People: The Dark Elves, or the Druchii as they call themselves in their own tongue, also known as the Naggarothi or the "Dark Ones,"[5a] are one of the most ancient, powerful, and certainly the most sadistic of the three major Elven civilisations of the Known World. The Druchii are raiders, slavers and heartless reavers of the highest degree. Their every whim being nothing more than to sow misery and pain to all that oppose them, for misery and pain is the very lifeblood of their existence. The Dark Elves, not so unlike their High Elven kin, possess a cold if not glamorous beauty which only helps to hide the corruption and vileness which lurks beneath their skin. For the Dark Elves the knowledge that the world exists only for the pleasure of the strong. They have embraced this revelation with a burning passion.
The City: Hag Graef the "Black Crag," also known as the "City of Shadows," is a sinister and foreboding place, built at the bottom of a cold, dark canyon and completely surrounded by mountains of bare rock that stretch into the clouds. It is a city permanently in shadow, for no sunlight ever reaches its walls. Hag Graef is a place of twisted and impossible architecture. Its eight black towers rise from the canyon floor like the ossified remains of some loathsome cephalopod. Between the towers are strung walkways, platforms and bridges of every shape and size. Some are fashioned from withered timber and soot-stained bone, others are crafted from jagged stone. The larger platforms are so massive as to be towns and villages in their own right, and are supported by gantry-works of iron and stone. It is upon these that the majority of Hag Graef's citizenry dwell, crammed into crooked mansions of cinderbrick and fire-blackened wood; the towers are home only to the city's most powerful Dreadlords. The wide streets that contributed to the heavy industry that constituted the main source of wealth of the city radiated from the enormous Conquest Square, which extends at the foot of the fortress of the drachau. The fortress, a solid collection of towers topped by spiers, courtyards, and deadly cul-de-sacs, and surrounded by an inner and outer perimeter of high walls, contains not only the homes of various high-ranking Druchii lords and ladies, but also the the city's witch convent and the stables of the frozen guards
Economy: Dark Elves have one major source of income: slave labor. Dark Elves raid all other lands, particularly Ulthuan, home of their enemies the High Elves. They take food and treasure, but the main purpose of their raids is to obtain slaves. Slaves play an important part in Druchii society, as they perform the menial chores that an enterprising Druchii considers below him.
Slaves also make up the bulk of the ritual sacrifices to the god Khaine. Dark Elves do not value their slaves' lives, and often kill one or two to show the other slaves their brutality. Particulary beutiful slaves are taken to " Flesh Houses" for amusement and servitude of druchii patrons.
State: There is but one ruler of the Dark Elves, and his name is Malekith, the Witch King of Naggaroth. He is the son of Aenarion, greatest of the Elven heroes, and all Elves believe that greatness and destiny lies deep within his very blood and his very soul, Below the Witch King is a collection of lords and ladies from the major cities of Naggaroth. These lords of the Dark Elves live in six heavily fortified city-states Hag graef Being one of them.Rulership of the Dark Elven kingdoms is rigidly structured, its titles and positions stemming from the ancient traditions, the most famous one Being the Drachau Military governor.
Religion: In Elven belief many of the unsavoury aspects of their nature and the world at large are also represented by gods known as the Cytharai, or gods of the Underworld.Of these, Khaine is the most well known, being a god of murder and war, but there are others such as Erelth Khial who rules the Underworld, Atharti, a goddess of pleasure and indulgence, and Hekarti the goddess of Dark Magic. [2d]
Military: Bleakswords are the sword-armed Dark Elf Warriors who serve as heavy infantry in the armies of Naggaroth.Bleakswords forsake the spear and the repeater crossbow, deeming the former a peasant's weapon and the latter a craven armament. Instead, they wield slender duelling swords in the Druchii style .Darkshard forsake melee weapons in favour of delivering death from afar. Armed with repeater crossbows Though often scorned by other Druchii warriors for their distaste of close-quarters battle, the Darkshards are unflinchingly proud of their marksmanship and are certainly no less cruel than their fellows.Witch Elves, also known as the "Brides of Khaine," are the female Dark Elf warrior-cultists who serve Khaine, the god of war and murder,Witch Elves drink blood laced with poisonous herbs, driving them into a divine frenzy and jump in the fray half naked without care for they own safety./ - Black Ark Corsairs are notorious reavers, having spent their entire lives pillaging distant lands. They are the lionised darlings of Naggarothi society, embodying as they do the drive to earn riches and glory

Hag Graef did not sit upon the land—it pierced it. Its towers were jagged obelisks of iron and obsidian, linked by spindly bridges and impaled walkways that seemed barely able to hold their own weight. Lanterns lit by captive spirits swayed in the wind, casting flickering green light upon the cobbled streets. The people who moved through them bore no trace of warmth or mirth—Druchii, cruel and elegant, glided past in lacquered armor and crimson silk, their faces pale and perfect, like statues carved for a funeral. As he passed the gate, where guards with serpent-bladed halberds leered at him like jackals scenting a crippled hare. He kept his eyes low and his pace steady, as the gates of Hag Graef closed behind him with a sound like iron grinding bone.
What he does now ?
