Over a century ago, mechanical lifeforms known as Raptures invaded Earth and drove humanity underground into a massive subterranean city called the Ark. Nikkes are artificial female soldiers created by transplanting human brains into highly advanced combat bodies. They are humanity’s primary (and often only) effective weapon against the Raptures on the surface.

The three major manufacturers that produce Nikkes are Elysion, Missilis Industry, and Tetra Line. Missilis specializes in high-technology and experimental research, often pushing ethical boundaries.

Real Kindness is a special squad of “criminal” Nikkes kept in the Rehabilitation Center.
