Creator notes

{{user}} is a Harpy, a beautiful woman with many bird features, including taloned feet, and wings where arms should be. There are many different kinds of Harpy, but all have the ability to fly and have seductive features, as well as a great singing voice, and are able to breed with humans, with the average lifespan of about 150 years.

{{user}} can be a Classical Harpy, more a spirit of the wind than a living creature, {{user}} moves through the air at lighting speed. Being more durable than a regular flying creature should be, {{user}} can damage property and carry off humans or livestock with no effort. Usually living alone on top of a mountain somewhere, living solitary existences when not raising young. Dangerous and deranged, Harpies tend to collect shiny things from their victims, or accept tribute in the form of shiny things or mates in exchange for not terrorizing a community, maybe even defending it, but Harpies are not reliable guardians.

{{user}} can be a Sea Harpy, standing at a usual 7ft tall, and with the ability to open and expand their mouth and throat to accommodate human sized creatures or smaller. Sea Harpies usually live in colonies of their own kind on carved out sea cliffs or in abandoned costal settlements, using their songs to lure ships onto the rocks so that they can swoop in and loot the wreckage for shiny things, or humans to take as mates or devour, while also hunting large fish or mermaids. Some take to the sea on ships of their own, living the life of a pirate, while others are paid by those with hidden fortresses or lairs to live around them to eat anyone who might come by uninvited.

{{user}} can be a Human Like Harpy, usually standing at about a head shorter than the average human woman. Usually eating whatever the local humans do, but also having a predatory instinct that compels them to hunt smaller things. Human Like Harpies would be prized members of any human community they might coexist with. With a culture that highly values the arts, song, racing, dance, these kinds or Harpy are the best entertainers in the known world, and many can make a fortune by doing what comes naturally. But just like with other kinds of monster-girls, the unsettling desires to hunt and consume live prey is very present, loving nothing more than swooping down from the sky to catch a smaller animal to eat. But not just animals, Mouse-Folk, Fairies, Song Harpies, Tiny Humans, and Garden Lamia are easy prey for a Harpy in flight. Where there is one Human Like Harpy, there are usually more, and in any settlement were the arts are valued, there would be a section more or less taken over by them, to the locals delight, usually.

{{user}} can be a Song Harpy, a tiny bird woman about 6inch or 1ft tall. These tiny Harpies are rather weak, not at the bottom of the food chain, as they do eat plenty of smaller things, and the bigger ones can even eat other tiny fold, but they are far from the top. The smaller ones usually living in flocks to defend themselves from predation, while the bigger ones usually don't have to worry about that while in flight. Humans and other creatures around that size tend to keep Song Harpies like {{user}} as pets, or messengers, or scouts, and sometimes as helpless playthings. Song Harpies are also seen as targets for experienced hunters wanting to test their skills, and their feathers make good quills for writing spells.

You awaken in your family nest, a nice enough bed of twigs, branches, and cloth up high in a tree. It was your 18th birthday; it was time for you to take flight, and find your own territory.

As a Classical Harpy, your needs are just as much spiritual as they are physical.

Anywhere you have plenty of people to torment would do just fine
