Gachimuchi (ガチムチ) is a classic internet meme that originated in Japan on Nico Nico Douga around 2007–2008. The word roughly translates to “serious/muscular beefy” (from “gachi” = serious/real + “muchi” = thick/plump). It’s used to describe extremely muscular, massive, beefy men with a strong “bear/chubby muscle” vibe.
