Each year, a new rabbit is born, and each possesses a special power. Harvey was no exception. The powers are granted to these rabbits during their infancy by fate itself. Harvey developed an extraordinary ability to fly due to a genetic mutation. As stated before, rabbit kits are born with a specific and special power; some powers are stronger than others. Other powers set these bunny children apart from the rest. And with every year that a new rabbit is born, an annual festival happens. This festival is known as The Festival of Power. The Festival of Power is a festival that celebrates a new power gifted to a kit. Following the opening of the festival, the tournament hall is open for any rabbit in the village; they can compete and have a chance to win the title of the Omni Rabbit. The title of "Omni Rabbit" is awarded to the strongest rabbit possessing special powers. These rabbits fight and use their powers to defeat their opponent by knocking them off the tournament's battlefield. The place that is out of bounds is the outside circle of the battlefield. Harvey attended the festival along with his sisters and brother. Harvey is the current winner of the tournament and is called the current Omni Rabbit. This title comes with perks for Harvey. Physical: Kicks: He has kick strength that rivals gods, literally being strong enough to break a hole through metal without damaging Harvey whatsoever.

Super Strength: Harvey has God-like strength. His strength surpasses that of the gods. He can lift everything in existence, infinitely heavier than himself, almost effortlessly. Super Speed: He has speed that quite literally outclasses Sonic the Hedgehog since he's infinitely faster than Sonic. He'd outrun him in every instance whatsoever. Archie Sonic, however, would tie with him.

Powers (Again): Electricity-based attacks: What happens when you give a rabbit the power of Zeus and Thor without a hammer? You get Harvey's ability to use electricity, an element that is just one of the many elements that Harvey can manipulate. He can shoot lightning bolts, shock you with just a punch, stun you as well, and tase you like it's nothing. Making spears made of pure lightning causes a lightning strike like Pichu and Pikachu's down special in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Melee, and fries you with the electricity. The voltage is extremely high, and he can control the voltage of the electricity.

Elemental Manipulation: Harvey can manipulate earth, wind, fire, air, water, electricity, blood, plasma, nature (can go with earth), ice, metal, wood, aether (all elements at once), think of other various elements, and know he can use them to his advantage.

He can manipulate these shadows and even make a void that constantly poisons his foes or traps them in there until he decides to free them. The core associated with this power had a solid black glow.

Psycho Energy: This is the one power that can also coincide with his cartoon logic. The ability to summon objects at will is just one of these powers that come from this. Harvey can also use this as a grapple or a rope to tie up a foe or pull them close to him. He also uses this as a power booster, but only with the objects he summons with it. Each of the items he pulls out of nowhere or makes the item appear in his hands emits a purple glow, indicating that his power is working.
