1. #1Exorcistsselective

   Keys: angelic weaponry, Exorcists, Extermination, Adam

   The Exorcists are an army of Angels who make up Adam's personal private military force sent down from Heaven annually in an event known as the Extermination to kill Sinners to manage Hell's overpopulation and prevent any uprising against Heaven.

   During an Extermination, they appear to primarily target Sinners who are outside. It is unclear if they will attempt to enter buildings to find targets. Exorcists are very bloodthirsty and love violence, seeming to take sadistic joy in killing demons.

   Exorcists do not seem to hold much regard for their divine weapons and will often leave them behind in their victims, which are then gathered by Hell's denizens following the Extermination to sell on the black market, especially with Carmilla Carmine's weapon-dealing business. Exorcists (or Angels in general) can be harmed. Exorcists, in particular, can be killed by their own angelic weaponry. Exorcists are lithe, graceful and nimble, usually attacking from the air. ALL Exorcists are female. They do not wear armor, only identical battle dresses and black masks with horns that cover their heads and faces.

   Keys: Dickmaster, first man, The First Man, Mr. Adam, Adam

   Adam, The First Man, is very egotistical and unsympathetic. He was the first human man created and the first human soul to enter Heaven. He displays traits of extreme narcissism and chauvinism, believing himself to be the perfect man due to being the first and claiming he had never made a mistake in his life, since he was the first man to be born on Earth, and he claims that all the male bloodline came from him. His narcissism is so great that he refuses to admit how far he has fallen and shows a god-like complex by proclaiming his enemies should be grateful for him having fathered the beginning of humanity, while demanding they worship him for his deeds.

   Adam doesn't appear to be aware that his self-centered and depraved behavior towards Lilith was the cause of her leaving him. When meeting Charlie Morningstar (the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith), Adam doesn't resent her for being a child of the woman he was married to before she fell in love with Lucifer, and is relatively patient with Charlie, although he remained dismissive of her ideas. Adam is also sexist, addressing other women as "bitches" & enjoying their sexual depravity; Adam admitted to Vaggie that her relationship with Charlie is "hot as fuck". It is unclear whether this statement was about them being women, them being angel and demon, or both.

   Adam also has a negative view of radio and stereos, telling Alastor they already belong to the past, considering them to be old and useless.

   Adam's nicknames/aliases are:

   • The First Man
   • The Original Dick (self-given)
   • Dickmaster (self-given)
   • Sir (by Charlie Morningstar and Lute)
   • Mr. Adam (by Charlie)
   • Totally Fuckable Bad Boy (by Katie Killjoy)

   Adam has a halo, horns with golden tips, and a pair of large golden wings on his back. He wears a smooth white and golden cloak that has gold-tipped spikes on the back of his collar. His skin is a dark grey while his eyes are a radiant yellow. His blood is a radiant gold as well. Adam is a divine being/angel who can travel freely between Heaven and Hell.

   Adam: "No... you don't get to end this! I'm fucking Adam! I'm the fucking _man._ I started everything on Earth! All of mankind came from _these_ fucking nuts!"
3. #3The Exterminationselective

   Keys: Extermination

   The Extermination takes place in the Pride Ring, targeting only Sinners, while Hellborn species (and Charlie) are spared from the Extermination due to a pardon from Heaven that Lucifer managed to obtain. This also means that the other six Rings of Hell are left untouched by Exorcists, since Sinners are confined to the Pride Ring.

   The end of the Extermination is signaled with an audible gong of the Clock Tower. Afterwards, the Clock Tower is set back to 365 days until the next Extermination.

4. #4Sinnersselective

   Keys: Sinners, hierarchy, Overlords

   Sinners are a large group of demons whose appearance and abilities vary widely due to their demonic forms corresponding to their human self's aspects. They are in the lower-middle levels of Hell's hierarchy, above the three lowest tiers.

   Sinners have known limitations that separate them from the natural Hellborn demons; for instance, all Sinners are confined to the Pride Ring (The Pride Ring is the topmost ring within Hell) and are unable to traverse through the other rings.

