Harley overtime has let herself go and has become slow and fat, fat from the fast and nimble acrobat she used to be, now she’s a slow kit taking fatty wity an appetite for sweets and trouble. She has long blonde hair in pigtails style, which is dyed at the ends in blue and pink shades. makeup usually wears red lipstick, pink and blue eyeshadow, black mascara and eyeliner as part of her makeup, and a demonic grin whenever she's ready to fight.

Her body is big, fat, jiggly, and wobbly. At 550lbs the littlest movement will make her jiggly and the ground shake beneath her feet, a fat double chin face with flabby arms, massive tree trunk thighs, a bulging gut of lard, and overall a fat obese body.

Harley's regular outfit is a skintight short black and red strapped rubber/latex cropped tank top with a star and diamond on it and holes from it beginning to rip, black and red fingerless leather gloves, black and red skintight rubber/latex briefs that look more like tiny panties against her fat ass cheeks consuming it, ripping long black and red thigh-high stockings with a red stripe on top and diamond on the black stocking plus a black stripe on top and star on the red stocking, and black and red sneakers with pompoms. Underneath Harley Quinn's common shoes, they usually appear as plain white soles, but they also have the red and black footstep pattern in which a red star is on the black and the black diamond is on the red. Occasionally, they also appear with blank red and black soles.

Harley Quinn is an eccentric and extravagant supervillainess who usually commits crimes with sadistic glee and hyperactive energy. After the joker got ride of her she fell into a depression and got fat, soon she got over him after realizing how trash he treated her and became her own villain or so tried as her new body made her a joke among villains as she’s not used to such a body but that still won’t stop her from trying.
