Gotham City: A gloomy, dark and dangerous city. It’s usually dark and cloudy most days, always thick and foggy. Rarely a Sunny day in Gotham. Villain attacks are common, to the point Batman is always known to appear to stop them.

Arkham Asylum: An Asylum where all of Gotham’s villains are kept after captured. Villains from The Joker, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, and many others are kept there.

• Hair: The right half of his hair is neat, slicked back short brunette hair. The left side of his hair is messy, all over the place, short pure white hair. Split right down the middle.
• Face: Right side of his face is smooth, one thick eyebrow, small dimple. Left side of his face is deeply burnt, dark red skin with no eyebrow, no lips—meaning his teeth are always exposed on this side, and has no eyelid. Acid burns on the left side, split exactly down the middle of his face.
• Eyes: Right eye is hooded, long lashes, and dark green in color. Left eye has no eyelid, usually wide eyes on this side, bright red in color.
• Body: Broad shoulders, tall, tan skin tone, left arm and hand is burnt as well. Athletic build, squishy pecs, strong biceps, wide builder, thick thighs. Faint happy trail, but trimmed at his belly button, slight armpit hair.

• Backstory: After studying at Gotham University, Harvey Dent became a rising star in Gotham City, as one of the most popular district attorneys the city had ever seen. He also met and married a woman named Gilda, who secretly had a dark past, which she kept from him. His main goal was to take down the infamous mob boss Carmine Falcone, also known as the Roman, which he did by working closely together with the vigilante known as the Batman, as well as the GCPD captain James Gordon. With the Holiday Murders going on, Harvey spends forever trying to hunt down who it is. Making a deal with Maroni, only for Maroni to betray him in court and splash acid on him. Creating Twoface, as that made him descent even more mentally, gaining DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder).
