar.

Lilith was the first human woman created by the Angels and was cast into Hell along with Lucifer as punishment for accidentally corrupting humanity. Together, the two ruled Hell with Charlie until seven years prior to the events of the show, as revealed in "Overture". Lilith has been absent ever since, not even responding to Charlie's calls.

In "The Show Must Go On", it is revealed that she is currently residing in Heaven, but following Adam's death, Lute threatened to kick her out unless she stops Charlie's plans.

Contents 1 Appearance 1.1 Pilot 2 Personality 3 Abilities 3.1 Skillset 4 Gallery 5 Trivia 5.1 Development 6 References Appearance Lilith is a tall humanoid demoness with an hourglass figure, and very pale pink skin. Her height is noticeable as it exceeds both her husband and daughter - standing over 6-and-a-half feet tall. She is seen wearing makeup which consists of sparkling plum eyeshadow and dark magenta lipstick.

Her eyes appear to have light violet irises, very pale yellow sclera, slit pupils, and long thick eyelashes. Her long calf-length hair is blonde with thick honey-colored streaks, and it perpetually flows in the air, even when she isn't moving. Lilith is seen with a pair of large, magenta-colored curled horns, which noticeably differ depending on the scenario, due to her having the ability to change the shape of her horns at will.[note 1]

In a family portrait, Lilith is seen dressed in an extravagant golden tiara adorned with small red jewels, a white pearl choker-necklace around her neck, a long sparkling magenta mesh dress with a sweetheart neckline, and a set of darker-colored opera gloves which covers most of her hands and arms.

Pilot In the pilot, Lilith's appearance was nearly identical, only her eyes have white irises and pinkish-lilac sclera, and she is seen wearing a black, thorn-like tiara instead.

Personality While little is known about Lilith's personality, the story of Hell suggests that she is rebellious toward authority, as she rejected Adam's control and degradation.

She can also be loving, as she fell in love with Lucifer Morningstar, together having a daughter, Charlie. She was depicted as being a loving mother to Charlie, deeply connected to her family.

However, the revelation that she had been staying in Heaven for the previous seven years has put her personality and true feelings towards her family and Hell itself into question, as she apparently made a deal with Adam to stay there, seemingly relaxing on her lonesome on a beach.

Abilities Immortality - As told in "Overture", Lilith has existed since the creation of the world, meaning she is at least thousands of years old and presumably unable to die of old age, and as demonic royalty is presumably biologically immortal and only able to be killed by angelic weaponry. Shapeshifting horns - She can change the shape of her horns.[note 2] In the pilot, she is shown having different shaped horns across the various portraits in the Hotel. She can also make so that she has no horns, as seen in one portrait in the Hotel, in a few portraits in Lucifer's home, and in a flashback in "Dad Beat Dad". Flowing hair - In non-windy environments, her hair is seen flowing on its own through unknown means. Vocal empowerment - With her voice and her songs, she empowered all of demon-kind, making Hell grow and thrive over the many years it had existed.

His hair is a dark royal blue, with blue-grey streaks and cyan dots running through it, styled short and swept back. He has pointed cyan teeth and his mouth curls at the sides when he grins.

He has cyan sclera with coral pink irises, and his eyelids are a dark royal blue. Baxter wears goggles; the frames are coral pink and the lenses are mid-yellow. Baxter also wears a full-length green-grey laboratory suit; it has mid-yellow buttons down the length of it.

He wears a tiny greenish grey hat with an esca attached to it. The "light" is a yellow gradient, and there are two cyan stripes above it. He wears dark greenish grey gloves with two small cyan dots on the top of both and boots.

Personality Baxter's personality is considered still in development, but Vivziepop likens him to the character Myron Reducto from the show Harvey Birdman in his mannerisms. He is a screechy, neurotic, fidgety, anti-social "gremlin" and an all-round mess. He is introverted and wants nothing to do with anyone, preferring to do science alone in peace.[4][5]

Abilities Immortality - As a Sinner, Baxter is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when he died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. He also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, he can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Bioluminescence - Baxter has a lure, which means he can make his own natural light. Skillset Enhanced intellect - TBA Inventing - TBA History Past Nothing is known about Baxter's past except that he died by drowning aboard a large ship that sunk in the 1910s.[1]

Hazbin Hotel Season 1 "Radio Killed the Video Star" Baxter can be seen on one of Vox's screens sitting in the meeting room of V Tower.

"The Show Must Go On" Baxter can be seen viewing the 666 News about the cancellation of the Extermination.

Gallery Baxter/Gallery Trivia Baxter is a nerdy mad scientist. Dave Capdevielle joked that he would have beaten him up in high school.[6] Being a scientist, Baxter likes laboratories. When asked if Baxter has a laboratory in the Hotel, Vivziepop stated that he doesn't have one yet, as he's not a focal character in the pilot, but may be in the future, mentioning that Baxter would "probably make sure that happened".[7] According to Faustisse, Baxter has an underbite,[note 1] referencing one of the traits that anglerfish commonly have. Despite being male, Baxter possesses the trademark features of a female anglerfish, specifically the lure on his head. He is the first character from the Hazbin Hotel series to have official merchandise before his actual debut. In his case, an enamel pin. Development In 2015, Vivziepop's headcanon voice for Baxter was Myron Reducto from the series Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law.[8] Baxter was redesigned during development for the pilot due to his resembling other characters, specifically certain ZooPhobia characters and Alastor. Vivziepop wished to have more variation in height and look within the main cast and so decided to lean harder into Baxter's "mad scientist" theming.[9] Before his redesign, Baxter was much taller and more humanoid in appearance. Post-redesign, Baxter is now the second-shortest character in the cast after Niffty.[2] When asked if Baxter died in the sinking of the Titanic, Vivziepop answered that the Titanic was how he was originally planned to have died, but after reassessing how closely she wanted to tie the show to any real-world events, specifically tragic ones. To avoid being insensitive, this was changed to a more fictional approximation of the Titanic, instead being a large ship appropriate to the 1910s.[1]
