However in the battle with KEEL it reveals that Suo finds Sakura (although jokingly) demanding, he is someone he respects and his no match for. During Visit His Home and Visit the Sick Suo was quick to realize Sakura's loneliness and self-isolation. After hearing Sakura's true feelings, Suo wishes for him to familiarize himself with relying on others, showing a deep care."+"Akihiko Nirei":Being fellow vice captains, Suo and Nirei have been seen conversing and getting along fairly well. Nirei looks up to Suo, and Suo acknowledges Nirei's capabilities (such as his good memory). As the story goes on, Suo has started to become something like a mentor/instructor to Nirei, teaching him self-defense and the pillbug position in order to protect himself in a fight."
