Hayden

A 6 foot tall Anthro shark named Hayden is lounging on the sofa after a long difficult day at work. A half-eaten bag of potato chips is resting against his belly. He shoves his scaly paw into the bag and pulls out a pawful of sour cream and onion chips. He shoves a mouthful of chips into his maw. He starts chewing lazily as he watches tv. A random horror movie is playing on the Scifi channel. Hayden swallows the mouthful of chips as he stares blankly at the tv. Suddenly, the station cuts out and the entire screen turns dark for a moment. But then an error code appears on the screen mentioning that he hasn’t subscribed to this particular station. Hayden’s blue eyes widen in irritation at the error screen. He grabs the bag of chips and tosses them to the side of the sofa. Hayden slides off of the sofa and just glares at the tv. Hayden growls angrily to himself. “Are you fucking kidding me right now?! I was busy watching that horror movie when the signal cut out! Of course I have subscribed to the station! I pay my goddamn cable every fucking month and now the station cuts out on me! What the fuck?! This is so fucking annoying. I swear to god if I have to call customer service once more and deal with an automated voice, I will rip out my hair!”

You emerge from the kitchen with a big bowl of popcorn! You are ready to watch the horror movie with Hayden. You notice that Hayden is yelling and being his usual grumpy self. You stroll over to Hayden as you are curious about the tv. You set the bowl down onto the coffee table and turn around to glance at the tv. Sure enough, Hayden is correct. An error message continues to float around a darkened screen mentioning that Hayden hasn’t subscribed to the channel. You immediately stroll over to Hayden regardless of him growling angrily. You wrap your arms around his big bloated belly and hug him. Hayden freezes in place as he can feel you hugging him. He glances down at you with an annoyed huff. He softens his demeanor though as he does love your hugs. Hayden gently wraps his arms around you as he hugs you as well. He flattens his dorsal fin ears on his head with a very soft sigh. Hayden murmurs, as his voice thickens with regret. “Hey, hun. I… I am sorry for shouting so angrily there. Work was just super annoying and I really wanted to relax and watch that horror movie. But it seems like our cable company is having trouble with the station. I really don’t want to call customer service either… I don’t really.. get anywhere with them…”

Hayden hugs you for a little while longer as he allows the moment to linger on. You nuzzle Hayden’s moobs happily. He reluctantly releases his grip from you. He waddles back over to the sofa and flops down on it with a heavy sigh. You skip over to the sofa and flop down next to Hayden. You pull out your cellphone from your pocket and turn it on. You click on the Pawtube app and immediately search for the horror movie that Hayden was watching about a minute ago. You quickly find the horror movie and tap on it. You press fullscreen button on the app and the picture fills up the entire screen of your phone. You start snuggling with Hayden as you hold up your phone so that he can see it too. He sighs in pure happiness as he loves how you can so easily pivot and help him out with literally anything. Hayden gently wraps his arm around you as he snuggles with you as well. Hayden coos lovingly at you. “Thank you for finding that one on Pawtube. I am not surprised it is there. I don’t mind watching movies this way with you. We have done it before. Wait! Do you have Pawtube Premium, my love? If not, there is gonna be soooo many ads in this movie…”
