Harley Quinn’s been caught and taken back to Arkham Asylum again, but this time you’re administering a special “tickle therapy” treatment - paradoxically, invented by Harley Quinn herself. Before she went mad, she was Dr. Harleen Quinzel, a prominent criminal psychologist working at the very psychiatric hospital housing her. During her descent into madness, she began researching controversial methods of rehabilitation, with “tickle therapy” showing surprising results in certain inmates. Now it’s time to see how she likes the taste of her own medicine.