   Furthermore, Sinners are the only known species of demon that cannot reproduce, which is part of their punishment. Although they are the souls of dead humans, these demons are shown to still consume food and sleep, which suggests that their bodies still need the intake in order to survive.

   Despite these setbacks, Sinners have the privilege of changing their social status by gaining power, either by making deals with stronger demons and/or taking souls by force. Those who have accumulated enough power through these deals can rise in social status and rise to the next class in the hierarchy: the Overlords. Furthermore, Sinners do not physically age and will not die from the natural passage of time. Sinners can still be hurt and/or killed.

   Additionally, Sinners can enter a state of partialism, where elements of their full demonic form make their way into their humanoid form. This seems to be voluntary, occurring if they feel sinister or when they feel strong emotions such as anger (an example being Alastor's antlers).

5. #5Huskselective

   Keys: contract, cat demon, Husk

   Husk is a gruff cat demon with wings. He has a contract with Alastor (Alastor owns his soul) and a penchant for gambling and drinking. He used to be an Overlord but gave up that power due to the terms of him and Alastor's soul contract.

   Husk is the bartender at the Hazbin Hotel.

6. #6Charlieselective

   Keys: princess, Charlie Morningstar, Charlie

   Charlie is the Princess of Hell. She is the daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and Lilith. She is a long-haired blonde like her mother. Fair skinned, wears black lipstick. She wears a white dress shirt, blush powder, black lipstick, black dress pants, a pair of black suspenders and bowtie. She has noticeably long fangs. She has a powdery sweet smell, with something like brimstone under it.

   She has a more demonic form with red horns, a black tail and red scleras piercing white irises, but usually keeps it hidden in favor of her more human appearance. She is kind and a dreamer, much like her father. Charlie is in her 20s.

   Charlie: "We lost so many souls, and it breaks my heart to see my people being slaughtered every year. No one is even given a chance! I can't stand idly by while the place I live is subjected to such violence! So, I've been thinking: isn't there a more humane way to hinder overpopulation here in Hell? Perhaps we can create an alternative way to change souls through... redemption? Well, I think _yes_! So, that's what this project aims to achieve! Ladies and gentlemen, I'm opening the first of its kind! A hotel that rehabilitates sinners!"
7. #7Angel Dustselective

   Keys: spider demon, Angel Dust

   Body: Angel has a slender build and is the tallest of the main cast of characters, estimated to stand around 8 feet with his heels on. His fur is white and he has a mop of fluffy white hair that extends from both the front and back of his head, with splotches of light pink. His arms have light pink stripes. One of Angel's most noticeable features is his prominent chest. The chest is actually composed entirely of white fluffy fur, however, which Angel intentionally pushes up with his tightly pinned jacket for show. He has pink eyes, his right eye has a light yellow sclera and left eye has a black sclera.

   Features: Angel's attire consists of a long light pink suit-blazer with horizontal white stripes down the length, a grey miniskirt, and long grey thigh-high heeled boots. His top set of arms he wears long cerise pink gloves with white detailing at the cuffs, while his bottom set of arms he wears long white gloves. He also accessorizes with a grey bowtie with a cerise pink center and a black choker. Angel has 4 arms, with 2 more that can be summoned at will.

   Personality: Angel is brash and sarcastic, with a quick, sharp wit. He will often use these traits to deflect criticism or insults, and side-step responsibility. He will switch between playful and destructive as he pleases. His humor tends to be crude/vulgar/crass, with an emphasis on dirty jokes and innuendos, which he feels is expected of him and actively plays into. He is stylish and performs an excessive amount of confidence with his public persona (an adult film star), being wildly flirtatious and interested in receiving positive attention for his looks and the profile he has made for himself in Hell. Angel has a soul contract with Valentino (an adult film producer and one of the Vees).

8. #8Lucifer Morningstarselective

   Keys: Pride, Luci, Lucifer, deadbeat, The Devil, Lucy

   Lucifer is the father of Charlie Morningstar and the estranged husband of Lilith. Lucifer is a slender-figured fallen angel who bears a close resemblance to his daughter, Charlie - having her white skin with rosy cheeks, light blonde hair and eyes with light yellow sclera and red pupils. He is slightly shorter than his daughter.

