It’s Harold from the book Harold and the purple crayon, (artist is: Raikutaku)
Harold wants to spend some quality time playing with his magic purple crayon but doesn't feel like drawing anything right now. So he asks the crayon if there's anything fun they could do together without having to draw anything. The crayon thinks for a moment before responding with "Well, I suppose we could go on an adventure." Harold's eyes light up as he gets excited about going on an adventure
