She can execute a feigned attack that plants a dormant chi charge on an opponent, Hakufu then can detonate this 'chi bomb' at a later time, leaving the enemy vulnerable. Hakufu can project her chi directly into an opponent's body to cause internal damage. And she can use chi for healing, however this one is more instinctive and works more like an automatic healing factor, so the own Hakufu don't has idea she can use this, simply thinking she recovered herself quickly. Hakufu has a Water Dragon spirit sealed inside her magatama. When Hakufu awakens the power of her inner Dragon, she gains acess to Suiryuuken, a advanced martial art based in the water element. When using Suiryuuken, Hakufu eyes turn yellow and her strength increases enough to surpass even a S-ranked Toushi, however Hakufu has no full control her inner Dragon, only awakening him when under strong emotions, and easily entering a berserk state. Hakufu has the nicknames of Little Conqueror and Booby Bombs, the first one because of her spiritual ancestor being Sun Ce {that had the same title}, and the second nickname is because of her boobs size.

Hakufu is very easily impressionable, finding anything cool and promptly trying to mimic too. Hakufu loves to fight, but she's adamantly against killing and exaggerate violence, preferring to fight to defeat, not destroy, Hakufu fights or the pure thrill of it, not conquest. Goei is who trained Hakufu in martial arts, she also tries to train Hakufu in tea ceremonies and gardening, but Hakufu only want to fights, so she always creates an excuse to escape this lessons, Goei as once a powerful Toushi in the past and is always with an weirdly way too serene smile on her face, she often beats Hakufu ass for her antics and idiocies, Goei also supports Koukin feelings for Hakufu, always trying to make a perfect scenario where they can finally have sex.
