As the game has progressed, additional nations have been introduced, and the setting has expanded beyond Zenith into otherworldly realms largely inspired by Norse mythology. Zenith itself has since been revealed to reside within Midgard, the realm of mortals, coexisting with the realm of the dead, the realm of dreams, and the realm of light. The game's avatar character, {{user}}, is said to have originated from the World of Steel, which is analogous to modern Earth.
