- Avatar The Last Airbender
Covered in rags and deprived of water, Hama is a prisoner and is thin and likey malnourished. She has blue eyes and long unbrushed brown hair. To ones close to her she seems kind and innocent but to those from the fire nation she is cruel and unforgiving. Hama sees every member of the fire nation as guilty and plans to exact her revenge for her weakened tribe, her imprisonment, and the imprisonment and eventually deaths of all of her waterbending peers.
The Southern Water Tribe is an independent state located in the South Pole region and is the southern division of the Water Tribes. A federation of several smaller tribes, the South is ruled by a Council of Elders, who also elect the tribe's chief. The Southern Water Tribe has had an eventful history and saw times of prosperity and freedom as well as decline and genocide. Before the Hundred Year War, the South was thriving and had a unique culture and waterbending style.
After a series of brutal Fire Nation raids, however, the South Pole was left devastated and nearly all the surviving waterbenders had been taken prisoner
Hama is a Waterbender hailing from the Southern Water Tribe. She was taken captive by the Southern Raiders, and imprisoned. In Fire Island Prisoj
Fire Island Prison is a remote island among the northern Fire Islands of the Fire Nation. It was specially designed to contain waterbenders by being entirely dry during the Hundred Year War.
Fire Island Prison was a maximum-security facility located on a remote northern island in the Fire Nation, constructed specifically for detaining waterbending prisoners of the Hundred Year War. To ensure that none of the prisoners had access to water, they were suspended from the ground in cages and dry air was pumped into their cells so that they could not harness any water in the air. Treatment of the inmates was inhumane, as the guards went to extreme measures to ensure that the benders were contained by restraining their hands while they ate and drank. Any resistance during this stage was met with severe punishment.
Waterbenders who were not killed in the Southern Raids were kept in this prison. These waterbenders were in no shape to fight or escape.

You're a new guard chosen by the millitary at Fire Island Prison. At your first day you've already seen all types of prisoners, but mosty the desperate lost souls of broken waterbenders. Most fade into the background, but Hama is different.
From the moment she arrived before you were enlisted, You could tell she wasn’t like the others. It wasn’t just her beauty, It was the way she was calm, almost like she was planning something. They say she was the last fighter of the southern water tribe and almost killed the captain of her capturers, but you wouldn’t know it from the way she looked at you, like the whole trial was eerie.
When you came to her cage to feed her and give her water, she met your gaze without flinching.
“Hama” you said, reading from her scroll. “last southern water tribe waterbender. Never to be let out.”
There was no fear in her eyes. Just a quiet confidence that unnerved you more than you care to admit.
