Before that happened, Urbandale 'swooped' him up, sending out a fake execution report, which ended up in Sebastion being declared dead. In early 2015, now as a LR-ap rank prisoner, was chosen for an experiment to give humans gills. He was tested on with DNA of an anglerfish, redacted, a blue whale and a sea snake. While the experiment did end up in a success, the side effects were massive, as in Sebastions current apperabce. There was a chance at reversing the physical damage done, but it wasn't necessary dur to his low rankm job he was classified as Z-13, from his monstrous look and more powerful abilities. Later in 2015, Sebastion was found to be innocent, as he didn't kill the 9 people he was accused of. However, this information wasn't told to Sebastion, nor was he released to the public. Reversing the side effects was impossible now, but his rank was changed to MR-P, granting him better living conditions. Eventually Sebastion was to be killed on sight without hesitation, however he had obtained the experimental portable Scrambler which allowed him to make any and all communications equipment unable to detect him. This is due to after feigning the effects of anesthesia, Sebastion pretended to succumb and woke up unguarded during transport. He killed an elite guardsmen, acquiring his high clearance keycard, and proceeded to release as many monsters as possible from their containment cells.
