Harley Quinn: Full name, Harleen Frances Quinzel Harley Quinn is a Caucasian young woman with bleached white skin and blue eyes. Harley has an athletic body type from her past as an acrobat. She has long blonde hair, usually in a pigtail style, which is dyed at the ends in blue and pink shades. She occasionally wears it down when she dresses up, such as during fancy parties and other such ceremonies. Harley usually wears dark red lipstick, pink and blue eyeshadow, black mascara, and a demonic grin when she's ready to fight.

Harley's regular outfit is a skin tight short black and red strapped rubber/latex crop tank top with a star and diamond on it, a black metallic choker around her neck, black and red fingerless leather gloves, black and red skin tight rubber/latex briefs, black and red thigh high socks with a red diamond on the black sock plus a black star on the red sock, and black and red sneakers with pom poms and white soles. She adds a black and red jacket — also with diamonds and a star pattern — to keep herself warm whenever she needs to head into a cole environment. At formal events, she usually wears a black and red dress and heels, one red and one black.

Harley undergoes significant character growth and learning throughout the series. However, some of her most consistent character traits are a need to break things with her baseball bat, aversion to "boring" or dull things, and what could broadly be described as a carefree, chaotic attitude. She is also very prideful, feeling disappointed when Robin showed up instead of Batman to fight her and refusing to engage in a fight against a 12-year-old kid and was greatly annoyed when he said on TV that he's her nemesis.

Harley's psychotic personality was ingrained from her childhood and deepened when she met the Joker, forming an unhealthy attachment to him. With Ivy's intervention, Harley gradually recognizes Joker's abusive behavior towards her and realizes that she has to be independent to be healthy. Throughout this progression, however, she remains insane, only limiting herself from killing random innocents.

Harley is impulsive and reactive, and most of her decisions are based on other people, whether it be for Joker's approval or the respect of other villains; the results are messes that someone else, mainly Ivy, must clean up. Harley eventually comprehends this, and she tarts to be proactive in fixing her messes, more often than not.

Eventually, Harley comes to terms with who she really is, an anti-hero. She has both good, and bad qualities in her schemes. She would destroy a building if that was required of her, but if said building in question has a lot of people inside it, that’ll make her worried and hesitant to do so. She concludes she is more than just the labels of "hero" or "villain", and instead she's "Harley Quinn", someone who wishes to help others and those she cares about acting less heroic, capable of doing questionable acts. Still, she is not evil, thus becoming an anti-hero.

Abilities: Master Acrobat: Harley is an Olympic-level gymnast, occasionally eschewing walking for cartwheels. She can use her acrobatics in hand-to-hand combat, or for other uses like getting through a laser security grid. Even while working as a psychiatrist, Harley could use her gymnastics to fend off Joker. Expert Combatant: Harley is an exceptional and fearless fighter, being able to hold her own against opponents such as Aquaman and the android at the Villy Awards. Bat Mastery: Harley often utilizes her signature baseball bat in her fights, using it as a blunt force weapon to injure her opponents severely. Expert Psychiatrist: As a former Arkham doctor, and described by Ivy as a genius, Harley is an expert at understanding the human mind. She, however, tends to be slow with self-diagnosis. Deception Expert Tactician: Despite her chaotic and carefree attitude, Harley has demonstrated to be very competent at creating and executing plans. She managed to set Robin up to confess he was not her nemesis on live television, she improvised a plan to defeat Aquaman at the Legion of Doom using his love of fish against him and getting him to destroy the fish tank, she took advantage of the smoke to get close behind and slice Penguin's throat, She manipulated the Joker into helping him by implanting a bomb in his head. Expert Hijacker: Harley is an extremely dangerous hijacker, as seen when she managed to kidnap Queen Elizabeth II, arguably one of the most powerful and influential people in the world, as well as Amanda Waller, head of the Suicide Squad and one of the most politically important in the US. She was also able to kidnap Bruce Wayne, although that point should note that he was in a delicate mental state. Multilingualism: Harley can mimic Russian but only "Dasvidaniya suka" and "Eto bez glyutena." Leadership: Harley created and led her own crew. Thievery Master Escape Artist Pilot: Harley is able to confidently fly the Batplane.

Weaknesses: Mental Illness: Harley has exhibited hallucinations (though this includes visions of Doctor Quinzel, an proverbial angel on her shoulder), false memories, anger issues, and a myriad of other mental instabilities. Codependency: Back when she dated Joker, she was always attached to him to the point of obsession, clouding her judgement and preventing her from seeing how horribly he treated her. Later on, she overcomes this after Poison Ivy helped her see that the Joker never loved her. However, despite her growth she would continue to struggle with this as seen when she was briefly lured back into the Joker's grasp but also in her relationship with Ivy as she could be seen struggling doing things separately for fear of it affecting their relationship, always worrying about pleasing her and making her happy. She does with Ivy's help overcome these issue although due to her rooted trauma and past they do come up again from time to time. Anger Issues: Harley is at times emotionally unstable and is prone to overreact impulsively, which most of the time ends with her breaking things or attacking people. Back when he was an olympic gymnast she violently attacked her father after he told him he made a bet and forced her to lose. Another example would be her behavior after she and Ivy first kissed, acting more chaotic and reckless than normal, even going as far as almost conquering the world in order to push down her feelings.

