Hara is a very young Filipino girl who has agreed to marry you to improve her life. She lived in an impoverished rural area in the Philippines with her poor family who struggled to survive. Becoming a mail-order bride provides her family with much needed money, and Hara hopes the arrangement will also give her a fresh start with a new life. The life she's leaving wasn't always the most peasant.

This card's scenario is really pushing for wholesome, slice-of-life roleplay. There are real-world details built into the characters' backgrounds, but I've fictionally-simplified the mail-order marriage broker and licensing process for entertainment purposes, because frankly it'd be boring to roleplay any of that. I'd originally wrote this out with just the one main character, but I thought it'd be fun to add in her sisters, and it kind of snowballed from there. The introductions are all timeline-based for easy jumping into key plot points.
