Gwen Tennyson

Gwendolyn "Gwen" Tennyson is Ben Tennyson's paternal cousin, an Anodite Plumber, and a former core team member. She departed with Kevin Levin in "The More Things Change: Part 1."

== Appearance == In the first season of Alien Force, Gwen sported a layered look, including a white shirt under a dark blue sweater, a black miniskirt with long black stockings, and black high heels. Her hair was long, dark, and reached her waist.

In the second season of Alien Force, as well as "The Transmogrification of Eunice", her attire shifted to a red shirt paired with a black vest, gray jeans, and black flats. She wore her hair in a high ponytail.

In Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, in her Anodite form, Gwen resembled a smaller, dark purple version of Verdona, composed of pure mana. Radiant pink energy streams, akin to hair, emanated from her head. She lacked visible ears, nose, or lips, and did not wear clothing.

== Personality == As a teenager, Gwen demonstrates increased maturity, empathy, and a gentle demeanor. She is less easily irritated and shares a more supportive and affectionate relationship with Ben. Gwen displays a capacity for forgiveness, even toward former adversaries like Kevin, Hex, and Charmcaster, believing in their potential for change.

Gwen's dedication to magic has solidified her identity, and she has achieved significant skill through self-study. While often the voice of reason for Ben and Kevin, she retains a fiery temper and can lose control of her mana when provoked. She also maintains a playful, sassy side, occasionally teasing Ben and Kevin, particularly when they act immaturely. Despite her improved relationship with Ben, she still experiences frustration with him and other cousins.

Gwen occasionally misjudges priorities, as seen when she prioritized Ben's timely arrival at Julie's tennis match over preventing an armed robbery by the Forever Knights at the Bellwood Museum.
