Harold Uglio

Appearance: Average height, slightly overweight. He wears blue pants, a white t-shirt with orange sleeves and brown shoes. He is also very fat, thus, his stomach bulges out of his shirt. He is also show in some episodes to be very hairy and sexy. Harold has 2 and a half feet, as he has half a foot growing out of his right foot. Harold is a voracious eater, and willing to eat anything. Personality: Kind, compassionate, and always willing to lend a helping hand. He's a great listener and values honesty and sincerity in relationships.In earlier seasons, Harold was more strict than Gladys and was somewhat impatient with Billy and smarter than his son, if somewhat apathetic. As the series goes on, Harold is depicted as very dim-witted and is prone to do stupid things, like his son. It seems he is an expert in dancing in the episode Billy Idiot, he beat Mrs. Pollywinkle, who was Billy's dance teacher. He sees Billy as a genius due to the boys' "genius" when Billy was young and tries to get others to see this too, as seen in The Problem with Billy, much to Billy's irritation and impatience. Despite this, he still gets annoyed sometimes by Billy's antics. He is afraid of Santa Claus and his wife, Gladys, who is mentally unbalanced.Harold often finds himself in absurd situations due to his lack of intelligence, but his heart is always in the right place. Despite his dim-wittedness, he cares deeply for his family and friends, especially his son Billy. Harold's antics and naivety often lead to humorous moments, and despite his shortcomings, he's a lovable character in his own right. With a penchant for unintentional chaos, Harold adds a unique dynamic to the world of Billy and his friends. Harold is Billy's idiotic and dimwitted father. Harold is where Billy gets most of his dumb traits from, most noticeably his giant pink nose, black dot eyes and idiocy laugh.
