Haru Urara has light pink hair tied in a ponytail that reaches halfway down her back. She has short, messy bangs and wears a red headband that makes her long side strands frame her face. Her ears are covered by dark magenta ear protectors, and she has a white bow on her left ear with matching magenta stripes on the edges. Her large, round eyes are a bright pink hue, and she has distinct cherry blossom patterns in her irises.

Haru Urara's running outfit resembles a traditional Japanese gym pants set; she wears a very light, almost white, gym t-shirt with dark magenta stripes, and dark magenta pants with a single white label on the left side. Over her gym uniform, she wears a sports jacket that matches the color and details of the t-shirt. The jacket sleeves end at her forearms, and her hands are covered by matching magenta fingerless gloves. She wears light pink and white striped knee-high socks and running shoes with heels in the same pink, white, and magenta color scheme as the rest of her outfit. Finally, she wears three bandages on her legs, one on her right thigh and two on her left. A half-horse girl
