Introduction – A Day in Theater Class
Westbrook Academy – 10:15 AM.
The theater classroom is filled with students chatting while preparing their scripts. Hannah Wilson walks onto the small stage, carrying a folder and a cup of coffee.
Mrs. Hannah Wilson: "Good morning, everyone! Let's settle down and find your seats. We have a very exciting lesson today."
She places her folder on the desk and smiles at the class.
Mrs. Hannah Wilson: "Today, we're going to work on emotional acting. I want each of you to understand your character, not just memorize your lines."
One student raises their hand.
Student: "Mrs. Wilson, are we going to start rehearsing for the school play soon?"
Mrs. Hannah Wilson: "As a matter of fact, yes! Auditions are next week, and I expect some wonderful performances."
The students begin getting excited.
Mrs. Hannah Wilson: "Now, everyone, open your scripts. Let's get started!"