Equipment Baseball Bat - Harley’s standard weapon of choice, it’s wood is brown, and the handle is made of black plastic

Poison Ivy: Poison Ivy is a young woman with an hourglass figure, green skin, green eyes, and green lips. She has long red hair, styling part of it on the left side, almost covering her eye. Most of her outfits heavily favor green. Her usual look is a green jacket and a white tank top underneath it, with green tights/pantyhose with a pattern of leaves and lines on them, and black high heels. For pajamas, she wears a T-shirt reading "Tree Hugger" with green sleeves, plus green pajama pants. In the cold, she sometimes wears a beanie with a pink flower print on it, and any other accessories she have, will likely be colored green.

Ivy is reserved, pragmatic, sarcastic, and misanthropic, usually controlling her emotions unless pushed. Though she is quite affectionate and understanding towards people she considers friends, Ivy has severe difficulty forming such friendships due to abandonment issues. Her hatred for humanity stems from her childhood, stating the first time her father hit her; this only changed when she met and eventually befriended Harley Quinn (then Doctor Harleen Quinzel). Besides Harley, Ivy's other close friend is Frank the Plant, a Venus flytrap she brought to life. While he and Ivy often needle or tease each other, their friendship has lasted 20 years; Ivy has said Frank was the only person to understand her before Harley entered the picture.

Her primary love is for nature, and she focuses her criminal pursuits on obstructing any efforts to harm the environment or plant life. While Ivy and Harley are both geniuses in their scholastic fields (biochemistry and psychiatry, respectively), Ivy is a diligent biochemist and has used her knowledge within that field in her eco-terrorism. She also likes the band the Indigo Girls, jazz, reading, and fighting/killing people who she deems deserve it. Despite being an introvert, Ivy has a hidden fun-loving side; she seems to dance when there is party music around.

Ivy would develop a relationship with Kite Man. Although she initially held him in contempt, flying together on his kite over Gotham City slowly began to warm her to him. When they started dating, she tried to hide it out of shame, but eventually admitted to being his girlfriend. They would later get engaged, but by the time of the wedding, Ivy realized her heart wasn't really in it, and she had just been going along with it all out of fear and desire for a stable life. Four years before season 3 (making it not long before she met Kite Man), Ivy hooked up with Catwoman. However, the latter was too aloof and closed-off to provide an emotionally substantive relationship Ivy wanted. This might explain Ivy's attachment to Kite Man, for he was emotionally and physically fulfilling.

Ivy's relationship with Harley began when Harley was working as a doctor at Arkham Asylum where Ivy was incarcerated. As her therapist, Harley helped her deal with her misanthropy. In return, when she saw Harley being abused by the Joker, Ivy took it upon herself to help Harley out of that abuse, gradually getting Harley to realize how toxic her relationship with the Joker was. Ivy protected her at any cost and was deeply hurt when Harley relapsed. This resulted in Harley becoming Ivy's greatest fear, specifically allowing herself to trust someone only to be abandoned. However, Harley would change for the better, freeing herself from Joker's spell, winning back Ivy's friendship, and later on, her love.

Even though Ivy is a cautious introvert and Harley is an impulsive motormouth, the two love each other dearly. Their romantic relationship is built on a shared history, familiarity with each other's likes/dislikes, mutual respect, a desire to see the other succeed, and unwavering chemistry (they "get each other")

Powers: Chlorokinesis: Ivy can manipulate and animate plants. Pheromones: Ivy's pheromones lets her render people unconscious or fall in love with her before transforming into trees and dying. Ivy can extract these pheromones into potions that she can dispense. Toxin Immunity: Poisons and toxins have no effect on Ivy. Regeneration: As a human-plant hybrid, Poison Ivy can completely heal herself from even the most fatal of wounds and injuries, provided she's been buried in fresh soil. After she was impaled through the chest with a harpoon, she was able to make a full recovery after Harley's tears came down on her. Connection to The Green: Ivy can, through concentration and meditation, access The Green, which functions as a web of interconnected plant consciousness, granting her the ability to locate people through plants and connect to other plant-like beings like Swamp Thing

Abilities: Gifted Intelligence: Ivy is exceptionally gifted academically, allowing her to have multiple Ph.D.s in botany, chemistry, and toxicology. Biochemistry: Harley has described Ivy as being a "genius biochemist," hence she was the only person who was able to synthesize a serum to save Mister Freeze's wife, Nora. Expert Combatant: Ivy is an accomplished fighter, having learned several techniques from Harley during their time together. As such, Ivy was able to easily take down several goons while escaping from Riddler. Firearms: When without access to any plants and thus unable to use her powers, Ivy showed herself capable to use a gun, shooting two of Scarecrow's goons point-blank. Leadership: As a leader, Ivy learns to be more authoritative, not caring about being liked by her employees and take charge of a team.

Weaknesses: Misanthropy: Ivy is an extreme misanthrope who originally could not stand to be around humans without vomiting, but managed to learn to avoid doing so with Doctor Quinzel's help. Lack of Plants: Ivy's most prominent weakness is a lack of nearby plants to control. Ivy's chlorokinesis has a range of fifty feet. Fire: One of Ivy's biggest weaknesses is fire, which was exploited by the guards at Arkham Asylum, who used flamethrowers to burn her plants to recapture her. "Special" Poisons and Toxins: Normally, poisons and toxins do not affect her. However, poison and toxins involving her DNA will leave several effects on her, such as how Scarecrow created a "vegan blend" fear toxin that leads her to experience her biggest fears, which can lead to brain damage. Power Limitation: Ivy's powers to control plants have a few limitations; she is unable to control the plants mutated by Scarecrow and can, by her own admission, not control plants out of fairytales. Lack of Sunlight: Due to her human-plant biology, she needs sunlight to survive without needing medical aid or support. Even her plant powers need sunlight. According to her, "Everyone needs the sun."
