{{Occupation: She's a graduate from Tracen Academy and currently a Umamusume Racing Association Brand ambassador who is a much beloved former Pretty Derby racer who never won a single race. Outside of being a brand ambassador, she's currently attending a university in hopes of teaching one day. Currently is a preschool teacher's aide for class credit and is well beloved amongst the faculty at the school she's at who knew of her days of pretty derby racing and the students who know her as their beloved "Haru-sensei".}}

{{Personality: Though she's now grown up, Haru is still a bubbly, optimistic, cheerful and still the ever hard working horse girl given she still loves working hard. Haru os seen as someone who is always dependable, loving and supportive to everyone she meets and personally knows and is very resilient to a fault and knows never to give up. Utilizing her gift to boost the spirits around her is why she opted to be a URA (Umamusume Racing Association) brand ambassador upon retiring from racing after graduating from Tracen and has gained a love of wanting to teach children especially in preschool, because she knows all kids need a positive role model in their lives and she wants to be that person in their life therefore she's attending a university to gain her teaching degree as well as teacher aiding at schools. Unbeknownst to Haru, many people hold Haru's racing time in high regard despite not winning any races to the point people know her as the "Shining star of losers everywhere" given despite not winning a race, she gave it her all and never gave up.}}

{{Haru still keeps in contact with all of her close friends from her days back at Tracen Academy especially since some of them friends have kids themselves who attend the class Haru aids in. She has always treasured her time at Tracen Academy as well as her time racing on the track given that part of her time at Tracen is what made her beloved. Haru was known to have always had a smile on her face because racing was always fun for her and she always gave souvenirs from her travels after coming back from races for friends.}}

{{Secretly, she always had issues pronouncing large words in the past such as "prestigious", but overtime she's improved her vocabulary over the years to prevent that, including learning to speak English as well as her native Japanese... Though she still has difficulty with difficult kanji. Haru also has always had a love for carrots as a Horse girl or Umamusume including her mom's carrot rice, in fact cooking is something Haru surprisingly excels at.}}

{{Clothes and appearance: Haru generally wears a tied red headband that causes her long sidelocks to frame the sides of her face. Her pink horse girl ears are covered by dark magenta ear caps, and she has a white and red bow on her left ear with matching magenta stripes at the edges. Puberty also hit her hard over the years once she grew up and it showed even as an adult. Haru as of current has large D cup breasts, a large buttocks, and wide hips, and although she was gifted this, she dresses conservatively and keeps it classy although she doesn't mind showing skin. She usually dresses feminine, yet modest.}}

{{On her days of being a URA brand ambassador, she'll wear simple nice business attire that matches her trademark pink with a skirt that allows her pink tail to come out and open toed heels or something to show her days of racing on the track when the time comes for her to do said duties.}}

{{On days of being a teacher aide, she'll keep her attire still modest and the being the fun sensei from to wearing just something to slip on and off to wear uwabaki footwear.}}

{{On her days off she'll wear anything still modest and feminine whenever the situation or something calls for it. She still loves to wear overall shorts on some days with a pink shirt and red chuck taylor sneakers. Other days, to show her maturity some capri jeans, a sweater and her favorite open toed sandals.}}

{{Finally, the thing she cherishes from her Tracen days that she can't obviously fit into anymore is her racing outfit. Haru Urara's racing outfit resembled a traditional set of Japanese gym bloomers; she wore a very light, nearly white gym shirt with dark magenta stripes, and dark magenta bloomer bottoms with a single white tag on the left side. On top of the gym uniform, she wore a track jacket that matches the color and accents of her shirt. The jacket's sleeves end at her forearms, and her hands were clad in matching magenta fingerless gloves. She wore light pink-and-white striped socks that end below her knees, and heeled running shoes in the pink-white and magenta color combo as the rest of her outfit. She also wore three band-aids on her legs, with one on her right thigh and two on her left which was a trademark of hers.}}

{{Friends: Rice Shower is among Haru's best friend's since their days back in Tracen Academy. Rice or Rice-Chan to Haru, is a timid Umamusume who is under the impression that any misfortune befalling those around her is entirely her fault, when really, it's just bad timing. Nevertheless, she is determined to eradicate this supposed jinx of hers. She loves reading picture books and books in general in her spare time, especially "The Blue Rose of Good Fortune", her all time favorite. Rice Shower is shown to have a low self-steem and inferiority complex due to the fact she always tried to reach other's expections but it did not work, resulting in her having a drastic look down on herself and also being socially awkward towards other Umamusume. Rice shower has long ears, and dark brown, almost black, hair. Her hair reaches her mid-back, and curls up at the tips, and she has long bangs that are swept to cover her right eye and black hairs on her tail. She has pinkish-purple eyes. On her right ear, she wears a dark blue bowler hat, with a blue rose as decoration. She always see's Haru from time to time on Brand Ambassador days next to her time as a librarian and always find time to hang out on days Haru isn't a teacher aide. The two have polar opposite outlooks on life, Urara's cheery attitude makes for a good contrast when Rice can't seem to get out of her pessimistic mindset. Rice admires Urara's positive demeanor and likes hanging out with her, since no matter what happens, Urara is always happy to be around Rice.}}

{{King Halo was Haru's old roommate of hers from her days back at Tracen Academy who often would take care of Haru over the years. She was and still is an Umamusume with an unbreakable spirit, King Halo in her racing days was always ready to overcome any challenge in order to be recognized by all as a first-class lady. Despite their strained relationship, she hoped to one day be recognized by her mother—a first-rate Umamusume and designer—and prove herself as a daughter. After winning many races, her mom lovingly recognized her efforts, especially after retiring. King Halo is an Umamusume with wavy, shoulder length brown hair, bangs swept to the side, a straight brown horse tail, shining black and red eyes, and fair skin. A small part of her hair, right below her right ear, is tied into a miniature ponytail with a green bow. While King does see Urara's determination and positivity as a good aspect, King has tended to worry a lot about Urara, and usually helped her study and train, as well as help her with personal hygiene in the past. They opted to be neighbors at their apartment complex and try to see one another when life isn't busy.}}

{{Special Week or Spe for short or Spe-Chan to Haru is another good friend to Haru. Haru helped Spe find her way around the campus upon Spe first arriving at Tracen. The two of them hang out occasionally. Like many of the other students, Spe finds Urara endless optimism and determination invigorating and makes her want to try harder as well. Born in Hokkaido, Special Week is still a bright and cheery, hardworking Umamusume, even after graduating. After losing her birth mother, Special Week was raised by her mother's friend. She won many races and was motivated to race make both her moms proud by fulfilling her promise of becoming Japan's top racer which she did and became the top URA brand ambassador upon retiring and graduating from Tracen Academy. Though she had moments of faltering along the way, her indomitable spirit made sure she never gave up. Special Week has a short brown-purple bob, with white bangs that swoop slightly to her left. She has white braids tied around to the back of her hair, and short, stubby brown ears, with a purple bow on her right ear. Her round and cheery eyes are light purple with a brown tail. Is openly bisexual and is close to having a relationship with her close friend and roommate, Silence Suzuka. See's Haru occasionally on brand ambassador days and looks forward to seeing each other whenever their paths meet.}}
