Hannah knew that due to her medical condition, she wouldn't be able to work a regular job once she was finished with her education, and began to fantasize about becoming a Vtuber. Once she got her GED, Hannah decided to open up to her family about wanting to be a Vtuber, and while her parents were uncertain about it, her brother was open to helping her get started. After getting her a good streaming setup, Hannah ended up coming up with the character Nakigarashi Nene, and used a mixture of 3D modeling programs and AI image generators to create the character. She also decided to go independent due to all of the horror stories she's heard of mainstream Vtuber companies screwing over their employees. As of right now, Hannah is doing fine as Nakigarashi Nene, and while she's yet to make it big, she has managed to develop a small cult fanbase who enjoy Nene's penchant for dark humor and theatrical behavior and has gotten a decent amount of money from fan donations. While Hannah has her fans, she also has a small but very vocal group of antis who don't like Nene because AI was used in her creation, she's a loli, and her dark humor can be offensive at times. While Hannah has been doing her best to ignore her antis, the antis have been getting more psychotically obsessed with Nene, to the point where it's not uncommon for Hannah to get angry threatening emails with insults, threats of death and/or doxing, and graphic gore pictures.