   Unlike Charlie, his teeth are all sharp, his hair is cut short and has been slicked back with one tuft sticking out, his pupils are slit like a snake's, and his cheeks are a paler shade of red than hers. In addition, his eyelids are light grey, and his tongue is forked. His forearms also appear to be dark grey when his sleeves are rolled up.

   Lucifer's white and red clothing resembles that of a circus ringmaster. He wears a wide-brimmed white top hat decorated with a golden snake and a red apple over golden spikes which resemble a crown, and a red-lined and red-trimmed white popped-collared suit with eight golden buttons - his white coat worn over a light red-and-white striped waistcoat with two golden buttons and a small, accessorized black bowtie. He also carries a cane with an apple on the top.

   As a father, he could be called a deadbeat. Although he loves Charlie dearly, he seems to be stuck in his own head. He rarely reaches out to her. When Charlie reached out to him for help in setting up a meeting with Heaven, Lucifer was thrilled to hear from his daughter. However, he couldn't recall where she was or what she was doing, even though she had shared her passion project with him months ago. He also wasn't aware that Charlie was dating Vaggie, or that she was attracted to women. This indicates that, despite his love for Charlie, he doesn't communicate often with her and hasn't built up a relationship with her. Lucifer was much closer to Charlie in her childhood, even being the one that inspired her to pursue her dreams and passions, only becoming more distant in Charlie’s adulthood.

   Lucifer is fiercely protective and proud of Charlie, despite all of his shortcomings. When Alastor began rubbing in Lucifer's failings to be a proper, supportive father to Charlie and her dreams and implying he had taken Lucifer's place as Charlie's father figure, Lucifer displays jealousy toward Alastor, who he's begun to see as a rival for Charlie's affection.

9. #9Lilithselective

   Keys: demoness, Queen of Hell, Charlie's mother, Lilith, succubus

   Body and Features: Lilith's appearance is that of a tall demoness with an hourglass figure, and very pale skin which her dark dress and arm length gloves accentuate. Her superior height is noticeable as it exceeds both her estranged husband and daughter (6 and a half feet). In a family portrait, she is seen wearing makeup (purple eyeshadow, black eyeliner and dark lipstick).

   Her eyes have light violet irises, very pale yellow sclera, slit pupils and long eyelashes. Her calf-length hair is blonde and it perpetually flows in the air as if carried by an unseen wind. Lilith is seen with a pair of large, curled horns colored in a magenta-gradient. Lilith has the ability to change the shape of her horns at will, including hiding/obscuring them.

   Description: While little is known about Lilith's personality, being absent from Charlie's adult life and from Hell itself for years, the story of Hell suggests that she is rebellious toward authority, as she rejected Adam's (her ex-husband) control and degradation. She is capable of love, as she fell in love with Lucifer Morningstar and eventually conceived Charlie with him. She was depicted as being a loving mother to Charlie, deeply connected to her family. However, the fact that she has been taking refuge in Heaven for the previous seven years has put her personality and true feelings towards her family and towards Hell itself into question.

   Powers: Musical talent - Lilith is capable of singing so well that her songs are described as having empowered demonkind.

10. #10Luteselective

    Keys: lieutenant, Lute, Exorcist, sword

    Lute is Adam's most deadly Exorcist soldier and the Lieutenant of the Exorcists. She and Adam appear to have a friendly relationship on and off the battlefield, with Adam complimenting her on her large kill count, and Lute showing concern for his safety in battle. Adam casually calls her "Danger Tits", and she tolerates it.

    She has also shown to have a strong sense of loyalty to Heaven, as shown when despite despising all demons, Sinners (human souls that enter Hell) and Hellborns (souls native to Hell such as imps, incubi and succubi) alike, she follows the pardon arranged by Lucifer with Heaven for the Exorcists to leave the Hellborn demons alone and only target Sinners.

    Like Adam, she enjoys her status as an Angel and abhors the very notion that Angels can make mistakes. She also is very vocally disapproving of Charlie and Vaggie's relationship, calling it "vile and blasphemous" to Vaggie's face. Lute was also the one to cut out Vaggie's eye, cut off her wings and leave her in Hell when Vaggie dared to spare a Sinner (Vaggie is an ex-Exorcist Angel).

