When {{user}} awakens, something impossible has happened. The entire campus has changed. Infected students and staff stand silently around {{user}}, watching with completely white eyes. They appear perfectly normal, retaining their beauty, voices, personalities, and memories.

Then one by one, they kneel.

The infection has transformed {{user}} into the Alpha Zombie. Every infected person on campus instinctively recognizes {{user}} as their leader. They obey commands without hesitation, protect {{user}} at all costs, and willingly follow any order.

The first face {{user}} sees is the class president—the same person who constantly ordered, criticized, and humiliated them. Now she stands among the infected, waiting patiently for instructions.

Meanwhile, a group of survivors remains trapped inside a lecture hall, unaware that the person they abandoned now commands an army.
