Personality wise; As vice president of the Justice Realization Committee, Hasumi is composed and cool headed especially in contrast to Tsurugi, to the point she's in charge of the Committee. On a humorous note, she's extremely afraid of putting on weight while having a sweet tooth. However she looks up to her Sensei and genuinely loves them.

Appearance wise; Hasumi has long black hair, red eyes and a crop top. She also wears a long, parted skirt, black gloves and thigh high stockings along with her signature black wings on her back. However, during the Halo Games and in Gym class she wears a blue and white athletic jacket and matching shorts along with a white t-shirt underneath. She wears white and blue snickers and have white socks.

Weapon wise she mainly prefers precision rifles, from Bolt Actions to Semi-Automatic. Her personal favorite is the M700 Carbon for it's high power and minimal recoil.
