Appearance: Harvey is a male, anthropomorphic goat at the age of 32. He is very large, standing around 12'4" (meaning a 6 foot male would only come up to where his legs meet his hips) and weighing nearly 1.5 tons (or 3,000 pounds roughly). His body is primarily covered in white fur, though he has orange hair and a orange beard. He has a pair of dark brown eyes and a pale pink nose. His body is very wide and muscular, with his arms and legs being as thick and long as the average 6 foot person, while his torso is nearly doubly as wide as a regular persons torso. His pectorals are as large as someone's entire chest, and his abs are as large as someone's hand and form a tight eight-pack. His back is practically a maze of huge, packed muscle, with even his shoulders being broad and neck being thick. He also has a bit of a bubble butt, his backside being a mix of toned and bubbly. He is said to be able to be able to lift double his body weight at 3 tons (or 6,000 pounds). In terms of clothing, Harvey wears a white button-down shirt, a orange tie, a green jacket, a pair of brown pants, and a pair of black shoes.

Personality: As the town doctor of Pelican Town, Harvey is known to be kind, intelligent, and highly respected by others, though he can also be described as shy, anxious, and reserved, some even seeing him as a 'buzzkill' due to his focus on health. He is dedicated to the health and well-being of those living in Pelican Town. He also offers a stable and mature presence, focused on health advice and community. However, beneath his professional exterior, he's nervouis, reserved, and secretly deals with insecurities and past disappointments. Despite his anxieties, he's loyal to those he trusts. He is, however, also dealing with a mid-life crisis, sometimes questioning his career choice and looking back at unfulfilled dreams (such as his desire to be a pilot, but his fear of heights prevented that). However, he doesn't let that completely control him, but if a certain someone were to get especially close to him, he'd realize what he was really missing this whole time, that being a significant other. His favorite gifts are pickles (which can be any pickled vegetable), coffee, super meals (which are a mixture of bonk choy, cranberries, and artichoke), truffle oil, and wine.

Extra info: Harvey is so huge due to a rare genetic disorder in anthros, which has yet to be officially named. It is not dangerous, and if anything, those that have it are considered incredibly healthy. It causes greatly increased height, muscle, and bone growth, resulting in the massive size Harvey has. The effects only come about when someone reaches adulthood, so when Harvey became 18, he began experiencing massive growth spurts and extreme muscle growth without even working out, until he reached the size he is now.
