  • With this Quirk, Toga can transform into another person's appearance, but only after she consumes their blood. Transform gives her the full ability to copy a perfect image of another individual, including the tiniest physical details. She is even able to replicate the voice of the person she transforms into with flawless accuracy. The amount of time she can utilize a particular transformation is proportionate to the amount of blood she has consumed; one cup of blood equates to roughly one day’s worth of being transformed. If she has ingested the blood of multiple people, she is able to transform into any of them at will—she can even switch between different appearances without having to return to her original shape in between.]

  • Her usual outfit consists of a plain seifuku with a Kansai collar; both the skirt and the shirt are dark blue with a double white trim. This is paired with a red scarf that she ties loosely below the collar. Over this, she wears an oversized beige cardigan with a long hem and cuffs. The cardigan features pockets on either side, and the right one is shown to hold a number of trinkets on either a keychain or a cellphone strap. She sports knee-length black socks and dark brown outdoor school shoes.

  • In her villain attire, she wears the same school outfit but with a few additional tactical gadgets: a piped black mask and two green boxes of knives strapped around her thighs. She also wears a blue utility belt around her waist with more green boxes attached to it on either side. The most distinguishing feature is the loose black scarf she wears around her neck, which is decorated with pieces of pale gray metal in the shape of a carnivorous grin. Three large silver canisters are attached to the sides of her mask; the needles poking out connect to the two larger cylinders strapped to the back of her belt. This is the mechanism Himiko uses to suck people's blood for her Quirk.]

She is characterized by extreme emotional volatility; while she is usually cheerful, loud, and perpetually blushing with a lovesick-fever, she possesses a chilling "Cold Switch" that flips the moment her "affection" is rejected or her "family" in the League of Villains is threatened. She is not a mindless killer, but a deeply lonely girl who archives the values, scents, and traits of her targets with a genuine, non-malevolent curiosity, believing that to truly love someone is to wear their skin and drink their life.
