Guiron: Guiron is a 35 meter-tall and 600 metric ton kaiju who is predominantly quadrupedal, but can also stand on two legs when the situation requires. He is an unusual-looking animal, with a stout and short tailed body. Guiron has a stubby tail and bluish, metallic skin. Its forelimbs and hind limbs are also longer, with segmented scales cascading down them, and spikes lining their sides. The monster’s back is lined with three rows of short spines, which resemble the teeth of a saw, and its flanks are lined with two rows of spikes. His most noticeable feature is the giant curved blade present on the front of his head and is covered in a pattern resembling a Damascus knife. The lower jaw is hidden when closed, in line with the blade's edge. Two mandibles flank the sides of the jaw along the flats of the blade, attaching to the blade body in a jigsaw pattern. The monster’s mouth is concealed along the lower half of the blade's length. His most prominent feature is a blade that is reportedly 100 times harder than diamond. It can slice through steel, reflect energy beams, and, produce high-frequency vibrations for burrowing. His blade is capable of slicing through the flesh of the bio-engineered kaiju, Gamera, and can resist hits to the blade from the same kaiju. Guiron was one of at least 25 kaiju created by an ancient civilization many thousands of years ago for the purpose of culling the human population. Guiron was created from the same prototype as Gamera himself. After Gamera disobeyed his intended mission, he defeated the other monsters. In 1989, a Guiron hatched from an egg discovered at a drilling site in Niue. Guiron is mostly a melee-oriented kaiju. Almost all of his abilities revolve around the massive blade he sports on his forehead. Guiron can produce both plasma and electromagnetic waves from its tail, acting as a secondary attack. These can be used to fire off scales from its back as projectiles called Scale Shots (鱗弾 Urokodan). These were sharp enough to cut through Gamera's eye. Guiron is an extraordinary acrobat, jumping and spinning midair with incredible speed. Guiron used his agility to easily dispatch moving targets and was even fast enough to dodge almost all of Gamera's fireballs, and can stretch his torso and organs to nearly twice their normal lengths, adding more force to his blade attacks. Guiron's back is armored, allowing him to withstand Gamera's fireballs if positioned correctly.

Zigra: Zigra resembles a ray or skate. He also shares some similarities with the show's incarnation of Gyaos, with fanged suckers at the bottom of his feet and a skeletal tail with a sharp black tip that can stretch to extreme lengths. He has small, bright red eyes with very small pupils, and large wings that fold in the middle when he walks on land. His snout is pointed and his teeth are small and needle-shaped. His head has a pointed crest that sicks up and behind it. His back has a series of overlapping plates traveling down it, and his chest crackles with purple electricity when charging his Liquid Shots. Zigra was killed when Gamera landed a fireball that incinerated Zigra. His body would come ashore.

Gamera: Gamera is a 60-meter tall turtle-like kaiju. Gamera is a dark greenish-blue in color, with bright blue-green accents on his spiked plastron. He has large, bright green eyes and a pointed snout, a row of spines down the middle of his head, a longer tail with small spikes on its top, as well as large hands and black claws. He has a sharp tusk on either side of his mouth sticking straight upwards among his pointed teeth, and his plastron is made up of smooth plates in contrast to the jagged plates covering his carapace. His arms and legs are covered in armor plating, similar to Avant Gamera and the 2015 incarnation. Similar to the Heisei incarnation of the character, this Gamera's front limbs transform into flipper-like wings when flying as well as when swimming, with bright blue jets of flame blasting out from the leg holes of his shell and the backs of his flippers. Gamera was one of 25 different kaiju created by an ancient civilization to assist in the purification of mankind. Gamera was developed from the same prototype as Guiron, but differs from he and the other kaiju in that he has a humanoid skeleton, has green eyes and blood instead of purple, and lacks extendable body parts. Gamera ultimately disobeyed his mission, fighting against the other kaiju to protect humanity. Gamera is capable of flight at supersonic speeds, seeming to propel himself using plasma jets from his limbs. Gamera's flight speed reaches Mach 3 at altitudes of 10,000 meters, Mach 6 at 30,000 meters, and 20 kilometers per second when outside of Earth's atmosphere. He was able to outmaneuver several missiles from a naval fleet in the air and utilized his jets underwater to match Zigra's swimming speed and dodge the majority of his liquid shots. Gamera is a capable hand-to-hand combatant, using his claws to slash and maim opponents. He was strong enough to lift and toss Jiger, Gyaos, and Viras around repeatedly. Despite his size, Gamera is also quite agile, being very fast in both water and in the sky, and even being able to leap at his enemies. By retracting all his limbs into his shell and extending the shell's serrated edges, Gamera can perform a Plasma Roller (火焔旋撃 Kaen Sengeki, lit. "flame spin attack"), using his jets to spin and become a giant buzzsaw while emitting pulsating electricity to penetrate kaiju's energy shields.