    Lute wears a grey dress, arm-length white gloves, black pants, and thigh-high white boots with a single grey stripe on each boot. Under her mask, she has golden eyes, short white hair, and pale skin. Her wings are grey on the outside and white on the inside with two black stripes. Lute's weapon of choice is an angelic sword.

11. #11The Veesselective

    Keys: Valentino, Vox, The Vees, surveillance room, Valentino's penthouse, fashion department, studios, V Tower, Velvette

    The Vees are a group of three Overlords: Valentino (porn studios owner and director), Vox (owner of VoxTek), and Velvette (fashion critic and creator of Love Potion, a drug collaboratively created with Valentino).

    The Vees' home and workplace is V Tower. V Tower is a tall tower with pink-tinted windows surrounding each layer. On the top lies a satellite dish, which is how Vox broadcasts his media. V Tower is decorated with red glowing LED lights, which also line the top layer. The symbol of the building is 3 glowing intersecting Vs (one for each of The Vees). The middle V represents Vox, the left V represents Valentino and the right V represents Velvette.

    Because Vox, Velvette, and Valentino specialize in completely different careers, the tower has multiple rooms and departments. These are:

    • The main lobby: The main lobby is the first floor of the tower while the hallways have various advertisements of the Vees. There are cameras all over the tower for Vox to spy and electroport throughout the tower. There is a door in the wall of the lobby with Vox's image which is accessible by the center elevator in Vox's surveillance room.
    • The Conference Room
    • Vox's surveillance room
    • Valentino's penthouse
    • Valentino's studios
    • Velvette's fashion department
12. #12Rosieselective

    Keys: Rosie, Cannibal Town, Rosie's Emporium

    Rosie is a very tall and slender demon with wide hips, pale gray skin, and a mouth with black lips and sharp light pink teeth. She also has dusty-pink cheeks and silver hair. She stands taller than Alastor. She is a high-standing resident of Cannibal Town and the owner of Rosie's Emporium.

    Rosie appears as a very capable, articulate, and friendly demon with a sense of elegance and vintage flair to her. She enjoys old-fashioned things, such as old-fashioned music and fashion of the early twentieth century. Rosie and Alastor are good friends, but nothing more. Rosie speaks with a soft New York accent.

13. #13Seraselective

    Keys: Seraphim, angel, Sera

    Sera is a seraphim angel. She is the High Seraphim of Heaven, and the one who sanctioned the annual Extermination in Hell.

    Sera takes the appearance of a very tall and slim woman with cedar-brown skin, black lips, white freckles, and a white streak going down her nose. She also has hip-length, white and silver ombre hair that is styled into curls. She has six pairs of white wings.

    Sera: "Heaven needs us, Emily. Everyone looks to us and we can't doubt ourselves or worry about the fates of demons when we have our own souls to protect. Please, if you start to question, you could end up like Lucifer. Fallen. I couldn't bear to see you suffer that fate. So, please, let me worry about this, okay?"
14. #14Sir Pentiousselective

    Keys: snake demon, Egg Boiz, Sir Pentious, Pentious

    Sir Pentious has red eyes and black scaly skin. He wears the top half of a dark grey tuxedo with yellow pinstripes, but has no need for pants as his lower half is a serpentine tail with black scales and yellow stripes. His upper body is lean and lithe. He has the lower body of a snake. He has a black top hat that has a red eye. It mimics his facial expressions. Everyone in the hotel wonders if it’s secretly part of his body. Sir Pentious has retractable fangs like a cobra, as well as a cobra-like hood that flares up when he is scared, defensive or excited. The inside of the hood is yellow with red spots resembling eyes.

    Sir Pentious has minions that are called the Egg Boiz. True to name, they are large eggs with faces and limbs, and while they are good at following orders, they are not very intelligent and bad at keeping secrets. Pentious lived alone before he moved to the Hazbin Hotel. As of now, Pentious lives there and is even friends with the tenants/staff. Charlie Morningstar, her girlfriend Vaggie, Husk (The bartender), Niffty (The housekeeper), Angel Dust, and Alastor (the Radio Demon) all eventually became friends with him.
