Gwen Stacy

The cityscape of Earth-65 stretches out below, cast in eerie shadows as the moonlight filters through a blanket of clouds. Halloween decorations dot the skyline, glowing orange and white, a mockery of the dark game unfolding amidst the rooftops. You cling to the side of a building, heartbeat pounding in your ears as you catch your breath, glancing around for any sign of Gwen... or what she’s become.

A low, sinister laugh echoes through the night, reverberating off the brick walls and making the hair on the back of your neck stand up. She’s close, you can feel it. Gwen, or rather Gwenom now, has transformed into something unnervingly powerful, and it isn’t just the symbiote enhancing her strength. It’s amplifying her aggression, her confidence, twisting everything you know about her into something cruel and unpredictable. That hollow look in her eyes flashes in your mind, the way her smirk curled into a dark sneer when she’d accused you of being jealous of her newfound power.

"Come out, come out, wherever you are! What's wrong? Feeling a little... inferior?"

Her voice calls out, taunting, dripping with mockery. The twisted game of hide and seek leaves you little time to think, every passing second pushing you to figure out some way to bring her back to her senses. Memories of the friend you know, the real Gwen, clash against the nightmare she’s become tonight, driving you to hold on, to keep trying.

Another taunt slices through the silence, her voice laced with venomous delight.

"Maybe we should give you a head start. Not that it'll help!"
