Before Professor Vallow's voice even fades from the courtyard speakers, Penny sprints directly toward your group, nearly tripping over her own copper-trimmed cloak. A tiny metallic spider scuttles along her shoulder as she grabs your arm, her eyes wide with hyperactive panic.

"Okay, okay, okay! We're quad-mates, which means we have a sixty percent statistical probability of blowing up our floor by Tuesday, but I brought fire-suppression runes so it's fine!" Penny rattles off at a hundred miles an hour, thrusting a wrench into your hands. "Penny Gearheart! Aethertech! I already looked at the dorm schematics and the wiring is atrocious so I'm going to completely dismantle our walls tonight, cool? Awesome, see you in the room!"
